Summer house is an amazing place to detox at with excellent service, the staff were so helpful and kind.. I would truly recommend this place to any loved one that is ever having to deal with addiction.. Great hospitality, great food, and genuine love/care!! A big shout out to Rootie the owner, Burt, Mike, Wade in admissions. And as far as the techs, Tj, Guy, Ronnie, Maria, Daphne, Tyler were amazing!! I had an amazing experience at Summerhouse! The staff was kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Jen and Daphne—they are truly the best techs there! They were always caring, patient, and willing to help whenever I needed something. Their positive attitudes and genuine compassion made a big difference in my experience. I’m very grateful for the time I spent at Summerhouse and for the people who made me feel supported along the way. It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! I'm grateful to have her in my life, someone you could look up to, no matter what!

i love my stay here because of how much the staff helps the clients and bond with us and if anyone ever felt down we knew we could reach out. my sweet Andrea’ (spelling?) was the BEST TECH. she loves me like her own and i am forever grateful to her for being there and loving me when i struggles to love myself!

Montoto, the Practice Manager, has been one of the most dynamic and helpful people in the practice. She made what could have been a logistical nightmare with appointments and consultations feel simple, organized, and effortless. It is easy to see why the practice runs so smoothly. Thank you a million, Maria. Dr. Borrego has provided me with professionalism, compassion, and truly attentive care. Her warmth and understanding make it easy to speak openly and feel heard. She has made a difficult experience feel reassuring and positive, and I am very grateful for the trust and confidence I have in her. Dr. Copola has become a tremendous asset to my care and to the practice. This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. What can I say, this place saved my life. If I could give it a 6 star review that’s what I would do. The staff from the top Ms. Andrea, Oscar, Regina, and Patrick to the therapists Francesca, Maria, and Jaime and all the BHT’s are amazing. Banyan really ares about their clients and it really shows. I'm not Ron Richards I'm Ron Polanski I was at banyan health systemfor 3 months in 2025 I basically just left there the only bad things that I saw was the doctor and the nurse family diagnose pretty much what you had and that's it at least they fire the one nurse when I was there due to not having enough money to pay a few people when I left I'm not going to talk about about this place they kept me there a month extra like I asked all the stuff was good to me they were concerned about things Andrea Zoe Oscar I'm sure my therapist isn't there anymore but I don't want to put his name out there each room had a bathroom everything was clean because we kept them clean they keep you up they keep you doing things 7:00 up until 8:00 at night all these people most of them lives on the streets they don't complain about that if you get what I'm saying anyway addicts want to complain about everything once they get clean do you and only you and stop complaining get out there live life on life's terms and you can make all your decisions and not worry about this that and the other thing do your life first before you put every thing down you are lucky to go to this program at banyan on 59th Street Northwest 1st avenue don't forget that Ronald Polanski checking out have a good day 🙏🙏👍

Dr. Ricart is the best doc ever - I have been seeing him for over 5 years and being under his care is has had a huge impact on the quality of my life. If you are struggling with anxiety or stressful life events, or bad days have become bad weeks or months, I highly recommend Dr. Ricart. He is compassionate and his office is 100% on point. I started here bc the self pay rates were reasonable when I didn't have insurance and continued even after I got commercial insurance bc there really isn't a better doctor in this field in Miami. To address some of the issues mentioned in the other reviews: make your next appointment before you leave and go to there 5040 location if you can. I have had no problem at that locations however the one in Midtown is hard to communicate with.
