This place is the best! I've been to other treatment centers but Nardin Park outclasses them all by leaps and bounds. The staff has a friendly but no nonsense attitude which I appreciate. They are professional and caring at the same time. For someone like me that is here for treatment and not a "Social Club", NPRC is the place to be!!!
Well, it's 2023 and time for a life change. Thanks to NPRC I have been "clean" for over 2 years. I feel that I am ready to take the next step in my life. Time to detox out of the program. I am so ready to move on. Thank you NPRC staff for helping me to put my feet on solid, stable, drug-free ground.

Everything has been good so far especially my therapist, Mitch. I absolutely adore him. Only complaint I have is one of the front desk personnel I only talk to regarding appointments. She gets snippy and has the "know it all" like attitude with me when she had no clue what she was talking about one day and it really rubbed me the wrong way..this is a me tal health facility; treats others like that definitely is not appropriate anywhere but especially in a place like this is just ridiculous. Luckily I don't have to deal with that same person when I'm checking in for my appointments at the facility.

Best Brightview period. Best addiction treatment facility period. In the course of my recovery, I have been to over 4 addiction treatment programs. Brightview was by far the best. This location has the most professional staff around. In 6 years, I had not even one complaint! My boyfriend went with me to every single appointment at this location and was not harassed once for supporting me. I owe my life to these people! I would not have the amazing life I have today, without them. In the 6 and a half years I have been with them, I have not relapsed once and am almost completely weened off of Suboxone. I felt completely safe here and everyone who worked here is trustworthy. That is paramount for a successful recovery. If you don't even feel comfortable going in to the place that is supposed to be helping you, there is NO chance of successful recovery. Update: I am now fully off of Suboxone. Even at a low dose it was not easy. I could not have ever done it, without the support I received here.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly to my family. They have gone out of there way to be accommodating to any thing that is in there probably of the serves they offer or can fine to offer. And that's amazing foresight for health care works to give damn. There trained not to! Not the doc that is on the computer. Well,he's like any other doctor cold 😷 🥶 as a fish so there my impression ,love the receptionist. The nurses are just sweethearts and the nurse practitioners are just the greatest and they really listen. Just great people all around.

Don't do it. Not a civilian rehab but 37 days jailhouse. Low-quality food, minimal amenities. jail-pushed or prison-released inpatients. 4 patients in a room. 2 PHONE CALLS A WEEK. Medical staff & services are reckless. Many physical fights in the TV ROOM regarding the remote. 1 TV for 70 inpatients. no adequate care or overall safety. your insurance card is their priority. Landmark will max your insurance out and leave you with a deductible that you will regret after their care. If you like jail or if you institutionalize then perfect for you. I CALL MINI JAIL.

Staff here is amazing! The house is not your normal "facility" setting, it is a beautiful home with kind of a farm house setting which makes you feel homey. If I could rate above a five, I would most definitely rate a ten!

RIO was my daughter's saving grace. From the moment she arrived in detox she was well taken care of and felt comfortable. She has done extremely well in the residential program and I can see the progress she has made. We couldn't be happier with all the support she has received from all the staff in every department. These people go above and beyond for their clients and really push them to be better versions of themselves.

This place helped me more than I thought it would. I had my doubts and went in with a bad attitude, but the staff was really patient with me, more than I probably deserved at first. But it got easier after the first couple of days, I ended up learning recovery tools I can actually use. It wasn’t just unpractical stuff that nobody can really do. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I had some trouble getting info on the phone at first before I came in. But overall, they got me the help I needed
