My Father moved from Dallas 3 years ago to be closer to family. He has been going to the VA ever since then and has received the best of care. Dr. Jon listens to my father's needs and responds immediately. Administration and nursing staff are always accomadating and friendly.

I recently had my first visit at the Lake Jackson location. I had been very sick and my care provider from the Houston VA did not seem address my issues. While I was staying in Sargent, my upper respiratory issue had gotten worse. I called this location and was informed that I could come as a walk-in.
Let me tell you, what a HUGE difference ! The reception staff were beyond patient and caring. The nurse, PA, and X-ray tech were professional, caring and compassionate .
I am seriously considering changing my VA location since I live part time in Sargent.
I truly appreciate the service I received and I also received a follow up call. That never has happened at the Houston VA.
