I don't know what others are saying, but Penny is a fantastic counselor. She was more than fair with me and runs a good program. I say this from the experience of having been in treatment 6 times. She will work with you, if you work with her. You gotta be willing to do the work tho. Otherwise, like me, you will fail. Its a 0 BS program.

This facility and their program is amazing and saved my life. I have been in this program 4 times I believe. This is not because the program was ineffective but because I was battling a lifetime of issues. The staff is like family to me, they genuinely care and they played a huge role in changing my life. I also participated in their aftercare programs PHP/ partial hospitalization program and the step down program from that was the AMHOP/ adult mental health outpatient program. These were also very effective and a key factor in my rehabilitation. After care is so important, although this was stressed when I was completing my treatment plan I did not take advantage of these services the first few times I completed the inpatient program. However after completing both after care programs, I understood the importance and have been able to maintain my mental health and sobriety. Most everyone dealing with addiction knows 9.8/10, we are self medicating dealing with severe underlying mental health issues. So addressing both issues at the same time was definitely what the missing piece to the puzzle. I highly recommend Mercy Hospital Unity Campus! Oh I didn’t mention the food and beds, way better than any other facility I have been to! I could go on and on about the many positive attributes, but I won’t. The staff is so warm and welcoming, you will feel right at home! I could go on and on about the many positive attributes, but I won’t. Definitely worth investing your time, you will NOT regret your decision to give it a try!

Went in a mess 16 beers a day extremely thirsty so I drank more beer. I wasn't passing water because my liver was so scarred and imflamed. Thought I would putz and brought projects but they allow nothing inside. Hardly books either because of hiding drugs. It wasn't long before I was aprt of a group of zombies milling about. Having to go get blood pressure checks etc. I wanted to be alone and meditate. Easy to get used to this carefree life. Most take advantage all agreeable to the BS to stay longer. The walls started to close in and I left after 3 days. I only have GOD to thank. But I needed to know I could not drink and live. Very hard but now I'm not afraid and I don't want so much. You have to decide.. I jonesd for cigarettes more than beer.

I have been in the intensive outpatient treatment program here for several months. I absolutely lucked out on my group. I have received so much support and have learned so much about addiction. I feel like I have gained the tools to maintain long term sobriety. Thank you Lyric!

Dr Taha is awesome. So was KC and the RN Taylor. After one visit I fell better. Seeing Dr Taha I trust him. Thank you all that has helped me.

Clinic and pharmacy are excellent. So glad I changed to this pharmacy. Friendly and efficient. I can always reach someone by phone at pharmacy, get my shots there and they never close for lunch.

I brought my daughters to see Dr. Florencio today for their first appointment with Fairview, and we had a great experience overall! We checked in quickly and were helped by Jaz, who took their height and weight and did their vision and hearing tests. She was great with the kids, and we really enjoyed her. Dr. Florencio was wonderful as well. She was friendly, took her time with us, and answered all my questions without making us feel rushed. I also decided to have both girls get their flu shots, and Nicky did a great job. She was quick and efficient, and both girls barely felt anything! We also had some lab work done, and Hana and Emily were great with the blood draws. They were both quick, gentle, and made the process easy for the girls. Overall, we had a really positive experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and great with my kids. It's always nice to have a visit go this smoothly, especially when you're seeing a new provider for the first time. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my girls!

Always like Fairview Clinic and hospitals because they are so friendly and caring, making your issue be solved 50%, and I mean it, before even seeing a specialist provider. I love you all at Fairview ❤️

Physical therapy here is good

The staff on the second floor was great. I walked up to the counter and stated my name and who I was going to see. They politely told me that that person is not there and I had the wrong day. We both got a laugh and I look forward to seeing them on the correct day.

From the time you walking he door everyone is so willing to help. Pleasant, explains everything and is so cheerful. Great place.

I was in the hospital a long time. Received excellent care. The nurses were amazing. So kind and patient, understanding.. Really helped me in a scary and weird time. The Doctors were also kind, informative and nice. I was treated amazingly well. I couldn't find a better place for what was going on with me. Chaplain Annie was great. We had amazing talks and prayed together. Also wanted to add the ER staff was great. They were kind and respectful.and made sure I was ok. Dr's came and said they were getting me a room. Waited a bit but was watched over and given something to eat. Was a scary time but they made it ok.

My brother had a sudden illness this past week, and passed away last night. His caregivers were amazing, but Annie from the chaplaincy department was amazing. I will remember and cherish her presence with our family forever. Annie..thank you so much from the entire Blair family.

I have had nothing but good experiences from the pharmacy to the hospital. I’ve spent my life in and out of hospitals across the region. This has been one of the best that I have been too. The food is good as well.

I and my spouse have had the best care we have ever experienced at this Clinic. All Specialists, the Lab people, and the nurses are amazing! We have both experienced some of the worst care imaginable in two other systems. At Fairview, you can tell that they are all doing everything possible to accurately diagnose and expertly treat the conditions we have. They never fail to exceed our expectations. The efficiency is quite remarkable and the staff communicate well with each other when specialties overlap with certain conditions. Exceptional indeed.

I love this clinic and the pharmacy inside. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The pharmacists are amazing! I moved farther away but I will continue to use this clinic and pharmacy because they are amazing and worth the longer drive

I Love Everything About Fairview clinics I’ve been going for years now and i truly Love The nurses the Doctors the everyone there i really like my doctors Mrs n and Mrs n they’re amazing and have a lot of patience with my autism :) and anxiety and stuff like that they’re awesome

It was 18 years ago, my first and last time at treatment. 💯 changed my life. 2% chance if your forced or dont wanna be there, 20% chance if its court ordered and 75% if your sick of being sick. Listen, be humble and pray! God bless and Thanks CR.

This is an excellent treatment center. It's out in the country with a ton of wildlife, and a farm next door with emus, ostriches, horses and a zebra(that i didnt see but it was really cold). There are 4 different buildings so you get outside a lot. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you with anything. From legal issues to Healthcare to filling out assistance forms and sending them in. They will bring you to offsite appointments and court dates. (You won't miss important things like a reviewer said) The food is decent, you will gain weight if you eat all the meals and finish them. While I was there we had an awesome community of people that were willing to help any way they could. There was no judgment if you opened up. The counselors are awesome and teach productive groups. Other people in the program said it was the best treatment center they have ever been to. The negative reviews are from family or partners that don't understand the person that went here didn't care about getting sober. Were just there for 3 meals and a warm bed. I watched this firsthand. They have lockers and locking wall closets so it's your fault if something gets stolen. People steal no matter where they are so it's nieve to think it would change just because your in treatment. That's just a part of life sadly. I didn't see or hear that while I was there though. Cedar Ridge gave me a very solid foundation for recovery and staying sober. Got me into an aftercare program where I wanted as well. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help getting sober and learning to staying sober. THANK YOU CEDAR RIDGE STAFF! THANK YOU EMILY!

Great facilities and faculty! I highly recommend this place to help start your new path in life and recovery. They kept telling me a zebra was a neighbor, but I never saw one.
