Tranquility woods has been transformative for me. The Clinicians were awesome. The grounds serene. I met with my Therapist 4 times a week. I had a weekly massage, acupuncture, great food and met friends for life. It was a emotional rollercoaster, but I was able to start healing from my trauma. Im grateful I gave myself this gift of recovery. Now the real work begins.

Came here for 30 days and got the help I needed. The property is beautiful with lots of wildlife. Tucked away so it's very quiet and peaceful. The house are very nice and cozy. The staff was great as well. My fave PAs were Ryan and Chris. My clinicians were Doug and Edwin who were wonderful and really helped me work thru my issues. I would "100%" recommend.

My experience there was nothing short of life-changing. The staff and clinicians gave me the tools I needed to come back home and face my problems head-on. I learned how to communicate better in my relationships and handle challenges in a healthy way. The environment was supportive, understanding, and full of people who genuinely care about your well-being. Im thankful for going from prison to Gaudenzia. The first day Guy said we got you just do your part. Thankful for having Miss Kristen as a counselor before she moved on. Very grateful and thankful for Mrs Amy who became my counselor who showed how much she cares for her clients to succeed. Im thankful for Ms Rene who held me down at court and was always there when I had a question. Thankful for Mrs Chantel with the unlimited life skills information, can’t forget Mr Anthony, Mr George, Miss Stacey and all their positive insight and meaningful information. I would like to thank Desiree Garland a kind, patient sonographer at the ER at VHC . She took her time and was patient with me during my test. Ultra sounds on your legs at least for me hurt very badly. But she took the time to press gently and thoughtfully. I was scared to come back as last time I was screaming in pain from the last sonographer so I wanted to point out I had a great experience this time around. Which shows that Desiree is experienced but most importantly cared for her patient/me. So thank you Desire! Also Dr Sverha in the ER was very nice and answered all my questions.

Dear Administrator: Please kindly recognize the outstanding and exemplary service provided by your outpatient lab employee/technician Leslie at the main outpatient lab who has repeatedly provided exceptional service and so accommodating when performing her duties especially since I have special needs. I loved my time here! Everyone was really great, except Amelia. She's very weird, but by far my favorite staff member. The program director truly cares about every patient and puts her all into the treatment program. Meta, one of the nurses, provided excellent care and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and that I was fully supported. I will rate Chrysalis House based on when I was there and when it was being ran by different staff and Mrs Carisaa was there. Other than that I can not speak for the program after Mrs. Carissa left. When I was there it was tough but it is what i needed. I have never been to a program that actually cared and literally internally got to me dug up some buried issues and I worked on them. Mrs. MELVINA was my counselor, she was amazing. Most of the staff had went through addiction. Mrs Denise was amazzziiinnggg i never felt uncomfortable, leaving my son with them during the day. The whole staff at that time was amazing. Yes, it was very strict, but they did it in a loving way because they did not want us to die. I know countless women That graduated the Chrysalis House and are still clean. I have ten fifteen, close lifelong friends that I had met at Chrysalis and that are still clean to this day. I have never went to a treatment that had this much success. Like I said, I cannot speak for the new staff, but it sounds like it is still a great program.While I was there and before I left, they were building on the new addition which was beautiful.It was finished before I left but was not open yet. A woman and children's program is needed and I hope that this one is ran as good as it was when I was there.I'm sure it is. I felt so safe with my children. I'll forever be grateful for Mrs. Carissa and all the staff.

I was someone who stayed here for so time almost a year. I know you can't please everyone but they did try to. Most of the residential staff was wonderful very attentive to the clients needs. The two that I felt that went beyond their job was Simone and Melissa I felt very safe and comfortable w them and they are some of the most compassionate, caring staff I have come across I truly believe they are at their job not only for a paycheck but to help. Thank you to all the residential staff. The clinical team here is beyond amazing I am actually lost for words how much the team does. They are all very passionate about their job and they make u feel welcomed and safe . I honestly believe if you are willing to chose recovery Chrysalis House will and can help 💯

From the moment I got on the phone with them, I felt like someone actually heard me . They didn’t push me or judge me—just straight up helped me figure out what I needed. The place had a super chill energy, kind of like a breath of fresh air after all the chaos I’d been through .What hit different was the way they blended structure with real understanding. I drank everyday for 17 years following my return from service overseas. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs as well as the others I met in residential treatment. They definitely were able to reach the root of my alcohol addiction and help put forth a plan for my continued success. I am almost 3 months sober and truly haven't felt better in my life. I believe God put these people in my path to help guide me. Thank you Sagebrush staff. If you do happen to go there, there is a program assistant that is ok at ping pong. The cops and the local hospital are incompetent as well, and often are extremely unprofessional. CAM has by far been the best program I’ve been on. I was at another program (Cherryhill) for years & that place Hod change your whole energy. I would go in happy, come out in a horrible mood! There were a few good people there like Mrs. Hope & Nurse Michelle & a few good counselors, but at CAM, everyone has been amazing! From the beautiful woman at the front to the nurses & counselors, I am grateful for each one of them. I’ve been clean for 14 years & continue to be clean because of CAM.
