I gave birth here a week ago and my experience was amazing. Every staff member was attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The care I received exceeded my expectations. My labor and delivery nurses as well as postpartum nurses were so amazing. I worked with Dr. Oshin and Dr. Hughs and both were so amazing as well. I truly felt cared for and listened to the entire labor and delivery. Couldn’t have asked for better doctors and nurses. 10/10!

I had procedure done at Highland Park Hospital and everyone from the main entrance receptionist, same day surgery receptionist, pre-op nurse, Dr Stephans (anesthesiologist), anesthesia nurse, Dr. Linn, Dr. Linn’s PA or resident (Stephanie), the post-op recovery room nurse (Christy), Discharge unit PST, nurse Anthony, and Patient Escort were respectful, kind, and took good care of me. I had never been to Highland Park Hospital only knew it existed. Hospital looked clean and organized to me. The only ding was the urine hat in my discharge unit room was used not changed but I caught that and the nurse changed it (got me a new one). The whole team professional throughout. Diligent on following patient safety rules from what I observed and patient centered is how I felt through my whole experience. They were also professional and kind to my family member. We got in and out smoothly. There is no parking lot fees to worry about only the highway and driving through dark residential streets is something to consider. However, we must drive through residential areas when going to Evanston Hospital too. Thank you Endeavor Highland Park Hospital.

North Shore Health Center has helped me in so many ways they’re always there if I have a question need a refill or talk to the doctor for any reason I wish they had more hours. I’ve been seeing Dr. Al-Bana for about eight years now and she’s been terrific. I highly recommend dr. Al-Bana and all the physicians at Lake County health department.

Most grateful for this treatment center on my 7th anniversary sober from alcohol. The seeds Hazeldon planted saved my life! Shame on whoever is letting Susan Nice run meetings out of your building. She let a stranger stroke my leg her entire meeting and never stopped it once. Had the audacity to ask if it was my boyfriend after. Knowing I live with PTSD from abuse being my longtime 'godsponsor'. She just spoke at the Canada opening. How are you letting someone so detached from reality speak to those in need of help? How many meetings has she been to? Her suggestions along with Laura Ws (whos Mom works with congress scary enough) and the ladies of AA in particular are reckless. Suggested I do my first lead of life and didnt show up. How many woman have you sponsored Laura? You suggested more fellowship and ditched me at my first AA dance. 2 ladies came to Windy City Church women's big book meeting on Mondays and felt so shamed the went home and killed themselves. Those ladies made me feel the same but I refuse to kill myself though your careless suggestions made me feel like I should. The ladies in AA arent doctors. Thanks for being professionals Hazeldon. Alano clubs are hot spots for gossip that's ruining lives. Grateful to be alive and sober. Thanks for starting my journey with me 14 years ago! Hiding under fake names to gain personal information is illegal too Tricia. Shame on all of you ladies.

I'm fairly new to getting regular healthcare from the VA but from my experiences so far I have had nothing but very good care and positive interactions, especially from the nurses and people at the front desk! Everyone is doing the best they can given how many veterans come and go throughout the hospital every single day. Great experience and staff. The only thing I had a problem with was using the phone. We were allowed to use our cell phones 2 times per week for half an hour each time. Other than that it was a great facility and beautiful area. You won't be disappointed.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They saved my lyfe for sure and are currently saving my girlfriends lyfe. I can not say enough good things about this place and trust me if it was wack I'd put them on blast. First the nursing staff is more then amazing. I went there to detox from the typical West Side of Chicago herion-fetinol-xylazine-morphine bullshit and knew I was in for a rough couple weeks. Shout out to all the nurses but especially Linda in detox. This lady held my hand and I completely give her all the credit in the world for getting me through that. After detox I went to the men's unit. I can only speak on the councilors I've had cause I've been there twice but John and Tera are amazing in every way. The staff is awesome with special shout outs to D, Sammy, Kurt and Chase for sure. If you've never witnessed one of Chases groups this man will change your lyfe. The rehab itself is like a resort and I called it the Passeges Malibu of Illinois. It's right on the lake and everything is gorgeous. Id recommend this place 100 times over. The only negative thing I have to say is I came with 2 brand new scripts of Alprazalam and Adderall that was destroyed without my consent even though they belonged to me and everyone said I'd get them back but I guess thats rehab for you. If your struggling with anything this is the best possible place for you. They truly save lives.

I can’t say enough about Micawla and Cliff! We came over from the professional building after hearing some disheartening news. We needed further lab tests, one for a C-T scan. We were told we would have to make an appointment and return at another time. Just so happens that Cliff, who actually does the test, walked in while we were waiting to set up the test. He over heard our situation and immediately said he would fit us in his schedule. With help from Micwala, we were able to do the test the same day. Their overwhelming kindness and compassion were second to none. I would highly recommend Holy Family for their available services and will definitely schedule any further testing with them. This is the way we should treat each other!! Thank you both for your time and support.

Been going to Family Guidance for awhile now and I absolutely recommend this methadone clinic to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. The staff are mostly friendly and it's easy to get into the clinic within a day or two. Once you get to the correct methadone dose the dope sickness is mostly gone and then you can slowly get back to a normal life. I've had a few counselors since going here and all were nice and professional but my current one Gary is Awesome. He seems to really care and is always helpful. I would most likely be dead if I didn't sign up at Family Guidance. If you're looking for a way to stop using dope give this clinic a try.

