I’ve been coming since since November 25, 2024 & I believe it was meant for me to come this clinic cause when I called the 800 number to get in another facility that I wanted to go to , they couldn’t get me in into sometime in December & I was telling the representative I can’t wait to dec I’m not gon make it gonna relapse so she said Nardin Park had an opening mind you I’ve never been on methadone I didn’t even know it was a Methadone clinic but I took what the lady offered me & im on methadone now and it has helped me stay clean from pills.. they’re about business at nardin park good staff Great counselors well the two that I know of Ms. Todd and Ms.Burton I love them they’re so awesome n helpful but don’t take no bs as well .. long story short I’m happy to be a patient here don’t get me wrong. It’s a lovely clinic, but I don’t plan on being here for a year after the year. That’s my goal but I’m happy I came here with the right people much love ❤️

This place is the best! I've been to other treatment centers but Nardin Park outclasses them all by leaps and bounds. The staff has a friendly but no nonsense attitude which I appreciate. They are professional and caring at the same time. For someone like me that is here for treatment and not a "Social Club", NPRC is the place to be!!! Well, it's 2023 and time for a life change. Thanks to NPRC I have been "clean" for over 2 years. I feel that I am ready to take the next step in my life. Time to detox out of the program. I am so ready to move on. Thank you NPRC staff for helping me to put my feet on solid, stable, drug-free ground. Below are my before and after photos. The look of "clean" and healthy can't be beat!!!!

I’ll try not to use any specific names in my review… All the folks I have met here are friendly, VERY knowledgeable & welcoming. Plus, they really care about their clients. You don’t get this at every recovery place. (Sadly, been to quite a few). Like all these programs, you get what you put into it. They point that out to ya. And let’s face it. With the success rate of us clients staying clean, the majority of us being court ordered, in conjunction with the sad fact that a small percentage of us ‘fail’ by dying, the folks that work here have a really hard job. To end on an up-beat note: - I posted pictures of the lobby because Tracy would probably yell at me in our next session if I took a picture elsewhere. They have a nice drinking fountain in the lobby, not saying I ever had to wait long er anything. - And my one complaint (so 4.9 stars) is that they don’t have snow days, like we had school. We live in Michigan ya know. I complained once and got a response back from Nate. He said something to the effect of ; Recovery doesn’t have snow days. He is always so wise (and witty). 😉

However it can be very chaotic if u go there plan on being there for an hr atleast even if u arnt plan on it. However not all the counselors or other Drs arnt the best. Rules change quite a bit and sometimes ur given the wrong information. But if ur struggling with addition a place like this can save ur life! I have been taking my (ASD) teen here for probably about a year now. We began seeing Drew for therapy, and then around 5 months ago we also started seeing Barbara the psychiatrist for an anti-depressant. Doing both, the therapy & meds together, has changed my son's life completely. He is so full of life now. He has done a complete 180! It is so great to see him HAPPY again. Getting him these services has been the best decision I could have made for him. Idk how Higera has such low ratings on here. Dr Gilly and their nursing staff and my therapist Selena are the best I couldn't ask for any better they help me with everything I need help with and they're the first doctors and therapists I went to that actually care about me and care about what's good for me I will never see any other doctor except Dr Gilly He actually cares about you and what's going on with you and how he can make it better. Unlike some other places and clinics that I've been to that I won't mention their names except the name rhymes with Dr Hammons lol.. that were totally unprofessional and rude and treated you like a number with Dr Gilly and his nursing staff and therapists you will get the help that you need as long as you're open and honest about everything if you're not open and honest about everything you won't get the help you need and you won't get help at all if you never are honest. Best doctor ever! 💯 😃 ❤️ I read all of the Bad reviews under mine and I've never heard of one of those people everyone is complaining about Must be a different part of the building because the substance abuse care and the therapy I have been set up with have nothing to do with who I've worked with. maybe you're looking in the wrong place for help.My Dr and nursing staff and therapists are great I would recommend them to everyone. ❤️

Make sure to find the right therapist for you. Cheryl is highly recommended by me for ANYONE; lovely lady. She has helped me with moving past my family and personal problems. Stacy was not a great experience for me. She treated me too childlike although I'm 17 and kept forgetting my details and had to check her notes for basic info on me. She also used a "get to know you" ball with questions for three sessions in a row while giving me no real help. She is probably more suited to older clients.

