This was one of my lifetime BEST decisions I've made. When I stepped in the front door I felt a spirit that welcomed me home. Eden Hill always felt like my home and it still does. I cannot give enough praise to the women who run Eden Hill. Such a beautiful, compassionate, wise, selfless group who were always reliable. HighWatch Recovery and Eden Hill should be very proud. Thank you for such a wonderful recovery experience. I've learned so many coping skills and truths about the disease of addiction. I'm not ashamed anymore.

Phenomenal. Professional, personal, tailor-made individualistic programming. Very much a family atmosphere. Once you settle in, you will never want to leave. If I could live at Eden Hill, I would do it in a heartbeat.The term staff doesn t adequately do justice to the Team of people who run and work at , Eden Hill in all capacities.They are personable, accommodating in anyway possible and loving. It is not possible to leave Eden Hill without feeling like your family has gained a few unofficial members.The accommodations are fabulous and newly renovated. Therapeutic communal living helped me to increase individual personal responsibility while at the same time learning to live with and compromise (perhaps for the first time) With my housemates. The clients form a bond that is therapeutic and supportive. We learn to hold each other accountable for their actions in recovery and other communal living issues in a kind and, if necessary, mediated way.Some of the tools I left with we re effective communication, the development and use of boundaries, healthy confrontation (or care-frontation ) and how to be a part of the solution instead of the problem. Most importantly I learned humility. I learned the world does not revolve around me and that to be successful in recovery and life, I need a support network which required working on my relationship skills.My circumstances did not allow me to participate in the family recovery events; however, I witnessed my peers and their families participate with what appeared to be excellent results.The Town-of Canaan is small, safe, charming, and has a large recovery network suitable for all ages. I have known many people that have gone through Mountainside treatment center in Canaan and then followed treatment at the extended care facility of Eden Hill Recovery Retreat in Canaan that have decided to remain in the area due to the Active and varied recovery community. Additionally, many of these individuals are still clean and sober and moving on with their lives. I myself am considering relocating to the Canaan area at some point in the near future for the above stated reasons.I cannot recommend this place more highly. Eden Hill is like a second home to me which I will forever remember as a very necessary, nurturing, and healing time. I have met some of the most wonderful, loving women in situations much the same as my own that I will forever treasure as sisters and friends On a journey you couldn t possibly understand unless you ve been on it too.

I love that this place has programs that adapt to the needs of each patient, once you arrive I can assure you that you will not want to leave there. The people who manage and work in this place are well trained to be able to provide a good service. This became my second home, I will always remember it with a lot of love.

I love all the workers and the way they treated me I learned a lot there I love to go down to the lake and water ski thats where I learned I was there in the middle 70s we had to go to school right there at the school I believe we were in the mountains it sure was beautiful

I was there from 1983 until June 1985..upper campus..McLane cottage..I still remember miss t and miss baily..Mr gaston..and kojack..are night guy..by the time I got there I had already been through 20 other places..some ruff joints like industry..monroe county children's center..ect...so birkshire was a walk in the park for me..I still have a couple close friends from there I'm in contact with today..I would like to say being there taught me everything I needed to know to change my life but 2 months after release I was locked up and ready to go to and adult facility..after getting out of that in 1991 I never looked back..I raised 4 successful kids and changed up my whole life..I still think about some of what I learned there and think some of it helped me and were actually good years of my life there..I live in upstate ny..elmira and its like 4 or 5 hours from me or I would be visiting to se e the changes over the years..if anyone reads this I'm mike coats..little man..McLean cottage 83-85 hit me up.

This place saved my life .. I don t even know where to start. They welcomed me in with open arms in a judgement free zone, made sure I had everything I needed for food, hygiene, meds, and general support. EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was caring and attentive to my needs from check in to check out. I can t thank and recommend this place enough .. huge specific shout outs to little Kayla, Jim, Rodger, Dave, and I forgot her name but the lady that does the meditation! And from the bottom of my heart thank you all again you are literally life savers !

I needed help, but was scared to go inpatient. This place was just what I needed.

Been going for almost a decade. Top notch care, team and services. Never had a healthcare experience like this. They go above and beyond.

The most helpful doctor office, small and quiet but the staff make up for it with big hearts, wouldn t go to another VA if i didn t have to 10/10 they go out of there way to help veterans everytime.

If you are a Veteran in The N.W. corner of the state then this is the VA Clinic for you. The Doctors and Nurses are Awesome I have been going there for my PCP for the last 16 years and have no complaints just praise for the professionalism and care I receive there. 5 stars all the way!