PSI saved my life. The people here not only helped me want to live a healthier life, but they also helped me find my voice again. This was my second IOP program and honestly the service and care that I received was on a completely different level. Mike Geraci is one of the best therapists I've ever had the pleasure of working with. PSI and Mike went above and beyond for me and my peers to make sure that we finished the program ready to jump back into our lives. I also spent time and stayed at the sober living apartments through PSI and would highly recommend this choice. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. I was on a long weekend birthday vacation with my adult daughter when unfortunately my life-long auto-immune disease decided to flare. I had to go by ambulance from our hotel room to the ER. We were told our best chance of being seen quickly was a drop off at St. Joe’s. Turns out, that was the only bit of fortune I had that weekend. I have been to many ERs and have endured hundreds of in-patient stays over the course of 50 years. St Joe’s in Chicago, Illinois, is the only hospital I’ve ever felt moved enough to leave a review. In general, I only take the time to leave feedback when what I’m reviewing is extremely positive or extremely negative. From the doctors and nurses in the ER to my 3-night stay on the eleventh floor it was a good experience. Everyone was very professional and compassionate. I guess I could say that St. Joe’s was my birthday gift. Every bit along the way I felt seen and heard. I was in pain and extremely dehydrated, but I felt very safe and truly cared about in every department I had to deal with. I was treated with respect and kindness. My room was kept clean, linen changed when needed and when I pressed the button for a nurse, I didn’t wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. If you know you know how quick that is. I never felt I was burdening anybody with my needs. My discharge went smoothly and quickly, which is also rare. As I’m writing this, I’m aware it sounds like I’m leaving a good review for a hotel, but it’s really important that I let others know where I received such empathetic and professional care.

I can’t say enough about Micawla and Cliff! We came over from the professional building after hearing some disheartening news. We needed further lab tests, one for a C-T scan. We were told we would have to make an appointment and return at another time. Just so happens that Cliff, who actually does the test, walked in while we were waiting to set up the test. He over heard our situation and immediately said he would fit us in his schedule. With help from Micwala, we were able to do the test the same day. Their overwhelming kindness and compassion were second to none. I would highly recommend Holy Family for their available services and will definitely schedule any further testing with them. If your child struggles with anything mental health-wise, Compass is a godsend. It’s like school where the teachers are all expert doctors and therapists who genuinely care about your child and your family. We’ve gone back almost every year for a refresher of all the skills they teach our son. Literally nowhere better and we’re so grateful they gave us our son back. I went to bridge house after going to an inpatient. Going to Bridge house for the first time was an life changing amazing experience especially being there for the holidays up until about 2 weeks ago when i graduated the program. They offer groups I never thought I would get into yoga and meditation. I now enjoy doing both because of bridge house. They have awesome food that I used to always cook they actually care about what you're interested in making they buy all the ingredients for you to cook for the house on your scheduled day .They have very good groups and peer support groups. I enjoyed playing the drums and the keyboard that they have to offer as well. So shout out to bridge house thank you for all your support loving and caring attitude towards me always. The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.

The people saying that the food was like Cook county jail's food obviously never been to Cook county. It's like they say it only works if you work it this place takes a lot of people that don't have insurance therefore they probably don't make a lot of money but overall the people care they care enough to take care of people that can't take care of themselves and can't afford it either. It's truly disturbing that a lot of people gave a one-star rating just because of food. This place saved my life, I was on Mater Hall with my child. I loved Mater Hall and most of the counselors, and caseworkers.. Ms Pink and Ms Jones were just case workers and I felt I got more advice and help from them, Emily was also extremely helpful and supportive. I recommend this place fully!! The focus is getting clean not being pampered like your on vacation !!!

Shout out to Ms. Jones and Ms. D aka Ms. PINK 🩷 Ms. Jebriyah Ms. Daryce and Ms. Michelle of mater hall, they make staying worth it with their down to earthness and constant support. They really understand us women and what we go thru. I won't say the same for the supervisor Emily who literally runs a maternity ward and will deny you your cravings no matter how reasonable it is. She made it feel like a prison with your special commissary and be thankful you even eat attitude. Pregnant woman should be allowed SWEETS AND ICE CREAM especially if those items can be purchased downstairs in the pharmacy. My time at Haymarket flew by and I was able to complete 22 days successfully and get my first ever certification of completion 🤗 and have been able to stay sober since I've been home. Going back to the staff above I constantly remember things they said that stuck with me and all the support they gave just by being real. Haymarket food isn't the best consider it county food but they did end up hooking a girl up due to health issues (shout out to Danielle &Wanda) also their doula program is AMAZING the doulas they have are the absolute best (Alexis and Crystal!) they also have powerful testimonies and really care about you as a person and a mother. The counselors and caseworkers they have also help manage your case (shout out Ms Lisa!) Once again I'm greatful to this place for employing staff who have powerful testimony and can actually relate to where you are in your recovery journey. All jokes aside they should have a security officer on the floor at all times it was a little intense with all the fighting 🫣 Thank you to the staff at Haymarket for everything and for my floor mates for making the time go by fast and for the life long friendships made!

Poznałem dzięki nim skuteczne narzędzia do pracy nad sobą które to mogłem stosować podczas kolejnych spotkań. Dzięki pracy w grupie i szczerym rozmowom z uczestnikami, zyskałem głębsze zrozumienie siebie oraz swoich zachowań. Szczególnie cenny był końcowy feedback od prowadzących i innych uczestników, który skłonił do refleksji i potrzeby wprowadzenia zmian.
