They are a great resource and very caring staff. Call them with your concerns and they respond. Mark Phister is an amazing biologist and person who has helped me in many occasions and is a great resource. During COVID they were amazing. They administered covid shots to thousands in an efficient and well run system at the fairgrounds. Great people who really care about your health, the county and globally conscious also!! this is a top notch place, the staff is verry professional and will not berate you at all they will teach you things you never knew about your self as they they showed me. not just the mistakes i made, but why i made them and how not to fall in to the same traps again. its not about what happened, but not to let it happen again. I was struggling with my alcohol use and going into treatment with NIRC changed my life! The staff, techs, facilitators and therapists are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable with many of them having real life experience giving them a place of empathy and advocacy to serve from. In-patient housing, outpatient PHP and IOP options allowed me a platform to move through early recovery at my own pace. The group therapy offerings allowed more personalized options for topics that applied to me individually. Individual therapy helped me to work through to the root issues underlying my addiction through self-directed mentoring, alternative methods and connections with medical and psychiatry professionals on-site. After a couple months, I successfully completed treatment and left NIRC feeling like I have a new lease on life. I was connected with so many community resources to continue my recovery journey and at nearly 4 months sober, I am a version of myself I haven't been connected with in years! I am a better wife and mother, but I also have found my purpose and become a student, a friend, a coach and a productive, self-confident and SOBER part of my community. I owe it to NIRC and I hope to, one day, give back to the organization that has given me a life I am proud of and excited to live every day! Thank you!!

I had a good experience and learn a lot from this program. The staff worked really hard to get me a place to go. I am now in sober living. I enjoyed my time at this treatment center. I am not sure i can properly put into words how important my time at footprints was. I do believe they helped me save my life. The entire staff is full of love, care and kindness. They were professional and diligent in my treatment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone facing struggles with mental health and addiction. I read a few negative reviews before deciding to check myself. I am so grateful i ignored them and checked into footprints.

Great experience and staff. The only thing I had a problem with was using the phone. We were allowed to use our cell phones 2 times per week for half an hour each time. Other than that it was a great facility and beautiful area. You won't be disappointed.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They saved my lyfe for sure and are currently saving my girlfriends lyfe. I can not say enough good things about this place and trust me if it was wack I'd put them on blast. First the nursing staff is more then amazing. I went there to detox from the typical West Side of Chicago herion-fetinol-xylazine-morphine bullshit and knew I was in for a rough couple weeks. Shout out to all the nurses but especially Linda in detox. This lady held my hand and I completely give her all the credit in the world for getting me through that. After detox I went to the men's unit. I can only speak on the councilors I've had cause I've been there twice but John and Tera are amazing in every way. The staff is awesome with special shout outs to D, Sammy, Kurt and Chase for sure. If you've never witnessed one of Chases groups this man will change your lyfe. The rehab itself is like a resort and I called it the Passeges Malibu of Illinois. It's right on the lake and everything is gorgeous. Id recommend this place 100 times over. The only negative thing I have to say is I came with 2 brand new scripts of Alprazalam and Adderall that was destroyed without my consent even though they belonged to me and everyone said I'd get them back but I guess thats rehab for you. If your struggling with anything this is the best possible place for you. They truly save lives.

I can’t say enough about Micawla and Cliff! We came over from the professional building after hearing some disheartening news. We needed further lab tests, one for a C-T scan. We were told we would have to make an appointment and return at another time. Just so happens that Cliff, who actually does the test, walked in while we were waiting to set up the test. He over heard our situation and immediately said he would fit us in his schedule. With help from Micwala, we were able to do the test the same day. Their overwhelming kindness and compassion were second to none. I would highly recommend Holy Family for their available services and will definitely schedule any further testing with them. This is the way we should treat each other!! Thank you both for your time and support.

I highly recommend Compass for anyone struggling with mental health,anxiety, trauma or substance abuse. The group leaders are very welcoming non judgmental and very kind/validating. It is on the expensive side and it’s definitely worth it! It’s helped me tremendously.

