I have to say this clinic is the best clinic I've been on and I've been on a few for the last 15 years . everyone is treated with respect a Westfield HCRC, they go above and beyond for you . Kristin is the lead supervisor there and she always makes sure she returns my calls and every problem I've ever had she always takes care of it . I feel like I have ppl that have my back at Westfield HCRC and I'm so very thankful for them and my recovery !!! SO A BIG THANKS TO KRISTIN AND ALL THE STAFF AT WESTFIELD HCRC . I found that the environment Gould farm creates on a daily basis is always inclusive and welcoming to everyone, and that’s probably one of the biggest appeals there and it makes it really feel like a home. I’ve only ever had positive interactions with staff, guests, and families and it just warms my heart to witness a place that so many kind people can benefit from. Not to mention, the scenery around the farm is absolutely stunning, with healthy nature all around, it really adds to the healing environment that Gould farm creates.

This clinic is by far the best one I have been to!!!! I have guess dosed at the clinics in Greenfield and I gotta say the clinic on Kenwood the nurse there are nice and it wasn't all to packed but the one on miles st is a zoo with not so nice ppl at my clinic (Noho) the staff is wicked nice and not scary at all they try and make u feel safe and comfortable the best they can when I was first trying to go get help to get clean I was so scared idk how it was going to be or if the ppl working there was going to give u them judgmental looks an I gotta say I have NOT gotten that look at all from them they actually want to help u with whatever problems or issues your having if your in the market for a change and wanna get clean I really think you should try this place out and if it's to far from your house they can set you up with a pt1 to help u get there really wat do you gotta lose??? 🙂😉

Carlson was the right place at the right time for me to bring a friend of mine who had finally decided to detox and go into an aftercare program, from addiction. The place was well organized, seemed to be run well and plenty of patient supervision, for the point that my friend made it through the complete process, I was able to reach out to myself and her sister, and her mother, and then transitioned to the Hope house in Springfield. I strongly encourage anyone battling with addiction and / or dual diagnosis as well, to call Carlson for a bed availability and go through the program. A lot has changed in this field over the past five years, but most notably over the past two years, and there is help and there is hope, if you know somebody who’s struggling out there, they are somebody’s daughter they are somebody’s son. They could also be somebody’s spouse and they could also be somebody’s parent as well, try to do what you can to help them as long as it’s within your cable tow. God bless.

I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t. You will always get a second chance there

I was very happy to have learned of this establishment. Many insurances are accepted like Medicaid and Medicare, although certain counselors accept certain insurances. The scheduling coordinators are very friendly and work with you to receive the help you need. It is also worth noting that services are offered for kids and even toddlers, with referalls offered as well.

CHR's a great agency. They've helped me out for plenty of years. Great people there and encourage you to do the best. And you continue to do the best. My prescriber is very concerned with how I'm doing mentally and physically she always has some suggestions and she listens to me and takes an account for what I'm feeling and that's what makes a good mental health worker

I have had the same providers, medicine and therapy for over 5 years at carson. Im treated with dignity and respect. I travel an hour just to stay with these providers. If I could I would give then more than 5 stars

I've posted a few comments what's important is that the program works they now let u smoke bud also something alot of us worried about for take-homes but things WILL NOT always go your way I guess my advice to myself and others is simply keep going even if it gets rough and feels hard keep going even if you know your clean and a test says otherwise false positives or whatever they might be, just know that in the long run it is saving your life!!
