Wonderful place, a good place to donate gently used kids clothes. Staff is minimal so you see the same folks every visit. They help with clothes, school supplies, and even holidays. A good place and McCook is lucky to have it.

This is only because I didn't get a diagnosis, which was the point. Otherwise, treated me well, when to groups( even though most were meaningless) look, if you need help and time..its good. Just do followup upon exit

Barely a three star rating. That's just manhandling a good doctor. The collective consciousness that we are born with just don't want to change. The unconscious we are born and raised with just don't want to change as old habits are difficult to change. Koduri saved my life as well as his entire staff. Don't be haters, don't be stubborn. Great Plains is one of the best. So, they deserve five stars just wished it could go beyond five stars. Great Plains are doctors and these doctors really know their jobs, they know what they're doing. I have confidence and trust in Great Plains. They even saved my mom and dad. I think a different place, I wouldn't be here today. Keyword...they saved my life more than once. So, give them the benefit of a doubt and trust them. Don't let your guts or inner voice judge them. Just trust them.

Dr Koduri saved my life. I had attempted suicide and was in the ICU fighting for my life. My depression on top of stress was beyond profound. I questioned the medications but a month later, things mellowed out. The doctor relocated me and the problems I had in my town compared to the new town dwindled. Dr Koduri is VERY professional and he has a team of staff that can assist him and me as well. They saved my life. They said I might not make it. But, I pulled through and Koduri came to my rescue. I don't feel as depressed as I did previously. Again, they saved my life. Koduri is a good man, easy to talk to, easy to work with.

I went up there to try to get my effexor and the ladies at front were very helpful and they saw that I was very sick. See, this antidepressants runs out, I to go through withdrawals.
I put out a request to get my medicine refilled, I did that at least two to three times I sent it over Pharmacy. I even said the schedule to see a new provider and to see my old psychiatrist or someone. I set up an appointment I should be able to see someone and get my medicine. At least get my medicine so I'm not sick. They never once gave me my medicine I had to go to the emergency room. Doctor Randall Crandal gracious enough to give me a week supply. I'm going to go to my regular doctor and get my medicines. Don't go to this place they treat you like garbage. I left a voicemail last night in tears about how I had to save they are a medical facility there's no reason they couldn't give me my medicine. No one even gave me a call back. I wasn't cursing or anything I just stated what I stated here now.

I would like to thank Darcy and Emily with the oncology department for their care and treatment of my mother, Josephine Wilson, during her battle with breast cancer. They both were so gentle and caring when they hooked mom's treatments up and made sure she was comfortable and warm. I have never met such sweet nurses in my life. I became an established patient with HPMHC in 2019 after going through a mental health crisis. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The front desk employees and billing department were always so kind and helpful. Most importantly, I had an incredible therapist and Doctor. Tara, my therapist was always so empathetic and is such a wonderful listener. She always gave the best advice and always validated my concerns and feelings. Dr. Karen was an incredible Doctor. She listened to my concerns and was able to find the perfect plan for me and my mental health. She always made me feel safe to express any concerns and questions I had regarding my plan/treatment. She is incredibly kind. I will forever feel blessed to have had such a wonderful team that has helped me grow tremendously in so many ways, they are a big part of where I am at today. The center has really changed a lot in a great way. They listen to us, have hired more people to help such as with our vitals and intake process. I love having my med providers they really listen to me and my concerns, my case manager is totally awesome, love the groups and I can't wait to see where the center goes!

I love my Dr Mary she is the sweetest doctor she can relate she is awesome at her job the only problem being is they cannot prescribe me the medicine I need because of some Corporation policy which is not cool because that is the medicine I've been on for years

I’m giving a 4 star because my therapist Rachel has done a great job helping me through hard times. The first few appointments were a little confusing and tedious. After the first few, I saw a lot of improvement in myself and had tools to help with certain issues. Only complaint is the medication side of this organization doesn’t follow up or refill meds 100% on time. I fortunately made it work and came out okay but that’s the main thing that needs work here. Overall I still am thankful for their help and would recommend to people struggling if it’s their only option for help.
