I've been seeing a therapist for a long time and she's great! She listens and genuinely cares. The other office staff is super nice and helpful too. I've been in therapy for quite a bit of my teenage and adult life and can honestly say that Adanta has been the best out of all.

I have had severe anxiety and depression my whole life. I was referred here by Dr. Mohammad and it was the worst place for me! They are rude, if your lucky enough to get a medication it's only what doesn't work. I have a Genesight test to show i can't take the antidepressants she wanted to give me so now my quality of life has been little to nothing because of this place not helping me. I don't understand how they stay in business. Their therapist Cocoa will only give you medicine you can't take or you don't get any medicine at all, how is that fair to the patient that waited for months to get in suffering all the way. Oh yeah and here's another kicker, I passed my drug test and I'm not red flagged, so why am I not able to get the medications I've needed and had for years until now? Our health care is the worst in New Albany and this place is part of the problem. We need to restart all the medical care in this area. It's mostly people self medicating which is against my religion so I feel like my Christianity has been affected by all of this also. God put medicine here for a reason, where is it all going to if the doctors won't let the patients have what their God given body isn't getting it? Why is my insurance company paying for visits that end in me being my own doctor?

Tho place is a complete joke and they are worthless for help! My brother is a patient here we paid for his medication until December and these people have not sent his medication for two months now. We call after hours and they don’t know anything at all they are no help! The don’t even check on him and now for two months we don’t have any medicine for him I do not recommend this place at all to anyone!

I would highly recommend Roaring Brook. The staff here met me where I was at but didn't leave me there. My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything.

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

The Dr here was great. Dr Jennifer Cupp I think it was. I'm not great with names. She made me feel very comfortable. She took time to address every question or concern I had. I think I actually found a Dr that will listen to me. The staff was friendly and great as well.

Edit: Just got a letter in my mail, they are billing me 100 dollars for running my insurance to tell me they are so understaffed they are unable to treat me within a year. Avoid if at all possible.
I'm sure the practitioners here are good and decent people but these Southwestern Facilities themselves are straight up designed to bill your insurance as much as possible before you are given any help. One specialist will refer you to another, and then this specialist will refer you to another, and then this specialist will refer you to another and FINALLY, in several months you can begin your treatment.
Thank God there's not a mental health crisis in America right now!
Again, the people who work here are lovely and I'm sure their hands are tied in making these kinds of decisions. These facilities are not. Avoid if you have any urgent mental health issues.

The faculty and staff have literally saved my life and I can’t help to believe these people are hand chosen by God. I cannot say enough good things about this place and its workers. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to help me and the other clients that I have seen. From the secretary, to the nurse and the therapist, are outstandingly wonderful.