Thank you Compass for giving me my life back. A special shoutout to the Trauma Program team for supporting me and giving me a safe place to express myself. If your child struggles with anything mental health-wise, Compass is a godsend. It’s like school where the teachers are all expert doctors and therapists who genuinely care about your child and your family. We’ve gone back almost every year for a refresher of all the skills they teach our son. Literally nowhere better and we’re so grateful they gave us our son back. He feels like himself. 10000 stars out of 10!!!! We love Lisa, Alejandro, Toni, Dr. Franke, the intake phone people, and legit everyone we spoke with. So so so thankful we have this place as a resource.

I went to bridge house after going to an inpatient. Going to Bridge house for the first time was an life changing amazing experience especially being there for the holidays up until about 2 weeks ago when i graduated the program. They offer groups I never thought I would get into yoga and meditation. I now enjoy doing both because of bridge house. They have awesome food that I used to always cook they actually care about what you're interested in making they buy all the ingredients for you to cook for the house on your scheduled day .They have very good groups and peer support groups. I enjoyed playing the drums and the keyboard that they have to offer as well. So shout out to bridge house thank you for all your support loving and caring attitude towards me always. Thank you Dr Guerra Thank you Ms Leticia and Ms Colleen for all of your support, one on ones and the advice you have all way given me. I am now in a sober living independent home thriving and doing well while maintaining my sobriety. The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.

Dzięki pracy w grupie i szczerym rozmowom z uczestnikami, zyskałem głębsze zrozumienie siebie oraz swoich zachowań. My Therapist is Theresa Mikosz. She is amazing. I starting meeting with her at a very critical time in my life. She helped me through when it all. She is sensitive, to your concerns, listens, hears you, questions, understands and offer recommendations, to help improve your life. I highly recommend her. She will be retiring and I will miss her terribly. I think she is a professional that has mastered her craft! The APN I was assigned Sylvia Giron lacks all sensitivity. She was more interested in keeping me on anxiety mesds when my test results showed my anxiety had totally subsided. I will no longer see the APN Slyvia Giron as I should have discontinued seeing her after I requested an increase in dosage of my ADHD medication. Im a professional in corporate experiencing major trauma and she stated something to the effect that you are not going to sell these pills? Apparently Sylvia did not read my chart. A professional experiencing trauma. Why would I need to sell meds that I needed to take? Why would she make such an offensive statement to me? Because I was already experiencing so much trauma I only shared that statement with others. I felt Sylvia was interested in prescribing anxiety meds because as I got better and my anxiety subsided she still wanted me to take these pills. I rejected the script. She scolded me for stop taking the meds. Again Theresa Mikosz has been Amazing 👏 Thank you Theresa!

*****UPDATE*** I had a wonderful experience at my radiology appointment today where I had to have a CAT scan done. I was lucky to be assigned to Roxana and Daniel. They were absolutely so wonderful, comforting and easy to talk to about my worry about having it done. They were patient and made sure I was truly comfortable. Thank you Roxanna for making my day and thank you Daniel for taking my arm and being my date for my cat scan! This hospital is truly the best! had an echocardiogram done by David Tuesday November 18. He was so sweet and kind and we talked the whole time. He knew exactly how to take my mind off my worries! He is a keeper!!!! Thank you David!

Kim and Melonie are the most welcoming , kind hearted, caring individuals. I never once feel judged and as an addict I’m used to being treated so. But not here. I’m treated like the human being I am and with respect. They really do the most to make the environment a more welcoming enjoyable experience. When I first came here I was broken and lost in addiction just trying to look for a way out and this place really helped me get on the right path. Recovery is possible and keep going!!!

LOVE, LOVE this clinic!!!! Only clinic my husband & I have joined that treat you with the upmost respect. Melanie & Kim go above & beyond their jobs plus more. They make sure your all set up & don’t need any other resources also. My counselor Chris is unbelievable! First counselor I’ve had that can relate & I actually want to talk & open up. My wife and I were both admitted to Glenbrook Hospital with pneumonia. We are both in our 80s and were very ill. The concern for our welfare and treatment in the ER and the four days in the hospital was absolutely exceptional. Far above our expections. Thank you to everyone who helped us get trough a very difficult situation.

