The nurses and staff here treat my elderly mom with such care and compassion. They are always on top of prescription refills, paperwork and anything she needs. I appreciate so much how they are so sweet to her during visits and how they treat her like family. It helps so much knowing they are a part of her health care team. I cannot say enough about this place. Everything was great. The counselors were awesome!!!! I give a big shout out to Mrs. Holly. She was the only one that got me to break. Love her little bubbly self. If my insurance would've let me stay more than 28 days I would still be there. I am confident that I will stay sober. If you or someone you know is trying to get clean, this is the place to go.

My son, after over 20 years of being in addiction is FINALLY sober and doing AMAZING!! They have done a miracle for my son in many ways. Of course, my first praise is to GOD but my second is to New Day Recovery. I appreciate them and the fact they truly care and got him on the correct meds so he no longer has to self medicate, or feel as if he had to. They have made a huge difference in his life!! This is the BEST 30 day facility I have EVER been to. They came and picked me up and showed me nothing but love the whole time I was there. The councilors and peer support are TOP NOTCH there is nothing better than learning about recovery from people who have been through recovery. The H&I meetings are truly amazing, the AA & NA come to the facility and tell their stories. All the story’s were good and helped me in my recovery giving me hope. The food is AMAZING… There are two awesome chefs that KNOW HOW TO COOK. YOU WILL EAT LIKE A KING/QUEEN. They also help you get into sober living and give you plenty of recourses you can use upon discharge. They have a heart for recovery and they deserve 5 STARS

I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself.
Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me.
I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us. I have to update my review just to say I can honestly say I feel better about life, myself, belief in myself and many other stones that gor in my way for so many years . The staff here in eldorado wants you to succeed and believes in you than I did myself in the beginning I'm sure others k ow where I'm coming from. I know there is still work to be done and always will be work that needs to be done.

I have been very pleased with the care I have gotten at the BCMC Family Clinic. I see Kristen Harvey as my provider. I wasn't sure if it would be worth the drive for me, because it is an hour from where I live, but I will continue to commute to this clinic for my care. Kristen and her staff are always so kind and efficient. One thing that I love about them is that I do not feel rushed when I am there for an appointment. They are very thorough and take their time. Also, when they say that they will follow up with results, they actually do. Based on past experiences at other clinics where no one ever follows up with test results, calling in prescriptions, etc., this goes a long way with me. Definitely feel like I get top care from Kristen and will continue to see her.

I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. Basepoint has been everything we needed and I wish I found them sooner! I was scared to call and not be able to afford a stellar program for my kid - but they offered a payment plan that fit my budget and removed that hurdle for me quickly. Please don’t let fear of cost keep you from making an appointment! the day we had our intake appointment I cried happy tears knowing my child was finally somewhere GOOD! They even offer transportation to and from the program which is so helpful! Que is the best driver around! The staff has an amazing way of connecting, getting on their level and truly mapping out their success WITH them and not just FOR them. My child felt very hands on with her healing which made a huge impact. They listened to my concerns and observations at home and helped build a real village for me as we went through this. Courtney was my child’s counselor and we wish we could keep her forever! So many breakthroughs and advances in mindset were achieved by how she conducts her connections. Marleny made handling our ISD so smooth; both she and Courtney helped fight for things we needed upon her return to school. Miss Kim the program specialist always made her look forward to coming in person. Crystal at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful and has the lobby smelling like a 5 star resort! I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

This was the first rehab I had ever went to. This was in 2015 or 16 well they were located I think in Lafayette and when I got signed in to stay they were moving like the 3rd day that I was there to sunset location . It was cool to see . The old one looked like a house it was cool . I had came in and almost passed out and the nurses and staff made sure I was ok and saw a doctor and that mentally I was okay . I may not have been at my best but the staff and everyone here was so beyond kind and cared about everyone's sobriety and it was individualized and personal . It was pricey back then I'm not sure about now . I had ended leaving but I never forgot and alot of people will say it's about how people treat you that people remember. It helped me in the sobriety process . They were still kind and wanted me to stay so much but I needed something else . Well because I had went for the time length I stayed I got an AA book and I kept it all these years and today it still helps and has helped heal me. If it wasn't for that place I wouldn't know the AA way.

I wanted to say thank you for really helping me. as soon as i went in the hospital van it fixed me 90% i used to have outbursts weekly and the patients and staff were nicer than the people in school. I was hated by the entire school in 4th grade and the school staff didnt do anything about it every single time i told them and they still dont. I never had one get in trouble out of every single time i was bullied. They said it had to be physical and one time it was physical. And they called it harassment (the non phsyical bullying). To be honest im thinking about trying to sue the school out of 1 billion dollars to get the owner in jail i really dont think im gonna do it because it requires alot of thinking to do it and after i think about doing something bad for a while i just realize i shouldnt do that. And i think you should get a higher review rating because the food is good too
