The negative reviews are confusing to me. My wife has been here several times recently in the icu and across the hallway. Absolutely everyone from the doctors and nurses were wonderful. I wish I knew the others names they were so nice. Two nurses really stood out though, one lady from the icu (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). And Mackenzie from the second floor. You deserve the recognition for being the best of the best. Seeing such a drastic positive change after you had her was very encouraging for me when I needed it most. Thank you all so much.

I recently went to Highland Park for the adolescent psych unit. I have never been to any other units, but going against the stigma 2east was a good experience. The group time was frequent and I actually learned things that are applicable to my daily life. I was treated with respect by all staff. Most of the food was uneatable for me but there were good options and the food was always warm. They did end up getting my order wrong multiple times but it was usually corrected. The ages are what I believe to be 12-22, yet there were people of almost every age so anyone could be social without being excluded. Shoutout my boy Rick the best mha ❤️

North Shore Health Center has helped me in so many ways they’re always there if I have a question need a refill or talk to the doctor for any reason I wish they had more hours.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Al-Bana for about eight years now and she’s been terrific.
I highly recommend dr. Al-Bana and all the physicians at Lake County health department.

Been going to Family Guidance for awhile now and I absolutely recommend this methadone clinic to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. The staff are mostly friendly and it's easy to get into the clinic within a day or two. Once you get to the correct methadone dose the dope sickness is mostly gone and then you can slowly get back to a normal life. I've had a few counselors since going here and all were nice and professional but my current one Gary is Awesome. He seems to really care and is always helpful. I would most likely be dead if I didn't sign up at Family Guidance. If you're looking for a way to stop using dope give this clinic a try.

My dad was brought here for continued care, and I can confidently say this is the best LTACH we’ve experienced. Most of the employees here are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff overall are truly GREAT!
Starting with the 3rd floor Nursing Manager, Joshua — an exceptional leader. He is understanding, a great listener, and was consistently supportive. He made a difficult time so much more bearable for our entire family. We are truly grateful for his presence and professionalism.
A big thanks also goes to the night-shift Nurse Supervisor, Chris, who was equally outstanding and always on top of things.
The nursing team deserves major recognition as well. Sylvia is top tier, and Andrea, Brigitte, Fidaa, Bosky, Jennifer, Dorian, Ritchie, Rincy, and Agaa were all excellent and deeply caring throughout.
Respiratory Tech Joby stood out for his professionalism and kindness, along with team members like Vikram, Mercy, Billy, Benzie, and Anna. Unfortunately, I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 due to one very poor experience with a tech named Sheena, which did affect our overall impression of the respiratory department.
I also want to commend the wonderful security team at the main entrance — Fedle, Bob, and Jerry were always warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Jasimine for her positive attitude.
There are many more staff members whose names I can’t recall, but they all contributed to a truly positive experience. If you’re considering this facility for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You can bring your family member here with peace of mind knowing they’ll be well cared for.

I’ve been to Compass, and it honestly helped me a lot. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression since quarantine, and I learned some really good coping skills here. The child program’s great, and the adolescent one’s okay. There were a few things I didn’t love, but overall it was a good experience and the two months I was there really paid off.

Compass helped give me my life back! I was in program for a few months. Compass was a safe and comfortable environment to grow and learn. I highly recommend the OCD/complex anxiety program to those who may struggle with anxiety and OCD. Exposure therapy changed my life. I am so grateful for my time at Compass. She not only encouraged me to continue my education, but also helped me get my driver’s license and supported me through the process of having my background expunged. Because of her kindness, professionalism, and dedication, I have been able to put my life back together in ways I never thought possible.

Great staff and very helpful during a rough time because chances are, if you need to come here, its court ordered. This is the most affordable place to take your classes and even of you are a low risk you will be surprised what you learn and take away from these classes. Mario, Amanda, and Frank are awesome from my time spent there in 2005 and they (plus others I've never met) have been excellent for my fiancee who had a whopping 75hrs to complete. This place is really great.

Kim and Melonie are the most welcoming , kind hearted, caring individuals. I never once feel judged and as an addict I’m used to being treated so. But not here. I’m treated like the human being I am and with respect. They really do the most to make the environment a more welcoming enjoyable experience. LOVE, LOVE this clinic!!!! Only clinic my husband & I have joined that treat you with the upmost respect. Melanie & Kim go above & beyond their jobs plus more. They make sure your all set up & don’t need any other resources also. My counselor Chris is unbelievable! First counselor I’ve had that can relate & I actually want to talk & open up. Such a fresh of breath air there, it gives ya hope for once.

A true master class of what MAT program should be, from the amazing Stephanie who you can find dutifully behind the front desk, doing so much for the clients that without her hard work dealing with insurance companies, insuring transportation etc Many people myself included would not have been able to utilize this fantastic place of healing. Furthermore the Director Margo Brooks can not be given enough credit for the way she ensures a place that is conducive to the healing taking place and the humanizing of folks that more often then not have been let down by less Impressive institutions such. I owe my life and sanity to these great people. And that is to say nothing of the 5 star nursing staff. God bless these fine upstanding people and the hard and often thankless job they do. So this comes from the bottom of my heart and I'm sure I speak for many others when finally giving you the just thanks you so rightfully deserve now.
If ever I needed to recommend anyone to get treatment I always have an extra CAP business card in my wallet, they are that good and so much better at what they do from others in their field. That is a firsthand truth.

This hands down is the best clinic in Chgo. I have been to several different clinics through the years and this clinic seems to be the one that is working for me. I have been able to maintain my sobriety here. Counselors are great hours are convenient Nurses are super cool and I've never really had a long wait to get medicated. Love it here

I am forever grateful to the staff and big book people who came in to help the ignorant, selfish, low bottom, sick individuals like I myself once was.
