I stayed inpatient here back in 2018 and the people who worked here helped shape my recovery story today. I didn't realize it then because I was fresh off the street and detoxing but today I can say with much gratitude that its the people who care and work tirelessly to help the patients that make Hope House what it is.

Excellent!!!
I could not have been in a better recovery treatment facility.
With apprehension upon admission, that feeling left as soon as I walked in the door.
The really take their time with you, and help you through every lesson.

People were nice and professional. They did the triage within 10 minutes, they took blood samples, examined me, and asked about my pain level. Then they sent me out for a couple of hours while I could see my blood results with the app. Later they asked me to go in again and gave me fluids, took more test, and after some hours I received my medication instructions and prescription. The doctor was a little bit dismissive at the beginning, but later he was nicer. Of couse, he had patiens in worse conditions than me, so I understand
The nurse Angel was very profesional and efficient, and the student nurse Magda was very sweet and ready to cover my needs. Later, another nurse called something like Soersan was very nice calm and efficient. Overall, I am pleased with the experience since I had read the reviews before and was a little bit hesitant about going there (it is the closest ER to my home).

You really saved me from a lot of pain I appreciate you always being up front and real . I can't imagine the lives you touch and how many others you help. You have Mrs. Rhonda another amazing women who was my counselor before. And Jess the nurse is the sweetest she can always make you smile .