My mother was admitted to the hospital for three days after coming to the ER, and she is being discharged today. Overall, the hospital has excellent, hotel like facilities, and the staff are all kind. In particular, the nurses assigned to my mother's room Isabel and Jackie were incredibly kind and professional. However, while we were in ER Room #4, my mother was bitten on the back by bugs while in bed, and I was bitten more than ten times on my ankles while sitting in a chair; when I mentioned this to the nurse, she completely ignored me. I ended up buying medication at a pharmacy and applying it to my mother's back myself. Later, we were moved to Room #C, and when I told the nurse there about the issue, she filed a report and she was very kind.

I would like to thank Claudia at CST Counseling and Consultation for her genuine help in guiding me to find the correct resource. I had called a few days ago seeking a service that this practice doesn't offer. Claudia was able to clarify what type of service I was looking for and provided at least 5 different referrals for places that do offer this service. CST was actually the 3rd place I called looking for this service. The other practices simply said they didn't offer it and that was that. I sensed a care here for clients that you can feel immediately when you talk to them. She could have said they don't offer the service like the others, but her willingness to find other places that do really touched me and sincerely helped me to find the right service. I had just gave birth to a Beautiful baby girl!!! In the time of our homelessness, the shelter we were staying at refered me to them!! I called them and made appointment. When the time came I went to the appointment and they were so sweet, understanding, and very resourceful!!!. I was amazed, and happy!!! First off, it's a blessing itself to have a facility FREE OF CHARGE!!! They help step by step, to get your life in order and back together again!!!♥️ Nicasa has truly been a blessing to us, and always will be!!! We are still with them still this day!!! Ms. Cindy is 1 of the few and rare woman I have ever met. This woman was a Huge BLESSING!!!! THE THINGS SHE DID FOR ME WAS RARE!!! I am so grateful for Nicasa and the incredible support I received from their team. With the guidance of my caseworker, Ms. Darlene, I was able to make real progress in my life. She not only encouraged me to continue my education, but also helped me get my driver’s license and supported me through the process of having my background expunged. Because of her kindness, professionalism, and dedication, I have been able to put my life back together in ways I never thought possible. I also want to recognize her supervisor, Ms. Sindey, whose support and understanding made a huge difference. Both of them carry a genuine heart for the community and give their time, energy, and compassion to help families across Lake County. What makes Nicasa so special is that they are not just another organization—they truly care. They spend countless hours serving people and making a positive impact. I gave birth here a week ago and my experience was amazing. Every staff member was attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The care I received exceeded my expectations. My labor and delivery nurses as well as postpartum nurses were so amazing. I worked with Dr. Oshin and Dr. Hughs and both were so amazing as well. I truly felt cared for and listened to the entire labor and delivery. Couldn’t have asked for better doctors and nurses. 10/10!

I had procedure done at Highland Park Hospital and everyone from the main entrance receptionist, same day surgery receptionist, pre-op nurse, Dr Stephans (anesthesiologist), anesthesia nurse, Dr. Linn, Dr. Linn’s PA or resident (Stephanie), the post-op recovery room nurse (Christy), Discharge unit PST, nurse Anthony, and Patient Escort were respectful, kind, and took good care of me. I had never been to Highland Park Hospital only knew it existed. Hospital looked clean and organized to me. The only ding was the urine hat in my discharge unit room was used not changed but I caught that and the nurse changed it (got me a new one). The whole team professional throughout. Diligent on following patient safety rules from what I observed and patient centered is how I felt through my whole experience. They were also professional and kind to my family member. We got in and out smoothly. There is no parking lot fees to worry about only the highway and driving through dark residential streets is something to consider. However, we must drive through residential areas when going to Evanston Hospital too. Thank you Endeavor Highland Park Hospital.
