Never a problem. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful they always greet me with a smile and a greeting. I have blood drawn regularly for my doctor at GBMC in Towson with NO problem they usually get blood with the first stick. Christopher Toth is my PA and does a fine job. All in all I am very happy with this facility and the personnel.. Thank you.

The POI in cabo was amazing. Unlike other clinics I looked into, this was the only one out there that truly focuses on each individual patient. They only dose one patient per day, so that day is dedicated to you and you alone. This is a real family style setting, but kind of like being a guest of honor at the same time. Im from the south and had a real hard time letting them literally do everything for me lol. Diane and George are great people who seamlessly mix kindness with blunt honesty. Chuy, the ER nurse is great at his job and has a real down to earth demeanor. He's also a pretty decent barber. As far as the ibogaine experience itself, I am absolutely amazed at the results I got. I went for alcoholism, came home rid of all addictions. I have been smoking cigarettes for 23 years, literally since the day after my dose I have yet to crave another one. And as far as alcohol goes, I could care less. It truly saved my life and I would recommend this to everyone, addiction or not, its literally a miracle drug. My son was going here for 3 threes.I gave them all my son medical assistance and Blue Cross information There are bad on communication.Dr. U good psychiatrist but the administration are rude and no customer service skills .Mrs Ceferia African lady is only about money. I asked her can she have my son doctor prescription filled because his meds was getting low. She refused told me to call his primary doctor. I told. her he need his meds she said no. So if my son has a episode or get sick .She don't care.I asked her how can you sleep at night.What if yr mother need her heart meds and it's getting low

All the Staff are very positive, supporting and fight for you, when you might need a little more extra help, due to some mental issues or physical, or emotional. They are there for you 100% . As a Veteran myself who recognizes privacy issues, I can't share names, but a family member has been staying here. Despite the poor rating of this VA Facility, he states that his treatment has been consistent, the staff has been friendly, and the other patients get along well with no drama. What's sad is that so many veterans have no idea that this hospital is available for the treatment of PTSD, Drug/Alcohol Addiction, Bi-Polar Disease, Anxiety and more - for FREE. Meetings are available daily, and in addition to psychological assistance, medical physicians are available too. The hospital is spotless, you can choose the food you'd like to eat for 3 meals a day, and it tastes 😋 good. TVs 📺 aren't in the room, but they are in the Dayroom, along with pool tables, etc. It's even open to Veterans from other states. Sometimes it's difficult to admit the need for help, but hopefully, someone will take the time to read this and reach out.

I love this VA Center. The staff are excellent! The Physician assigned to me is great. Whenever I have a medical problem, I get an appointment at a reasonable time and they listen to the symptoms I have and do a great job getting to the route cause. The amount of time it takes for labs, x-rays, and MRIs is phenomenal. Words cannot express how thankful I am for their service.

There are opportunities for veterans to get help for those dealing with addition. They also help veterans who are looking for shelter on a temporary basis. Wanted to start off by saying ATOM! was a very huge part of my road to recovery. They helped me so many ways show me love, Supported me even when I was being an asshole. I completed this program three times Because the program works, I just wasn’t ready and still did what I wanted to do. The things that they taught me the love they showed me in the support that I got made me realize that people do care that I am not alone. My counselor did an amazing job. The director did an amazing job. The groups were amazing. The houses were amazing. The areas were amazing the activities we did were very helpful. It taught me a lot and here. I am now four years later still clean and I work here now I must say I honestly do understand that life is not perfect. A lot of people has to grasp the fact that no program is perfect. They will give you the tools, but you have to put in your own footwork. Nobody should fight for your life as hard as you and I fought for mine so I wanna see. My husband is a fully disabled Vietnam veteran. He's been in cognitive decline for 2 years. His primary care physician, Dr. Geminra (not sure of spelling), is beyond unhelpful.
The inept "social worker" can't even be bothered with returning calls.
Perry Point should be shuttered, and the physicians with large egos and limited knowledge need to surrender their mediocre careers.
Perry Point is an insult to veterans.

I can’t imagine a more caring place to heal.
My ibogaine treatment was medically conducted and monitored in a private room, in a one-on-one session, rather than in a group setting as with other medicinal treatments.
This is not one of those mass treatment places where you are herded through. They are a very small, quaint Healing Center. The entire staff, lead by Diane, was so very kind and supportive. Someone is available at every moment, yet you are allowed all the time you need for quiet reflection.

My parents and siblings (as well as myself) typically come here for check ups and health. We are usually with Dr. small and he is fantastic! (just in very high demand so it is hard to make an appointment with him- great problem to have!)
I recently met with Mark Lamos for the first time. He had a cancellation and was able to get me in.
All staff is incredible! But, I especially enjoyed Dr. Lamos. He felt like a friend or family, even after just meeting him once. As a 22 year old girl who just graduated college, life can be chaotic, making it hard to prioritize health! He was so great at making me feel comfy but also addressing anything I genuinely need to work on to be healthier!
He is excellent! He will make you smile, feel comfy and happy to be there! I am so grateful I got to meet with him! Thank you Dr. Lamos for making me feel seen and cared for!

My husband is a patient of Dr. Shen likes her very much. Having attended an appointment with him recently, I understand why. She is patient, asks questions and listens to his answers before making a decision regarding his care and treatment. This is rare when so often the doctor is busy entering information on the computer during the medical visit. Kudos Dr. Shen!

My experience from day one, has been extremely positive. I have had support presently and in the past. All the Staff are very positive, supporting and fight for you, when you might need a little more extra help, due to some mental issues or physical, or emotional. They are there for you 100% . I want to mention My Counselor, Ms. D. Herrera... She is the Best, Most, Supportive, Positive, Strong and Caring Counselor-(Drug).... I have ever had. She has been a Drug Counselor and a Therapist for Me all in One. I Love Her with All My Heart!!!!! SHE IS FANTASTIC... THE BEST.. I'M SO BLESSED & GRATEFUL THAT SHE IS A PART... I was referred to Pathlight's IOP by Shepard Pratt after completing their PHP program. The therapeutic services I received were top notch. The materials they presented were very similar to those I received at Shepard Pratt, but were presented from a different perspective which really enabled me to better understand what I had already learned, along with new subjects which I hadn't been exposed to before. My therapist there---Angela---really helped me to begin working through my issues. Pathlight was a strong stepping stone on my journey of recovery.
