I dialed the Daytona Beach Detox Helpline on a whim and ended up surprised by how down-to-earth the person on the other end was. Instead of feeling like I was in some scripted call-queue, it felt like talking to someone who genuinely cared and knew how confusing all this can feel. They didn’t press me to “sign up” right away — just helped me map out what my next step could look like. If you’re in that “what do I actually do next?” place, this helpline was a calming first step.

My experience was amazing. The staff were absolutely very friendly and helpful with me during my time there! They go above and beyond to ensure that we have everything we need to make it very successful for transition! The good out weighs the crooks in this building a few staff members really had my back when others where trying to lie on me. Hiding badges, doctors holding patients longer for insurance fraud! I was there in 2019 and in 2021. Two male staff members from 2019 where still there in 2021. I previously was a residential technician. These two gentlemen are trained professionals. They are the only ones I’ve seen in that building follow the guidelines for proper procedure and take down. Mya wasn’t there in 2021 she was an amazing staff member in 2019. I hope Jake and Lincoln are no longer with this company they where horrible techs. And a special thank you to this one TRAIN professional in 2021,Thank you ma’am.Miss Gadzia.

I moved here from our of state so I had to start all over in finding a new Provider in psychiatry. SMA was able to keep me on the same medication because I've been on the same 3 meds for 9 years and they didn't try to change them by adding something or taking some away. I know what works best for me. They took care of everything I needed help with even outside the doctor's office. They had me in and out, helped me through the process and answered every question I had. Right after I saw the Dr I was able to get my medicine from an on-site pharmacy. Thank you so much!

Cindy changed my life. Yes, I did the work but without her guidance I would have been lost. She is the most caring and understanding counselor I've ever had, and she has a great sense of humor.

I have stopped in once a Month for around 14 years, when I also go see a Dr in the area, Im from Flagler . Ive been to meetings across the whole USA & Easy Does It has more - just regular down to earth people as it should be. Warm & engaging. Nobody is there for an an earring show or to display their ego , and thats JUST how it should be in AA.

Group sessions are very helpful and I have learned several new techniques. The one-on-one sessions have not been as useful as I don't have things I really need to work on outside of group. Overall, I have had a very positive experience and really like the flexibility.

Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had ever with a dermatology office. The front desk staff was amazing over the phone and in person. Lia and Mia were professional, patient, friendly, and helpful. Whoever answers your phone and is the first person you see in an office makes a difference. Unfortunately, the majority of doctors offices today don’t have the kind of staff that this place has. Marissa in the back was very patient and thorough. I barely waited 2 minutes which was fantastic. Stella was a great nurse practitioner, patient with all my questions and did my body check with dignity with proper eyewear and lighting (that has never happened at my prior derms office). She provided a lot of helpful suggestions and a prescription for future use for a concern I have. She also cared about my medical history and ensuring my safety and skin health. If I needed to suggest what green flags to look for in a medical practice it would be everything this place is. The facility is also clean and kept up with. I can’t say anything negative at all! I’ve been so happy with my initial appointment and shared their information with other people. Thank you for a great first appointment and for being so much better than what’s out there. I was dreading this due to other practices I’ve been to but you exceeded my expectations thank you to your amazing team!

Dr Nyckowski is awesome. He helped me while I was in a real bad way. Would recommend him to anybody in need a dermatologist.

I went in for involuntary detox. Since my experience at Orlando health was so bad, I think this place did a pretty alright job. Their staff is really nice and caring. They seem to try to do what is best for their patients.

This place has helped me a lot! Yes the staff are ghetto and rude but don’t let that stop you from getting the help that you need. Great services