The Clinic has moved to 78 Center St, in the second floor of the CONTE building.

Everyone here always tries to assist me with great respect whenever I have been in need. It is truly appreciated.

This Clinic is outstanding, no problems with anything. Staff and Doctors are great people to work with.

Provides excellent clinical recovery services

Its a good place for recovery. And they have a program called the Red Door. I strong recommend it if you're serious about your recovery

Great counsilers, the downside is you'll be waiting forever to be seen.

Great Staff. They work hard providing care. While the system is not perfect, the staff try their hardest to make up for the system.

I had a great experience with right choice. Candace was a great provider and she cares for her patients. Marisol was great and kind too. I am moving but I will miss the Right choice people and their kindness.

I left riggs a year ago, I never planned to leave a review but after seeing all the recently negative reviews I feel like I need to. Riggs helped me a tremendous amount! I went for 7 months and the work I did there has carried over ten fold. To anyone who is struggling with a1. Personality disorder2. has the means to stay at least 3-6 months3. Is committed to getting better on a deep levelThere is no better place. Straight up. Please don t be discouraged by the recent negative reviews and of course do your research.

Austen Riggs saved my life. I went in a complete mess- coping with addition, co-morbid mental illnesses, and a no control over my life. Yes, Riggs is expensive. It's unfortunate because so few can afford it- but if you can, I implore you to do it. In seven months, I pulled myself out from a dark place to a somewhat lighter place, and was able to return back to school, work, and living in a big city. The people who work at Riggs are some of the most selfless, kindest, and wonderful people! I highly recommend it if you need serious, long term help to make yourself a functional and happy person again.

I'm not sure were to start. Besides having a wonderful family, friends and a few staff at Soldier On to help (really above and beyond) me in my recovery (still have a little more to do)The staff at Hillcrest Commons are just the most caring group of people. I wish I could put their names down individually but I can't thank you all enough.From the RNs, LPNs, Aids, PT/OT, Kitchen crew, Cleaners, Social Workers, Maintenance, Laundry and I'm sure I'm missing some others but what a good team. All shifts work pretty darn well together. I like that they hear your concerns and if they don't have the answer, they will try and find it. First time I went in , I was impressed with the cleanliness. My mom was just admitted and I was trying to find her a snack. Ron brought me out a Blueberry muffin from the staff room and I was shocked to realize he bought it with his own money!!! If the rest of your staff is as fabulous as him...you have a great team going there!! Thank you Ron!!

I'm giving the brien Center for Children and Adolescence five stars Because of Mary Goodman Davies She is the most incredible therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with.She makes my daughter so comfortable and is skilled and knowledgeable in both traditional therapy and sexual assault therapy. She works with us on a variety of issues and has had my back When no one else hasshe is hands down a super star.

Tbh I was forced to come in the beginning but Its been 2 years since then and still going strong.

Busy place, good doctors and nurses

I had a very bad fall. At this hospital I received efficient, thorough emergency care. It was a busy Saturday morning, yet they still managed to make me feel like I was getting individualized attention. I was in and out in a little under four hours, despite it being busy enough to require getting all my care in a hallway. They are hard workers, and it shows.

I have to admit I'm shocked at the low reviews. However,as a person who struggles with chronic illness and pain, I do not wish on anyone, ever, I've unfortunately dealt with the absolute crap treatment by other hospitals when I lived in NJ. Your treatment as a patient usually depends on how good your insurance is and dealing with staff, that has no concept of being in your world everyday. I'm new to Green County and this Hospital. My parents moved me up here, praying for better medical care and everyone from my new Primary to my Urologist there at the hospital, has been incredibly attentive and someone mentioned the feeling of God's presence there, it's true. My first visit, I got lost a few times and these amazing Angels were posted everywhere they needed to be. They were elder members of our community and were absolutely on the ball. With patience and knowledge of details and just their kindness, helped me stay calm and feel less stupid . From them to the Drs, Nurse Practitioners, that kind of excellence is rare these days. Short wait time while still giving patients, their undivided attention. I can't vouch for the ER. I've not experienced that yet at that hospital. But I have seen the EMTs and Paramedics at work with my own family. Considering the distances and situations they deal with, they are amazing. God bless and peace to you ALL.

Regular and handicap parking adequate. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor or stairs if you like.

Ive been going to the Pittsfield CSO for nearly 5 years, and the environment is very professional. Sometimes as a patient you wont be assigned to a therapist or med provider that is a good match for you, but that is simply how things work in this field. Regina has been wonderful and my therapists have been very helpful.
