The outpatient program at Rosecrance has been invaluable to my recovery. Dominique demonstrates an authentic commitment to helping me, and others in the group, maintain our sobriety. Whether it is through therapeutic programming, providing resources to enable our recovery, or just simply by helping navigate confusing financial aid forms, she is all in and wants to see her clients succeed. When Steve has had to fill in, on days Dominique was not here, he did the same. They both really just seem to care…but also hold you accountable if you are not helping yourself. The culture of this program has allowed me the opportunity to really get to know other clients in this programs as well. The friendships I have developed here will stay in my heart forever.

All of the staff are super friendly and their goal is to help you be successful. The PA listens to you carefully and he will suggest and prescribe medication to aid you to reach your goals. The counselor will work with you to set up a plan for your recovery and listens intently to you to help you reach the goals you have set. She has helped me in numerous ways to overcome anxiety issues that were blocking my path. I believe the whole staff have truly saved my life.

Unfortunately I was not able to complete the program as I simply couldn’t afford to continue on, but as far as outpatient mental health programs go, this place is among the best. She not only encouraged me to continue my education, but also helped me get my driver’s license and supported me through the process of having my background expunged. Because of her kindness, professionalism, and dedication, I have been able to put my life back together in ways I never thought possible.
I also want to recognize her supervisor, Ms. Sindey, whose support and understanding made a huge difference. Both of them carry a genuine heart for the community and give their time, energy, and compassion to help families across Lake County.

I had to rush my mother to the ER for having breathing issues, and pressure in her chest. It was at 1:30AM on a Thurday morning.
She was taken to a bed fairly quickly. The Doctor and Nurses were wonderful.They took great care of my mother. They transferred her to Glenbrook Hospital for cardiac care.
I can't say enough how wonderful everyone has been.

I am only speaking of the physical therapy office in the lower level - Brenda (the receptionist) and Priyanka (my physical therapist) are both incredible people. They made me feel so safe and heard. I just “graduated” from my course of physical therapy and I feel at least 5x better than I did when I started PT. Priyanka changed my life and I am very grateful!

I have the misfortune of being a guest of the hospital to many times in the last couple of years with a heart condition. I will say that all my visits were at a high srandard of health care. I am in the infant and mother's. I have never been admitted to a hospital as an adult. 100% LOVE the staff here. Nurses, doctors make you feel safe and secure. Best experience I have ever had. Went to their outpatient lab for bloodwork - Easy parking, navigation, check in, etc. all staff from help desk to check in was great. Martha in the lab did my blood work and she was AN ANGEL! I was nervous and she was so kind and did a great, quick job. She rocks!

Highland Park Hospital labor and delivery is the BEST! My hospital stay was top tier because of the care I was given during my vist. I could not be more thankful for the entire team (doctors, midwives, nurses, anesthesiologist, cafeteria workers, custodial staff and everyone involved.) I highly recommend HPH labor and delivery.

Nicasa is a very good place to be and having respect for the staff and it's subordinates goes a long way. I really appreciate the Dr. She took the time to listen to what I had to say pertaining to the services that lead me there. She along with other staff were very helpful, informative, and over all genuine. The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.