I do not recommend receiving inpatient care from this place. I did not feel safe or respected as a patient due to malpractice from the clinicians who were supposed to help me, and they wrote false information in my file, which they refuse to change. My recipient right complaints were ignored due to my “records stating that no malpractice happened” and basically stated that I just had a mental breakdown. Overall, my experiences at Pine Rest have been highly traumatic, which still affects me to this day, and have ruined my trust with mental health care providers.

Camp Oakland is a great rehabilitation program for teens. The youth have great structure and routine. The youth see a therapist/psychologist regularly, and have group therapy, they can complete their GED/diploma here. They offer many programs within that can help the teens with life skills, social skills, education, career based learning for their futures and much more. Camp Oakland has evolved and has such a great set of staff who really care for the teens and change their lives for the better! I have seen a few other reviews regarding the food here, the food here is nearly the same as public school food. Regarding any abuse/neglect comment under this program, I can 100% guarantee that does not happen here, they truly care to help your struggling teen and resolve home life issues with family.

I just finished my treatment at RCI in Waterford, the entire process took about 18 months. I can think back to when I first walked into the building to receive my intake evaluation, I was visibly upset. My father came with me to offer support. I would be enrolling into their opiate treatment program, I had been struggling with this disease for the last ten years starting when I was 18. Kristy one of the office administrator's, was the person who gave me my intake evaluation. I was treated with complete respect during the entire process, I can remember how patient she was with my father who was truly more upset then I was... Because the years of stress my disease has caused on my entire family. I was then assigned to my counselor, Jim. I wouldn't be doing him justice by trying to explain in a few simple sentences how he has impacted my sobriety this last year. I went from actively using while be enrolled into the program to a person who now today, attends AA, NA meetings regularly. I have service work commitments in the community, I volunteer and maple grove, and other facilities trying to reach out to other struggling addicts. And Jim was instrumental in helping shape this change in my life and I truly Can't express that enough. I did a lot of heavy lifting to help my own self but Jim was there as my spotter and I am happy that I was able to gain the relationship that I have with Jim and many others at RCI. I also attending group, peer counseling with both Dave and lonie. Again both of these people are involved in this field of work to help others and bring about a positive change, which was accomplished in me. I must mention two other names, Po and John, Po also works at the front desk and it was just always nice to walk into the building and be greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome ! John is another counselor who I didn't work with to many times, although I did attend a few groups that he ran and again I thought he insight was awesome and inspiring. So if you are in my same shoes and about to begin this process just trust in God and let the program guide you toward success. God can move mountains but you need to bring a shovel.

Excellent outpatient treatment Center. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful. There's a treatment team of Therapist at RCI Whom have been assisting me with change. I struggling with addiction issues and was able to identify areas where my thinking needed to change. I found the group therapy session very educational and informational. The treatment team help me with growth and to become accountable and responsible for my choices . My therapists even talk to my probation officer and kept me out of jail. I highly recommend RCI for your outpatient needs. I have stop smoking marijuana and taking Xanax for over a year thanks to the assistance of RCI. I have moved out of my mommy's house and now live independently as a man and I contribute that to RCI. RCI even made recommendations so that I can get my medical and psychiatric needs Met.

I liked this place. Patterson got me a job a week after I first arrived. My bed was comfortable and the ten man room had AC. Way better then my prison room. Other people fail to realize that it's not the holiday inn. Hell, it's not even the Days inn. It's a halfway house, for you to get adjusted to the outside world before you go out there. Most of the staff were friendly to me. And my case manager Thompson was a chill guy. Food was way better than prison food and they made sure you were full with all the extras they handed out. If you follow there rules you should have no problems while living here.
