Everyone was super nice and helpful. Even the people who clean, she came in and asked if i needed anything after she was done cleaning the room, like a blanket or such! Doctor and nursing staff were also so amazing, i hate going to the doctor and they made me feel a lot better about the whole ordeal in the ER.

The people here are genuine and so welcoming and welcome newcomers with open arms the intake process is super tedious and long and takes 3 to 4 hours but it’s so so so worth it!!!!! no regrets choosing to come here I promise you will feel the same I can’t say one bad thing about this place at all. If i could give this place 10 stars I honestly would i’m pretty sure this place saved my life

I can't say enough good things about Transformation House. My experience here was a night and day difference from my previous treatment center. My counselor was incredible – so empathetic and understanding, which made it easier to be honest and work through things. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being. It's clear they're not just going through the motions. What I appreciated most was that they focused on helping me find the right path forward, even after I left. The outpatient program they connected me with was fantastic. Today, I'm proud to say I've graduated, I'm in college, I have a job, and most importantly, I have my kids back in my life. My advice to anyone going to Transformation House is to be honest with yourself and your counselor, and truly commit to the process. Stop making excuses and put in the work – they will meet you where you are and provide the support you need. I also built some strong connections with the other women there. The staff creates a supportive environment, but ultimately, your willingness to change is key. Transformation House truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for how far I've come.

Place saved my life and helped turn me around and doing so might have saved other because I did not care about human lives of you where between me and what I wanted it was bad for you and by me being there for a long time I learned to care for my neighbors and also became a man working full time and still doing out patient full time and every one cares for you from the owner to the techs it's a true honor being and alumni member from there

Oh where do I start? This place has Literally Changed my whole process on wanting to stay sober!! The atmosphere is great! Tho I didn’t need impatient Their out patient program is Great.

Gwen and Scott are the best. I tried other treatments, but this one is definitely the best. All the other ones I tried, were for profit, and it truly showed, they were more interested in moving you to a higher level of care than actually helping you. My advice, always choose a non profit treatment facility, and Canvas is the one I chose and I highly recommend it.

Our school has had an incredibly positive experience with Canvas Health and their staff. The mental health supports their skilled staff provide has made a difference in the lives of 1,000s of students and staff over the course of the past 2+ years. Their work is making a difference not only at school but outside of school for everyone as well. The communication by the staff (both on site and off) is thorough and responsive. We are so grateful to have Canvas Health as a part of our student success story!

This facility and their program is amazing and saved my life. I have been in this program 4 times I believe. This is not because the program was ineffective but because I was battling a lifetime of issues. The staff is like family to me, they genuinely care and they played a huge role in changing my life. I also participated in their aftercare programs PHP/ partial hospitalization program and the step down program from that was the AMHOP/ adult mental health outpatient program. These were also very effective and a key factor in my rehabilitation. After care is so important, although this was stressed when I was completing my treatment plan I did not take advantage of these services the first few times I completed the inpatient program. However after completing both after care programs, I understood the importance and have been able to maintain my mental health and sobriety. Most everyone dealing with addiction knows 9.8/10, we are self medicating dealing with severe underlying mental health issues. So addressing both issues at the same time was definitely what the missing piece to the puzzle. I highly recommend Mercy Hospital Unity Campus! Oh I didn’t mention the food and beds, way better than any other facility I have been to! I could go on and on about the many positive attributes, but I won’t. The staff is so warm and welcoming, you will feel right at home! I could go on and on about the many positive attributes, but I won’t. Definitely worth investing your time, you will NOT regret your decision to give it a try!

Went in a mess 16 beers a day extremely thirsty so I drank more beer. I wasn't passing water because my liver was so scarred and imflamed. Thought I would putz and brought projects but they allow nothing inside. Hardly books either because of hiding drugs. It wasn't long before I was aprt of a group of zombies milling about. Having to go get blood pressure checks etc. I wanted to be alone and meditate. Easy to get used to this carefree life. Most take advantage all agreeable to the BS to stay longer. The walls started to close in and I left after 3 days. I only have GOD to thank. But I needed to know I could not drink and live. Very hard but now I'm not afraid and I don't want so much. You have to decide.. I jonesd for cigarettes more than beer.

I have been in the intensive outpatient treatment program here for several months. I absolutely lucked out on my group. I have received so much support and have learned so much about addiction. I feel like I have gained the tools to maintain long term sobriety. Thank you Lyric!

CEDAR RIDGE is an essential reason in my return to recovery. Staff; welcoming, skilled, and confident; crucially needed in spite of the COVID pandemic during my brief time there. Unfortunately afflicted with an onset of sudden mental health symptoms, unidentified at the time; they're compassion for humanitiy, spiritual development, and supportive guidance in all areas of human bankruptcy was simply, uncompromising. I went here today for an annual exam. I was impressed with the staff! I had Dr Steffens. She communicates everything she does and is very considerate. Nurses are friendly. Comfortable environment. I started going here last year after an accident. Very thankful to the VA for helping me through rehab and northwest for yearly checkups.

I had my first visit yesterday. The doctor was extremely thorough with the exam, asking questions about things I have long forgotten. He and the rest of the staff were very polite and patient. They even had a bit of a sense of humor. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other VA clinics/hospitals in the past so I was very pleased with them.

My previous clinic (downtown mpls) closed and so I made an appointment with Janet for my annual checkup based on reading about her background and experience. I did have to wait a while past my appointment time to be seen, however the care I received was well worth it. The nurse that took my vitals was kind and warm, and asked good questions. She gave me my most painless flu shot I’ve ever had! I had prepared some health questions for Janet and she listened to all my concerns, and provided knowledgeable care. I did not feel like I was being rushed, and left knowing I had found my new doctor.

