This is a review about my counselor, Ms. Dana D. She has helped me so much just by believing in me. Just that fact makes so much difference. . And I've thought about it and she does make that difference to me. And the fact that no matter what I continue to keep trying . I have had so many reasons to give in and give up ,I won't do that . I'm going to make the difference for the ones who died out there , and the ones who continue to try and even succeed. It's a very caring place. I mean honestly I can say whatever on my mind or what I'm feeling and Dana always seems as if shes not at all shocked by somethings that I say . And always gives me positive feedback no matter what it is. She seems to know when I'm not doing well because she does check on me . I just don't know how she knows. Guess just experience. :) I can't thank this place for being a place to try to get myself clean and sober , yet also feel as though they enjoy what they are doing. As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze. My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment. Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

My husband went there for kratom addiction. He left early but has been sober for 6 months!! I credit them with helping him get over the physical symptoms with care and compassion. Truly life changing!! And his insurance fully covered his stay. Family days were insightful and it's a very nice, interesting property. Id recommend it to anyone facing addiction. Valley Hope is amazing! Every person is very caring and make you feel like you can do this. The quality of care, facility, recovery program team are exceptional. They also have aftercare so when you get out you have great options for continued care. They check on you periodically to make sure you are okay. I have been going to STC for almost 5 years now .I have paid a lot of money and for the most part the clinic has been great .once I got a better councillor things were going well for years.but then I got a medical marijuana card for my health problems and once i did this it was like they no longer wanted to help me..I was phased down instantly as if I was taking drugs and not complying..but i was complying all the way even with the law.The state issued me a medical marijuana card and i am a marijuana patient and this is medicine for my health and well being and I have been punished for it at Springdale Treatment center.but several of the councillors agree with me and say that it is supposed to be the equivalent to any other physician prescribed medication if you have a medical card.But the program director Connie Phillips is the only one refusing to go by the LAW.And they allow people to take klonopin with methadone which is deadly but NOT medical marijuana when the person has a card.

Connie Phillips will go above and beyond if you'll let her. So will the other counselors. She will NOT help U DIE at her clinic! She has saved my life! You may know me as James C or Brian C. & if you do u are shocked to hear me say all of this! U have to want to get clean. No one can make you! If you want to just get high,take methadone and play games then this is not the place for you. Go to Joplin or Roland. I did back when I wasn't serious. I also didn't like Connie at first because she wouldn't do what I wanted! Give them a chance and take the cotton out of your ears and put it in your mouth. God bless everyone with this disease! Work on your recovery like u worked on getting high! Get a sponsor work the steps! If u listen they will put u on the right path! I want to thank everyone at the clinic!! I'm no better than u & u are no better than me! ????

Springdale Treatment Center 5 star Review Counselors with Patience, Understanding, and Respect Springdale Treatment Center is a life saving/life changing Treatment Center. Every counselor here is rooting and advocating for the addict. The entire staff has always treated me with patience, understanding, and respect. A way us addicts don’t get treated very often. This program in conjunction with the use of methadone has saved my life and given me my life lost to drugs back; my relationships/kids, resolved legal issues, my health, and financial independence are all resolved or on their way to being resolved because of this program with the use of methadone. Just like anything in life…. if you follow the rules and do what you agree to do upon signing up the program will work for you and you will have success. :) You don't have to be sick anymore. Get in Recovery.

Group sessions felt more like honest conversations than formal meetings, and everyone supported each other with encouragement and humor. I went to treatment here nearly 4 years ago stayed for integration which was two months and I stayed sober for over two years and went into shelter plus care which is a awesome telegram but I love the women at Miracles they truly care and I help my kids when I needed help out of my diction and since we last because of my own fault and wanna go back there!

I was blessed with the opportunity to go to wrc at the beginning of 2016. The Kimtechs where very personable, I used to always ride w ms.dourthy to go pick up the food from Options, we was allowed to smoke cigarettes in the courtyard, which I enjoyed. The only issue for me is who I got as a Counselor, Mrs Brown I believe her name was. She just wasn't as involved as other counselors. Maybe they paired me w her bcus they knew I didn't need a lot of supervision. which I didn't but it might've been nice to have some -one on one- w a professional, learning healthy coping mechanisms. Since that was my first attempt to get clean since I started at 12, I ended up having 4½ yrs clean that time ... Thinking about checking out their new location

As I look back and I try to find that one defining pivotal moment in my Recovery that tipped the scales Without a doubt, it would be my experience at country Road. I wish I could say it was easy, And comfortable, but when was the last time anything ever really happened in your life worth value that didn’t come with hardship? Country Roads started my recovery for me, I’m 430 days sober today. The staff, the environment, the experience that I gained not only from my time there, but also in the long lasting friendships and mentorships that I still have today has made all the difference in my life. I've had an excellent experience with Comcare during the past few months (as I've been inching my way thru a very difficult season of unexpected isolation & post trauma fear.) I've called their 24/7 crisis support 3x (when I simply needed words of support) and dropped in to the crisis center 3x (seeing a different crisis clinician each time), and each of those clinicians was *very professional, astutely skilled in helping me, compassionate, and encouraging. I've also been getting short term case worker support (weekly, with one clinician), which has been exceptionally helpful in giving me emotional support (and the *excellence describes her, too!). Definitely a 5 star experience for me, and I'm so grateful.
