I don’t see how my surgery experience at MCHHS could have been any better. The doctors, nurses, CNA’s, and support staff were very competent, thorough, compassionate, and so gentle. Of course I hope I don’t need another surgery anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll go there with great peace of mind and confidence that I’ll be well cared for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I delivered both my children here as well as using the facilities for surgeries, injuries, and illnesses for myself, family and friends. We have always received high quality care from the nurses, doctors, therapists, lab/radiology, ER, and clerical employees. They were professional and efficient when a family member needed a life flight to Wichita. They were patient, kind and compassionate when my grandmother passed.

In June of this year I had never been more broken and hopeless. I had no desire to live anymore. God gave me the power and willingness to give Valley Hope in Moundridge a chance. It was the greatest decision ive made. They were there for me and walked through all of my trauma with me. The staff was top notch. Through being there for me through my detox and then being there to walk me through my life they were my angels. The counseling is what really made my experience there unforgettable. Today I am sitting at 99 days sobriety and I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for the help of VH and Ofcourse God. They showed me the love I had searched for all my life. Nah I don't have a drinking problem I can work until 5 to start drinking. Some days were good only to have 3 tallboys and days I need to have more. I was in denial because I didn't have to have a cold one in the 1st thing in the morning. But I realize that I was having trouble getting through the days without it. My family noticed my problems and I deep down that I needed help. Valley Hope which I heard about from people receiving help and today I am grateful that they helped me start my new journey 🙏

I had a wonderful experience with Valley Hope Moundridge! I came in a broken person greeted with hugs and promises that life gets better, and it does! I am currently 2 years sober and still going strong. There is HOPE for people today that need guidance away from the pain and suffering of alcohol and drugs and this is the perfect place for it. I brought my teenage daughter back in 1997. I was so worried that I was an emotional mess myself, very resentful of addicts in general. It took only a very short time for me to begin to love and understand these people. It was so enlightening and healing. My daughter took ten more years and some hair raising experiences to escape her addiction, but I still give much of the credit to Valley Hope, because what she had learned saved her later. She is doing very well. She’s married with two kids and is successful and respected in her work as a hair stylist. She’s been clean and sober nearly 20 years now.

What a great place and Chris was the best counselor I have ever seen for my son. The Chaplin Jamie needs to quit judging people by their looks or how they dress. Give some grace to these hurting people and quit judging . Be there to encourage and build someone up with Gods love . You are a poor example of a Chaplin. I'm from Texas. Walked in cause I was sick. Checked in at front and was told to sit in a separate waiting room. Couple minutes later nurse (Kris) came into get work up. They had to access my records from Texas which only took a few minutes. NP came in checked me out , did covid test and was on the road. Positive test, they called in meds next day and heading home. Awesome care. and Thanks

I am always treated well by the Hutchinson staff. They are kind and concerned professionals. My calls get returned promptly and if they don't know the answer they find out they don't guess. Wheny blood pressure spiked they took me in immediately there were 5 staff people helping out. Great human beings at a time when that is becoming a scarcity.

I fostered for 18 years for Saint Francis Community Services. The workers were amazing and always available to help and support when us when we needed it. Our Homes worker was always honest about the behaviors of the children they asked us to take and was very encouraging. They offered many training courses to help us better parent throughout the years.

My husband was recently at MLH for a week on floor 6. He had MORE than the best care in EVERY WAY. EVERYONE that came in contact with him or I were so respectful, careing and knowledgeable. From the CNA'S, RN'S, SOCIAL WORKER, FOOD SERVERS, HOUSEKEEPING and ALL that came in contact with him. And of course his excellent doctors.
Again, thank you all so very much. He is recovering well.

Went in for an appendectomy. All the staff that I was directly involved with was so kind and patient, from the ER to hospital care, to pre-op, to post op. Very impressed with how genuine they all were.

I had tried to get sober before and had just got out of prison. I promised myself I was going to stay clean and live a good life. Within 6 months of leaving prison the thoughts of using were strong. I started drinking and looking for ways to get drugs. I knew I needed help or I was going to go down the same path I promised never to go down again. When I called the Bridge there was not any beds available at the time, I told them my situation and told them I really needed to get help or I am not sure I would be brave enough to make this phone call again. They allowed me to sleep in a counseling room temporarily until a bed opened. It is not easy living with a bunch of women and being told what to do, but if you are looking for people who really care and what you to succeed then the Bridge is an excelent choice. For any body who gives the Bridge a bad review.....I am not sure what you did, but you were probably in the wrong trying to get away with something you shouldn't have been.

I feel like i should definitely write a post, I hope more alumni will do the same. For me the experience i had at the bridge was amazing. It's not easy living with that many women! However when it comes to the staff i believe they really do care about the people that come in. I read some of the other reviews and was shocked to see that they had that kind of experience. I don't know their situation so i won't comment on that.When I went to the bridge i was ready to change and although i might have had a few setbacks i really felt supported and cared about while i was there. It's not going to be easy it's a treatment facility there's going to be some bumps in the road.

Took my first grippy sock vacation here today. It was very nice. The crisis stabilization unit let me keep my phone, and you're allowed to come and go as you wish, which was encouraging. They were very kind to me during my stay and accommodated a few special needs I had. I am glad that I went, and I would recommend the CSU on Hayes Dr in Manhattan to anyone feeling in crisis, hopeless, or wanting to not exist.

The center has really changed a lot in a great way. They listen to us, have hired more people to help such as with our vitals and intake process. I love having my med providers they really listen to me and my concerns, my case manager is totally awesome, love the groups and I can't wait to see where the center goes!

I’ve NEVER had an issue with Pawnee. I don’t know what people expect, a red carpet to be rolled out everywhere they go? I dealt with debilitating depression and anxiety and since I’ve started visiting for therapy and medication management three years ago, I’ve been doing amazingly. We’ve had to adjust me meds a few times until we doing what worked best for me. And my therapist has never been too busy when I’ve needed a call or last minute session. They always have appts available and will call you if there’s a cancellation if you can’t get it as soon as you had hoped. They’ve never changed my appointments and I’ve never had to wait an obscene amount of time to be seen. The receptionists are kind and helpful and the mental health staff are AMAZING. But you’re always going to get the angry people reviewing rather than the satisfied patients, because they have to cause a stink about everything I guess!

I became an established patient with HPMHC in 2019 after going through a mental health crisis. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The front desk employees and billing department were always so kind and helpful. Most importantly, I had an incredible therapist and Doctor. Tara, my therapist was always so empathetic and is such a wonderful listener. She always gave the best advice and always validated my concerns and feelings. Dr. Karen was an incredible Doctor. She listened to my concerns and was able to find the perfect plan for me and my mental health. She always made me feel safe to express any concerns and questions I had regarding my plan/treatment. She is incredibly kind. I will forever feel blessed to have had such a wonderful team that has helped me grow tremendously in so many ways, they are a big part of where I am at today. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I can't really write AA with less than five stars just because this helped so many people I don't care much for AA and I definitely don't care much for the meetings that I do like the 5:15 meeting very small very private and people know you and they're kind to you other than that I didn't care for any of the other meetings didn't care for the women's meeting on Monday nights didn't care for the noon meeting some people like it not me I think I'm going to go to a different meeting at a different town.