I was in and out with blood work and MRI's done, staff was great, they were really nice and respectful to me as I was to them, they ( front desk and nurses ) were all wearing masks. I will be returning to Fairweiw Columbia Heights Clinic again. Great service.

The process to get recovery is very easy, I had never found a place like that. Make an appt is very quick. Doctors and counselors are really gentle. They saved my life!

Dr. Kyle Olson has been my doctor for over a decade and a half and no matter how far I have moved, I still drive to go see him. I'm so happy I found him and have stayed with him ever since. Not only is he an amazing doctor with incredible analytical skills and extensive experience who looks out for your best interest but he is also very genuine, kind, easy to talk to and get along with. He's been there for me through my highs and lows and has been my rock. He is the doctor you dream of finding which is also why he is so busy but definitely worth the wait for the best care for your health.

We had a great visit from start to finish. Sarah greeted us right when we walked in and was so friendly and kind. Brittney the MA was warm and kind. Dr. Saha was on time, we didn’t wait at all, friendly and efficient. We love this clinic.

Providers and staff all very helpful in person and via communication on MyChart. I had forms that needed to be completed for unemployment, and the staff were great about signing, faxing it over, and updating me throughout the process in a timely manner. Both my husband and I recommend going here for primary care, labs, and behavioral/mental health needs.

I just got off the phone with Amy and she got me in!!!!!! i’m so happy I got bad ADHD and stuff and I cannot sit in a waiting room at urgent care I cannot do it. It sounds like a dang nightmare but Amy she got me in for tomorrow morning. How cool is she and she was so nice to me on the phone she laughed at my stupid jokes. She’s very cool very very cool and shout out to my doctor Shaista Malik that woman she puts up with a lot of stuff from me, lol as you can tell from this review, I’m a handful lol

I have avoided visiting a doctor’s office for over 4 years because of extreme anxiety. I have a crippling fear of disease, invasive procedures, test results, a doctor discovering abnormalities and receiving bad news about my health. I finally mustered up the courage to see a doctor today and I was blessed to be one of Dr Rachel Stanchfield’s patients. I was panicking and stressed out prior to the appointment, but her calm, gentle and nonjudgemental approach helped put me at ease. She provided extraordinary care and It really meant a lot to me. I’m glad I finally went to the doctor today because her compassion and understanding has helped reframe my thinking about seeking care and has helped my mind switch gears after realizing my visit today wasn’t as terrifying as I thought it was going to be. I still have more follow up visits, but I feel like I’m better able to handle it and move forward after today’s initial visit. Thank you Dr Stanchfield, it was a true blessing to have you as a doctor today.

Seen promptly, the nurse and the x-ray tech were friendly, professional and personable. Dr. John B Rogers (Orthopedic Surgeon) was very informative, explained my medical condition very well, was thorough explaining the diagnosis of my xray. He answered all my questions and gave me several options and the risks involved with each option. I feel very confident in his skills to perform the surgery we had discussed on my hand.

After going through some negative situations at other locations Christine M. Jensen at this location has truly been a breath of fresh air along with her nurse which I believe her name is Kristen. (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong) This doctor and her care team are so compassionate and kind. They treat you like actual human beings instead of another number walking through the doors. I have never felt so heard or cared for before. I wish there were a million of her at every location, because if there were healthcare would be an entirely different and positive experience. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I hope everyone who reads this gives her a chance.

This was a great place so glad I chose to go here and turn my life around 133 days later I’m clean and sober and better than I have ever been and to everyone who has something bad to say about this place your wrong it just didn’t work for you and you didn’t work the program thanks to cross,Dan,Jeff,Sonya,jack and the rest of the clinician team for helping me get through all the ups and downs great place 100% recommendations if you want to live a better and sober life thanks again to the staff members much love

I went here 6 years ago and at the time I was another moody teen with ODD. I hated most aspects of everything and I always acted out whenever I could. The experience was next to none though. Jack was hands down the best counselor/director and everything I needed to push me to be me today. If it wasn't for these guys at this center I wouldn't be alive today. This isn't even mentioning Michelle. Rest in Peace. I couldn't be happier with my experience at On-Belay. I still feel like I'm mountain climbing and these guys are spotting me from a million miles away. If you want the best for your child, just as these counselors do, send them here.

They gave me clear options, helped me quickly sort things out, and I was seen within minutes. My nurse was friendly and efficient, and my bloodwork was done so gently I didn’t even feel it. Most importantly, Dr. Green is amazing! Smart, relatable, and genuinely caring. She listened, offered thoughtful advice and some great recommendations and made me feel completely heard and supported. This experience was such a contrast from a different Fairview location I used to visit, where I often felt judged, overlooked, and like the staff were either overworked or disconnected. At Fridley, everything feels different in great way. I have had a handful of web calls with my Doctor now and I’ve been at the clinic 3 times now for annual check ups & I truly say feel cared for and confident in my healthcare team. Huge shoutout to Dr. Green and the entire staff! 🖤

I've been going to see Dr. Lubka for 10 years now. The first time I met him, my son had just passed and he spent over an hour with me... Unheard off now days. When I was diagnosed with advanced heart failure, he personally called me to check in with me. Every time I walk into the exam room, he takes his time to get a plan together. I literally trust my life in his hands. Never had a doctor like him, and as long as he is there, so will I. His nurses are very caring and speedy getting you prepped for you appointment. Thank you Dr. Lubka 😊
