I've been seeing a therapist for a long time and she's great! She listens and genuinely cares. The other office staff is super nice and helpful too. I've been in therapy for quite a bit of my teenage and adult life and can honestly say that Adanta has been the best out of all.

The absolutely WORST company to stand on existence. I’ve been BEGGING for a paper for court for DAYS so I don’t get a warrant. And they are REFUSING to help me. Claims “your therapist has to do that.” But FAILS to have the THERAPIST do their job and send you to court with NOTHING in hand to help you! They expect you to just figure it out on your own when you have been BEGGING for days, have phone records for days, and RECORDED conversations of me BEGGING and them REFUSING to help! I went here in 2003/2004 and I see there are some negative comments but as a child that came from a very abusive home. I found peace here and so much love that I have never had before the staff there during my time I will never forget.. Mrs. Carol believed me and helped me get away from a bad home. She set me on a path and now im married with three children I honestly dont think I would make it without them. Went in to the hospital with a really high blood pressure 205/198. Was given meds. Ran some test. Said found nothing. Some grumpy lady came said I need to collect a thousand dollars from you. As you share of the cost I said I don’t have a house dollars. Shorty after that I was discharged with a high blood pressure reading of 165/198

Bebo the new doctor is wildly unprofessional. Instead of trying to help people he main focus seems to be keeping patients there and increasing the money coming. You try to leave and he jumps down your throat telling you that your not improving and maybe increase dosing which means more money for them via more time with the clinic. They try to discourage you from detoxing off of the meds. Nothing at this place make sense and should be shut down. No one is there to help you.

Not sure how much my advice or concerns would change the way things are done due to years of it being pretty much the same. The staff we have is great. I love our manager, Keisha and Julie and they do a great job of welcoming new people and making everyone who have been there still feel important as well. Day in and day out everyone has a great attitude and willingness to help. With such a high turnover rate If it were up to me I would make sure everyone got a raise and was based off of what they feel like they should deserve to be getting because whatever that number would be they have gone way over and above to make BHG feel like home even down to the decorations. It doesn’t makes sense to me in a day where no one has work ethic or desire to work and high turnover rates that you get good work who wants to be there and not compensate them for that. Everyone we have at this facility needs to be compensated for their time and effort and on making a choice to stay and put in the work and not constantly disown us and leave which as an addict consistency is something we need and when there’s turnover we feel it too. If we are truly cared about and this is a company that is truly trying to help in recovery we need to make sure we’re all getting the help we need and that also obviously includes the great team who makes it all possible and we don’t want to lose them!

Don’t get me wrong, the therapist we use for children is wonderful. All of our kids love her. If I were reviewing her I would give it five stars. However, I’m reviewing Compass Point itself. The billing sucks! Every bill is super confusing you can’t tell what had been paid by insurance and what hasn’t! And when you call to ask The billing department explain it to you, they can’t explain it either.
The therapists that work here would probably be better off going somewhere else. I’m sure they have lost many clients due to the billing. And I have a feeling they don’t get paid until you, or your insurance company pays. That’s awful because the Therapists do a great job!

Update: I have emailed billing several times, and got a rejection message from my isnurance company when it was billed a second time, and am still receiving billing emails expecting me to pay for non existant appointment copays. This is unacceptable. Still have never gotten a call back from the office.
**Original Review** Scheduled appt as new patient for Aug 23rd, was told over the phone @ booking that I would receive email links for forms as well as a link to the secure video platform for the appt itself. Never received anything via email, so I called, was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail, never got a response. 23rd comes around, I still have no link or forms email, still have not gotten through or gotten a call back, until the dr herself calls me wanting to know what happened. I told her, exactly what happened. She apologized, said they've had issues with this before, and we rescheduled as husband and I had since gone about our day when I had no way to complete the appointment. I click the link to find out what is going on, to find out that I was fully billed for the appointment that THEIR office screwed up and never fixed. I absolutely will not be paying that, and I have cancelled the rescheduled appointment. This is ridiculous.

I was admitted to The Chrysalis House in August 2019. I gave birth to my daughter while in treatment. I gained all of the skills and therapy I needed to sustain my recovery. I graduated in February 2020. I have full custody of all three of my children, I have a full time career as a recovery coach where I live now, I attend school full time as a Social Work major, and I am closing on my first home in 11 days. I was able to go from homeless to homeowner with the education I gained through this program. I'm able to be a mother, a student, and an employee rather than a hopeless addict that arrived at their door with two dollar general bags of clothes and hygiene products. I would recommend this program to any mother struggling with addiction. The chrysalis house saved my life and I am incredibly grateful for the healing I received from such a nurturing environment. YOUR LIFE MATTERS!

If you want a place to start your recovery journey, this is it. There is no room for the nonsense you will find at other 30 day inpatient facilities. All the staff will help you succeed in any way they can, setting you up for longer term treatment in there sober living program. I have been to other treatments in the past but Ethan health is by far the best. They check all boxes you are looking for in a recovery journey. I owe them for where my life is heading today.

Mental health services has been great!
Can't say that for PCP. I'm extremely anemic (blood work shows that) and can't get in until the 16th of January! Unfortunately, I don't have insurance so I can't afford to go anywhere else. Guess I'm not dead enough to get the care needed.

Went to have my blood drawn so I didn't have to drive the hour to Lexington. I was unable to get out so long they canceled the order. The folks at the clinic were amazing, got the order re-input, and helped me while I had a panic attack. My PTSD is very severe, and they did what was best so I could get it done.

I transferred my care from VA Somerset to VA Berea because of convenience. I'm so glad I did! I met with Dr. Bennett for initial patient visit. She took her time going over my medical chart, explained answers I had in great detail. I've always gotten good care at VA Somerset as well as VA Bowling Green, but this care at VA Berea is at the next level!!!👍👍👍
