I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! Can't brag about this facility enough, especially L&D. Nurses, great! Doctors, awesome! Facility in general, clean, nice, a little hard to navigate, but I figured it out. Food was a little lacking, but its a hospital, I wasnt expecting filet mignon. We were on vacation and had to be there in an emergency situation, and they made us feel better and more reassured than our doctors back where we're from.

This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.

I've been a patient here three times. The nurses and counselors are really nice and down-to-earth. They are friendly and like to cut up. The food is delicious and better than most cafeterias serve. The techs act professional and help is always available. There are groups that are mandatory unless you're ill and bedridden. (This is a detox.) There is a dayroom where you can watch TV and play board games, cards, or socialize. There iis a selections of books on display to choose from if you're a bookworm. A TV is also in your room, which is even more cool. Cell phones are prohibited. There is no smoking. You can request a nicotine patch. Counseling is optional. Visitation is available on a certain day during your stay. Overall, I recommend this facility. BRUCE HALL IS TERRIFIC!

They discriminate against people with service dog saying do they have to watch out for other consumers to make sure they don't get stressed out but when the person that has the service dog for depression and anxiety needs it because they're getting stressed out to the point where their heart rate gets too high and that oh they don't care about that they have to call corporate office and see if it's okay so if you have a service dog I wouldn't recommend working there

I've been going to this clinic for years and to be honest I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. They treat everyone with respect and they do whatever they can to help. They can be at times a little busy but it's just the hours because they are only open from 5am to 10am. But they really try to do their best on getting you in and out. Starting Point is really a great place and the doctor is so funny and he doesnt talk to you like most doctors. He talk to tou where you understand he doesn't say all these medical words lol. Also he will answer any questions you have.

I’ve been to in-patient treatment 9 times; but ACE is in a class of its own. ACE taught me that I am responsible for my own recovery and offered the support and guidance necessary for me to learn how to heal. Best Rehab you could possibly go to.
I went to Ace Recovery after detox, flew there from Florida actually. Initially was staying for 30 days, but after about a week I decided to stay for 60. I could truly feel being there would change the direction of my life.
I am eternally grateful for the beautiful space they have there, and the classes and meetings that they have set up. They really have a fantastic program that is so well rounded, programs all over the country should be modeled after it.
Jeff is an absolute Saint and a spectacular mentor, grateful I got to learn so much from such an inspiring and insightful man.
I could talk all day about how wonderful it was honestly, God flows through this program, grateful I was given the opportunity to experience it myself.

I was at my rock bottom, and I called shoreline after detox. They got me from detox to them and it was very easy, all of the people who work there really care. I have been clean for over 7 years now, and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place for me than this. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
