In my experience, as someone with ADHD, I don't feel Pawnee Mental Health Services really care about some of their patients. Matter of fact, the business' name is an oxymoron. This business would have better reviews if they didn't hire incompetent psychiatrists who deem their patients as "drug seekers.''

I am a client of ponte mental health they do not have no good support for the clients they do not have activities for the clients they do not take the clients out on outings or anything they do not help the clients with personal hygiene of any kind anymore there's nothing there they don't allow the clients to come there just to hang out or anything or they turn you down from wanting to stop by just to use the bathroom the place is really bad I will not recommend anyone to go there is bad they have nothing to motivate your mind or help you with activities and getting by through the day it's really bad I will not recommend this for your child or your adult please go somewhere else I would not even give it a chance even the doctor the medication doctor they're no good they're looking at you FaceTime you telling your business to someone you never seen before I rather go to the hospital to seek my help then they go to piney mental health be blessed when your case manager is not there they don't have no one else to spot for her they only have three case managers in the whole junction City at Pawnee and none of them can spot for neither one of them clients they have poor housing poor communication they cannot even help with anything much of anything

My friend goes here she is a minor and she’s not aloud to be in the room alone with the therapist. Her therapist told her that she couldn’t be in there without her mother which just got her into a worse situation due to her mother being the abuser she needed to talk to the therapist about.

This organization is doing fantastic work with "challenged individuals". helping to get folks back on their feet, free from substances, domestic issues, and financial hardships. with the backing of several churches and organizations people are able to "rise above". I have supported them for years, gathering and providing donations.

These folks are providing a great service to their community. I fully support this ministry, and will make monthly trips with donations from my "community ".

The crisis stabilization unit is such an underutilized asset in our community . It's a breath of fresh air with staff members who truly care. It's the perfect home away from home when life gets so overwhelming that it seems as though there's only one way out. For those who work in human/social services, don't hesitate to refer your clients there. CSU!!! We all need you!!!🥰

I’ve NEVER had an issue with Pawnee. I don’t know what people expect, a red carpet to be rolled out everywhere they go? I dealt with debilitating depression and anxiety and since I’ve started visiting for therapy and medication management three years ago, I’ve been doing amazingly. We’ve had to adjust me meds a few times until we doing what worked best for me. And my therapist has never been too busy when I’ve needed a call or last minute session. They always have appts available and will call you if there’s a cancellation if you can’t get it as soon as you had hoped. They’ve never changed my appointments and I’ve never had to wait an obscene amount of time to be seen. The receptionists are kind and helpful and the mental health staff are AMAZING. But you’re always going to get the angry people reviewing rather than the satisfied patients, because they have to cause a stink about everything I guess!

This organization does wonderful things in peoples lives!! They help the homeless, addicts, alcoholics, and downtrodden recharge their lives. They support, counsel, evangelize and assist in re-establishing into the community. Many great testimonies of lives renewed by the residents who have been here. I brought them a load of food products to help with the daily meals.
