A Nurse Who Made a Difference
I want to take a moment to recognize Michael Figueroa, who cared for my father during his time in critical care/ICU.
Michael went above and beyond in caring for my father. His knowledge, compassion, patience, and especially his human touch meant more to our family than words can express. He treated my father with dignity, kindness, and genuine care, and he made our family feel that my father was not just another patient, but a person who mattered.
My father unfortunately passed away on August 12, 2026. Although the outcome was heartbreaking, our family is incredibly grateful knowing that every effort was made to care for him and give him the best possible treatment.
We are grateful to every nurse, respiratory therapist, doctor, and healthcare professional who cared for my father. But Michael holds a very special place in our hearts. His compassion and the way he cared for my father during such a difficult time will never be forgotten.
Thank you, Michael, for everything you did for my father and for our family. Your kindness made a difference during one of the hardest moments of our lives. We will always be grateful. ❤️

Amy is a wonderful, kind, and caring professional who genuinely listens. From my very first appointment, I felt acknowledged and comfortable. I tend to ramble and jump from topic to topic, but Amy’s ability to keep up with me is astonishing! She is the first person in many years who has actually listened to how I feel and taken the time to truly get to know me. I never feel rushed or like I’m just a 'time slot' on her calendar. While I wish I had started seeing her back in 2021, I am so grateful to have her now; I wouldn't want to see anyone else.
Susan has been my med staff nurse for five years, and she has been amazing since day one. She knows me so well and is incredibly patient and great at her job. I never have to worry about communication because both Amy and Susan respond to me in a very timely manner.

Addiction had changed me into someone I barely recognized and was slowly stripping away everything that mattered most to me. I reached a point where I realized that if I didn’t make a serious change, eventually addiction was going to leave me with nothing left to lose. That realization is what brought me to Healing Pines Recovery.
What makes Healing Pines special is how personal the experience is. The therapists, counselors, staff, and ownership genuinely care about you and take the time to know you as a person. They challenged me when I needed it, supported me when I needed it, and helped me understand that recovery is about much more than simply staying sober. It’s about taking an honest look at yourself, rebuilding your life, and becoming the person you want to be.
You absolutely get out of this program what you’re willing to put into it. Healing Pines creates an environment where you can be honest, vulnerable, and comfortable enough to address the things that brought you there in the first place.
One of the things I’ll remember most about Healing Pines is the sense of community. I came in expecting treatment, but I didn’t expect the friendships, conversations, laughter, and genuine connections I made along the way.
I left Healing Pines with gratitude, meaningful friendships, a better understanding of myself, and tools I intend to carry with me for the rest of my life.
If you’re reading reviews because you or someone you love needs help, you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to be willing to walk through the door and start doing the work.

Healing Pines is an amazing place. Not only are the staff courteous and professional, but the serenity and atmosphere of healing in the foothills of the Rockies is unmatched. The culture of recovery, stability and coaching is phenomenal and the alumni events for past clients lends this place a enormous sense of family and belonging.
I would not be this well-equipped for life and have developed life-long relationships if it wasn't for HPR. From staff check ins, follow-on programs and on-site resources this is a top notch center that has an inclusive curriculum, as well as great on-site amenities for recreation, physical and mental well-being.
Staff are caring, thoughtful and invested in the recovery process with every client that comes through. I am truly grateful to both the staff, coaches and clients that I befriended through HPR. I cannot recommend this place enough for people struggling with substance, mental or other struggles as a place of calm and recovery oriented services.

During a time of severe postpartum depression, I was inpatient at Peak View twice. They are overall a very solid place to receive care. The facility is clean, the food is good, and overall the staff is very kind. (There are a few staff members who were a bit rude but mostly the people are nice). They keep things well organized and they have a nice balance between groups and down time. They are strict in what is allowed in. I had shoes that had a very small amount of elastic they did not allow in and then lost upon discharge. The second time I was there, I was wearing sweats (no hood or strings) before I changed into paper scrubs at the hospital I was transferred from. They held my clothes in contraband the entire time with no explanation. This led to me having to be discharged in paper scrubs.
They specialize in acute (short term) care. Both times I have been in, I was rushed out before I truly felt ready to leave. The time my clothes were held in contraband, one of the techs reassured me that I would have time to change into clothes but the nurse who discharged me just rushed me out the door because my ride was waiting. I understand they have a high turnover of patients but it felt so weird and impersonal. But overall, this place is a good place to receive stabilization in a time of crisis. They are well stocked, well organized, and the units are more comfortable than other places I have been.

People on here aren't giving this place justice. The food is on point. You or your loved ones will be treated effectively. The treatment throughout the day is exactly what you would want in a behavior health center. The doctors and staff that I seen were all professional. 9 out of 10 times I'm guessing they are doing their best. Which is exceptional. Give better reviews

Resada is a great way to start your path to recovery I personally love it here, remember know matter where you go what you put in is what you get out. This rehab has an amazing way to make you feel better about finding yourself again. If you're going to complain about the things that you can't do there then you're there for all the wrong reasons. Remember you're there to work on you and learn ways to overcome what our addiction throws at us. Be 💯 and you'll get 💯. Thank you to everyone at Resada who has impacted my life. 30 days isn't long enough but it's a start to get me on the journey of my sobriety!!! And do you see everyone who has something negative to say was court ordered! Your having structure issues try to self admit then you'll see better results.

I'm from Texas. Walked in cause I was sick. Checked in at front and was told to sit in a separate waiting room. Couple minutes later nurse (Kris) came into get work up. They had to access my records from Texas which only took a few minutes. NP came in checked me out , did covid test and was on the road. Positive test, they called in meds next day and heading home. Awesome care. and Thanks

I am always treated well by the Hutchinson staff. They are kind and concerned professionals. My calls get returned promptly and if they don't know the answer they find out they don't guess. Wheny blood pressure spiked they took me in immediately there were 5 staff people helping out. Great human beings at a time when that is becoming a scarcity.

I just don't understand all of the negativity spewed at this clinic. Whether those apposed were drug seeking or doctor shopping. Let me tell you. Dr Sung spent an hour and a half with me. He said my case was complicated. Which it is. I was treated with complete professionalism and respect. I was heard and treated kindly by all of the staff team. I would recommend Richard Young out patient clinic to anyone who needed help. I was not over medicated. In fact I was taken off of things I should have never been prescribed in the first place.

This is a wonderful facility!! The staff was so good to us and kind while my son was in there! It was such a hard time for us but they put our mind at ease that he was safe! I will never be able to repay what they did for my son💖

This is only because I didn't get a diagnosis, which was the point. Otherwise, treated me well, when to groups( even though most were meaningless) look, if you need help and time..its good. Just do followup upon exit

We were seen in the emergency room on March 24th for our 9 month old son. They ran all necessary test to help us figure out what was wrong with our son. They listened to us. We were admitted and our dr is dr Leonard and he is beyond amazing. The nursing staff on the 4th floor first and second shift are great. They answer the call light within a good reasonable time. I would recommend this hospital. Thank you so much fourth floor nursing team, ER staff and dietary.
