As soon as he retired i was set up w/ N.P. out of school-- They brought me off a anxiety med way tooo fast--said she would try something that wasnt a beso ps-i was on a benso the lowest dose possible left me in withdrawls and refused to help with any type of med to help with my anxiety dis-order No help do not care

Great not for profit company thats 100% volunteer based company. They do a lot of great thing's in the community and for the community of York County. One of the amazing thing's they do is offer a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center free of charge to York County residents. They also offer a Men and Woman's Shelter in Alfred, ME. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They do an amazing job and I really hope they keep up the amazing job they do, do because they are truly the very BEST at all they do for the community and the people in York County. I'm happy to say I was once part of some of the things York County Shelter Program's do. They have forever changed my life for the very best and thats exactly what they aim to do is to better people and their lives. :)

I Called New Season & they got me in the very next morning for a intake & my first dosage. Ladd the program director was who I dealt with & he is always very caring , easy to talk to & understands & genuinely cares about how you’re doing. Ladd has helped me with the whole process from getting into New Season to setting up the check in app on my phone they use & also giving me a very big help setting up insurance… The nurses and my counselor Greg have been great also! I’ve had 0 issues & the only thing I would change is the take home policy to include auto take homes on the weekend & snow day take homes… Other than that very GREAT PLACE!

I had an amazing, amazing stay. The dining staff made delicious food, especially the desserts. My only drawback would be that the facility is understaffed as far as techs go, but their drive, empathy, and kindness more than made up for it. I would especially like to thank Christine for being an ANGEL on Earth, and Annemarie for her dedication and care. The nursing staff did everything they could to ensure a comfortable, safe experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

Such a great place! From the moment I very nervously, and hesitantly walked in I was treated with compassion and respect. I was in real trouble, my drinking was out of control for a long time, and my health and family were suffering. Serenity got me safely detoxed and sober, and then taught me how to stay that way. Antrim House was hands down the best treatment center I have been to and I know that I was not the only client that felt that way. All of the staff at Antrim made me feel heard and catered to our needs always. The BHA’s, Clinicians, Providers, Nursing Staff all went above and beyond to help me out throughout my stay there. Had some amazing talks with Brittany, Sherrie, Bailey, Chris D, Daniella, Wanda, Trevor, Lisa, Trish, Ashley, Joe and more that I will never forget. The food there cooked by Leah was top notch and the best food I’ve ever had at a treatment center. I love the fact that Krystle the alumni coordinator is so involved in her job and so passionate about what she does. It is really cool to me that she is so productive and proactive about keeping everyone in contact on the alumni app for events so we can all keep in touch and continue on together as a community in our recovery journey so that we have each other to lift one another up each step of the way. I will never forget my stay there at Antrim because it has helped save my life. If I kept going on the path I was going down I don’t know if I would be here leaving this review because I would most likely be dead. I can’t tell you how to get sober because everyone is different and needs different things, but I can tell you that Antrim House will give you all the tools you need to stay sober and be successful after you leave to stay on the right path. Antrim House and their staff will fight for you daily and they believe in you. The way they care and the staff there speaks volumes about Sobriety Centers as a whole and I am so grateful that I was able to go through this program. I am so grateful for Antrim House. I am rebuilding my life today and experiencing meaningful progress in recovery because of Antrim and It's staff! I can't thank the Bha's enough for connecting and inspiring me. My case manager bent over backwards to help me navigate a complicated set of logistical issues. because of the dedication of the staff at Antrim I got a chance to do the real work on me, that i had never been able to do before! I am indebted to the nursing staff who stood by me as I dealt with the consequences of my use. I learned so much from the classes and was truly inspired and motivated by Bha's I got so many tools at Antrim that serve me today as I try continue to trek farther up and further into this spiritual journey towards better and new!

I had been sober for 9 years, taking Suboxone but it was all a lie. I relapsed and everything came crashing down. I went to jail, almost caught a serious charge, was getting evicted from my apartment, my car ready to be repossessed and my life just seemed to spiral out of control. I was on the verge of suicide. I decided to go back to the methadone clinic and start IOP. My journey of healing began. It's just a slip, I will get back up even stronger than before. I know now who is important in my life and who isn't. If I want to change I need to start healing and loving myself first. Something I've never done, everyone else was first. Now it's time for me to be number one. My life matters I don't want to die.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!! I've been in treatment for a little over a year sober for 3 months now started attending IOP which is offered at the clinic and that led me on the path to being completely drug free thanks to all the support that's offered I can finally say LIFE is AMAZING!!! Thank you NEW SEASONS truly this place has changed my life for the BEST ! I have clean sober friends now I highly recommend attending some type of group the support you get between the consulers and the clients is unbelievable ! I have had the upmost great experience at HCRC. Dexter great guy first person I see every morning. Then I see Michelle she has been a truly great person, she always ask me if I am ok never mad always smiling. Then the head nurse has gone above and beyond to make me feel good the gentlemen nurse and all the other female nurses and consular. Thank you so very much for asking me everyday if I am ok I lost my mom last Sept. And my dad sept. 10th 2024. The nurses are Top Knots and unusually helpful and resourceful. The counselors that exist are all fair and kind, but constant short staffing and management issues cause a great place to only get a good rating. This is a for-profit clinic, so the higher up the management chain one goes, the further away an addict in recovery is from recovery. Unfortunately this company owns most of the clinics in the area, so one does not have a choice. This is also not unusual. There is no handicapped accessible entrance. You can go in the back way, around the back of the hospital, but you still have to walk a very good distance to the front door, and once inside it's very small so a person with mobility issues is going to struggle. I don't suggest anyone with mobility issues goes to this Clinic. He Corrections Officers in the back of the hospital, they have an entrance for the prisoners there. There is constant clashing with the handicapped clients and the Corrections Officers because there's no real protocol for handicapped patients. But overall this is a good place. Small, and they don't put up with any of the usual nonsense that goes on.( There are very few drug deals if at all that will go on here!). The security guard is top-notch as well and is very fair but firm. If you are not looking for Recovery, I suggest you go somewhere else because you won't last long here. I've had some personal issues with the take-home protocol as well as the short staffing resulting in treatment plans not being effectively instituted, but again this is management and has nothing to do with the day to day staff.
