Nice, helpful, I was seen quickly, and they have an awesome juice/sandwich bar downstairs. The view is amazing and there is tons of parking. Best parking in Durango really. I have received kind care so far and the location is outstanding.

An incredible clinic with highly trained professionals from administration to medical staff. These are people that understand the true meaning of quality patient care. Getting scheduled to see a doctor or nurse is fast, efficient, and easy. If you're a veteran in this area, I'd highly recommend because they treat you with dignity and respect. From a hospitality perspective the Black Rifle coffee and tea available is the cherry on top.

They do a good job here. In 4 years i have been going there has been virtually no turnover. Great to see the same people every year. And they are happy and knowledgeable

My elderly friend who is a disabled veteran goes to this clinic for health care from his primary care physician. My friend has no complaints and only speaks highly of the staff in this office. I drove him to an appointment and walked in with him. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff treated my friend with respect and answered all his questions.

This facility deserves a MUCH higher rating than it currently has. The staff at the ATU are absolutely S-Tier human beings and top-notch professionals. These guys know their stuff, and are some of the kindest, most compassionate and understanding people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. I have been to several inpatient facilities before, and this one is by far the best. It’s a very small unit, with a very calm and welcoming vibe. The real treat here is definitely the staff, though. These are genuinely some of my favorite people I’ve ever met. Andy, Liz, Siena, Mel, Laura, literally everybody, all the behavioral techs, all the nurses, those guys deserve a pay raise, SERIOUSLY. Axis, PLEASE, I BEG of you, pay these people more. They barely make more than me, and I work at a dollar store. These people are the REASON I’m sitting at home right now feeling like myself. Shout outs to David for driving me home, Dr. Powers for believing in me, and Dr. Ketner for supporting me and saving my best friend’s life.

The staff there was amazing never have I experienced compassion,and understanding like that in a mental health setting.i would highly recommend them if your having troubles or doubts. Thank you so much to the ACU at crossroads..

Their individually personalized, one on one treatment, support & sincere caring truly touched my heart & life...so much so that I didn’t want to leave! The beautiful Dr Kumar & her team, Cowboy Joe, Mia (my blonde), the sweetest, most kind & helpful Jennifer & all the other team members taught me that I am enough & that I definitely matter! Jessica has been an absolute Godsend to my son and I. I was desperate for help for my son and I was completely lost on how to help him. She is incredibly caring, authentic, a genius in her field and truly an incredible doctor. It is so hard to find someone who truly listens and cares. I highly recommend Jessica! She is completely invaluable to us. I honestly do not know where we would be in our journey without her.

We have been with Jessica for several years and she has been amazing. Her knowledge and advice has been invaluable. She also always finds time to fit us in. I highly recommend her.

Jess has a way of building rapport and relationship with even the most reluctant teens. She helps them understand themselves and their patterns that are getting in their way. She is also awesome with parent support and helping to navigate the family dynamic.

This place is technically a "corrections facility" but isn't run like one. Sure, they have rules and the corrections technicians do their job well but the caring that goes into the work there with the people makes it feel more like a caring community than a jail setting.

I do my court ordered UA’s at hilltop and yesterday a few individuals went out of their way to help me out. My car wouldn’t start while departing and these rockstars worked to find jumper cables and got me going again. So awesome. Thanks again

The staff & Doctor's are extremely knowledgeable, caring & understanding with great "bed-side" manners & personalities My husband, Rick H, has been an ESRD patient with Davita for 2yrs now We couldn't imagine him starting, let alone go through Dialysis treatment 3* weekly, every Tu, Thu & Sat. We are very grateful & thankful for All the Staff & Patient's. It's like a family atmosphere now. Thank you for helping save Richards & my lives. Eternally in our hearts and prayers. Thanks for taking care of our "joking" Big-hearted, Big-guy! We give 10stars!!!
