My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

I love all the stuff at 23rd and Northern CMS they're all wonderful I didn't have a numerous account of counselors there and some have moved but my counselor right now is Melissa she's so happy she's trippery she's a beautiful person this is my second family here and I recommend if anybody is going to need help with any type of addiction to come on down the 23rd and Northern they are lovely they're wonderful people they make you feel at home here

I am a member of AA with over a decade of sobriety. I am a public speaker at various hospitals and treatment centers in the Phoenix area. I also speak at meetings. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. You will not find better treatment anywhere. Your recovery is yours to to seek out and grab all the information and opportunities that are so freely given to you by the state and this facility. This program is world class.

It is a great place if you want to break the chains and live a life of sobriety. Intake only takes 2-3hrs but they can only process a hand full of new clients a day, Be early. Also if you don't have insurance... They still will take you in and get you applied for Access. I sent my DOA there and he is definitly turned his whole life into a spiritual one.

I am beyond grateful to God for Cornerstone and all of the staff members! They are well structured and provide excellent group/ individual therapy sessions (SHOUT OUT TO ZACH) !! They provide clean and beautiful living environments. They take clients to 7 outside meetings a week, and require clients to get a sponsor. There is so much precision with how the therapy assignments line up perfectly with the step the client is on! If you or someone you know is ready for true growth and willing to go to any length for your recovery I STRONGLY encourage this program! They set you up for success. Another thing I would STRONGLY advise is to follow the rules they have, be thorough in every assignment and focus on yourself through this journey. I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

It starts with the Therapists who are all highly credentialed and very knowledgeable. Their programming goes from detox to 30 day residential, then 9 weeks of PHP and 9 weeks of IOP, both with supportive housing if needed. That's called comprehensive! I recommend Calvary Healing Center with the highest regard.

A heartfelt thank you to the awesome staff and administrators at Calvary who shared with me a non-judgmental culture of caring and compassion at a time when I needed it the most. My stay here was 4-5 days. Everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming. The facility was clean and comfortable. March 1, 2026 - March 30, 2026 my daughter was in the NICU. She was air lifted from Payson and I just had a c section so my lovely boyfriend drove down. Being at this hospital was an adventure to say, fresh c section had no wheel chairs for the first week. No one told us about the elevator that brings you to the floor where the NICU is at. So I had to walk a VERY long way fresh c section. We had multiple nurses all were amazing but this one filipino nurse with short black hair. She made me feel like I was the worst mother ever. I’m 26 she is my first child and you treated my boyfriend and I like complete trash. You made me feel horrible about not having enough breastmilk for my daughter. I had you two long horrible days. You refused to show us how to do stuff. My daughter was on and off oxygen she was born a month early. When she was able to bottle feed I was told my multiple different doctors what % she needs to eat for 24 hours to be sent home. I felt like the night nurses never even tried, I would feed her she would eat about 75% of her bottle but at night she would only eat 2%? Doesn’t make sense. We had 3 amazing nurses, one was tall with long black hair she was an angel on earth she made me feel like I was a great mom, she explained things to me and when I had questions she answered them and didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. Then we had Amy I absolutely adore her. She was another angel on earth, she did my daughters car seat test and the next day she came in when she had it off so she could be my daughters nurse for her altitude test and because of her taking her time with my daughter making sure she knew how to fed her we were able to go home the next day. The other nurse was an older lady she wouldn’t leave us alone but she had some amazing stories to tell us. Even though we had one horrible nurse, no one at the front desk tell us about the elevator I will still recommend this hospital for the NICU. Within the 30 days I was here my c section got infected and started to open up so I went to labor and delivery, I was told the doctor was in another room delivering a baby so I figured I was going to wait 5+ hours. I waited 30 minutes, so props to that mama who pushed that baby out fast. The doctor was super nice and got me in and out fast.

The labor and delivery at this hospital is amazing! I had a great experience when I gave birth to my baby girl. The doctors and nurses were so nice and caring. I was constantly checked on. I had a great lactation consultant come in and help me figure out how to get my baby to latch on properly. I felt genuinely cared for by the staff. The delivery room was super spacious but the postpartum room was a bit small, that's the only downside.

Excellent specialists and staff at this hospital. Shoutout to the hepatology team for keeping me informed and answering all questions. Note: if you’re going to have blood drawn (likely), don’t eat right before coming in to the ER. You can, but it will delay labs…pack something to eat for later. If anything, ask a doctor/nurse.

The staff there is great. Although it isn't the best area and the crowd around there isn't the best to be around. But the providers and all the staff are wonderful. Had an issue with my pharmacy not filling my suboxone cuz my insurance only covers the generic. My provider wrote it for the name brand. Was OUT of meds and called and my provider was off that day. Explained the situation abd within two hours, a different provider submitted it the way I needed and fixed the issue. These people legitimately care and treat everyone with love and respect.

Long story short.... This place saved me, and continues to do so. It's never easy starting down a new path but after 6yrs and counting I'm more interested in where I'm going then where I've been. I suggest to anyone that has an addiction as I did, make a decision, take a breath, and start on your new path.......your worth the effort!!

I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience here. David has a way of making classes fun, relatable, and educational all at the same time. He creates a safe environment where I’ve never once felt judged. Knowing he’s walked a similar path makes it easier to open up and trust the process because I know he genuinely understands. I’ve learned so much about myself, addiction, and recovery, and I leave each class with something valuable to think about. This program has truly made a positive impact on my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for David and everything he’s done to help me grow.

Guiding Road has a special place in my heart. From the moment I got there, everyone made me feel like I was a part of their family. A family that cares, doesn’t give up on one another and genuinely wants to see you grow as a man, a husband, and as a father. The all male setting, structured clinical assignments, and group work really allowed for me to dive into myself in a safe space where there is no judgement, just love and compassion so I could heal and become the man I’m supposed to be. I was VERY skeptical about doing an intervention. Thought it would just make things worse honestly. But Reflection Family Intervention knew exactly what they were doing. They prepared us way more than I expected and didn’t let us back out when it got uncomfortable. Looking back, we needed that. It actually worked and I’m really grateful we did it. This place saved my life..period. The attention, knowledge and dedication for my personal success was unparalleled. This wasn't my first attempt to save my life and the manner in which EVERY SINGLE employee at Crossroads conducted themselves DID save my life. I'm still so very grateful for Crossroads and the knowledge that was gifted to me. I utilize what was given to me and my recovery is more amazing than I had ever even dreamed of.
