I've been here at The Recovery Village in Groveport since September 16th. Its been the best experience of Recovery I've ever experienced, the staff is great, food is great and the rooms are awesome. Mel Timberlake and Rochelle Sparks are Awesome! I really enjoy joking around with Ann and Hislord from the nursing staff. Anyways all around great place for Recovery!!! Can't recommend this place enough, top notch staff and new men's residential building is super nice. They will take care of you and set you up for your next step to recovery with as good of service as it gets. Learned alot during group there and it has completely changed my mindset. I successfully completed this program twice and I will say the counseling is amazing and the some of the staff have great hearts and make it the best that they can. Upon reading some of the past reviews, I am floored by these allegations. I am one of the individuals that were accused of sleeping with a staff member and I don’t appreciate the false accusations and company negligence to put this at rest; rather, it must have seemed like a better idea to put in a review without anybody to defend themselves. Which would lead people to believe that J is a bad person and that this place should have a bad reputation. He was one of the best BHTS period. And I’m going to leave it at that. False accusations go a long way and are unprofessional and can lead people in the wrong direction. When I stumbled, he was the ONLY one that brought me back with open arms, but with anybody wanting to get clean and STAY clean- this is your place!! LOVE & GRATITUDE

I was so Blessed to have gone through Freedom Recovery IOP, this program played an important role and I believe help save my life. The Counselors at Freedom helped me restore in my recovery confidence in God, myself, and others. I still remember early in my recovery when I was so broken and having zero confidence in myself and that there was no way I could beat my addiction. My three Counselors showed so much Love, respect, and care to each person in the group but at the same time made us dig deep, evaluated progress/failures and helped us identify goals in our lives. After many years of alcohol abuse my life had become unmanageable and my spirit and thought processes were extremely out of wack and at first everything they ask us to do seemed so foreign and made absolutely no sense to me but slowly day by day things started to make sense, I am a true believer in Freedom and the process that they use to help you, help yourself, yes you have to do a lot of uncomfortable work but for me it was one of the most rewarding times in my life. I will never forget my Counselors and how they helped me change my life and I am so Blessed that God has put people like you in my path, the Counselors at Freedom were such a inspiration for me and I will take what Freedom Recovery has given me and share with others and pay it forward that the cycle of addiction can be beat and that there is Hope.

The counselors there were amazing, I enjoyed weekly one on one sessions with my counselor, as well as loving support and encouragement. My voice was always heard. And they were always truthful. There were group sessions with flexible times and days, never felt any pressure. They served the best meals every visit! Freedom Recovery supported me through 15 weeks of great counseling to graduation, including transportation when I needed it! My experience was amazing and affective! I will never forget it! I am truly grateful to Freedom Recovery and their counselors!

Dr Shela Forbellah has helped me more than any Dr in a lot of years. She's very intelligent and professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I'm a 32 year old army veteran that has struggled with substance abuse throughout the entirety of my adult life. I'm over 9 months clean today and actually feel I have a purpose in life again. I've been in a couple different rehabilitation programs , but if it wasn't for PARS I'd still be in a hole. They give 1 on 1 counseling which is critical as well as weekly classes depending on what you need. Andrea is my individual counselor and she does an amazing job listening, remembering and knowing how best to approach my specific situation. Michelle and Terry are also counselors and they lead classes weekly and do an awesome job and actually understand about what they're teaching which is critical for anyone struggling with this epidemic. Everyone at PARs is great!

I attended their outpatient I.o.p program from September to December and the staff was great….even though they their to treat you and do bussiness they made sure to lighten things up as well.
Staff would work with your need as well and truely cared and knew when to back off.
I been to other mental health facilities and didn’t feel like they care much!
At mount Carmel in lest the outpatient program you can tell they truly do care.

My mother had a stroke. The doctors and the ICU unit was superb. They were very attentive very kind and patient with all the family members coming to visit. I personally want to thank you for all the love and professionalism you provided. The doctor were able to get the clot out before it hemorrhaged . We are very thankful for that. I reached out to them during one of the hardest times in my life back in February and they’ve helped me more than any other mental health treatment center has. I used to do counseling here but I never really clicked with them, but I still today see medical often. Emily is the NP I see and she’s single handedly one of the greatest professionals I’ve ever had work with me. Everything has been good so far especially my therapist, Mitch. I absolutely adore him. Only complaint I have is one of the front desk personnel I only talk to regarding appointments. She gets snippy and has the "know it all" like attitude with me when she had no clue what she was talking about one day and it really rubbed me the wrong way..this is a me tal health facility; treats others like that definitely is not appropriate anywhere but especially in a place like this is just ridiculous. Luckily I don't have to deal with that same person when I'm checking in for my appointments at the facility.
