This isn’t a bad long term rehabilitation program if you are looking for a program that is Bible based rather than Bill Wilson’s “big book”, but it’s by no means perfect despite all the 5 star ratings. Granite Recovery might be better for long term sobriety. It has a higher success rate. In all honesty, I did graduate but I probably should have been hospitalized for exhaustion afterward. You have to work really hard here- both physically and emotionally. Keep an open mind but don’t expect a happy ever after- it isn’t for everybody.

Antrim House was hands down the best treatment center I have been to and I know that I was not the only client that felt that way. All of the staff at Antrim made me feel heard and catered to our needs always. The BHA’s, Clinicians, Providers, Nursing Staff all went above and beyond to help me out throughout my stay there. Had some amazing talks with Brittany, Sherrie, Bailey, Chris D, Daniella, Wanda, Trevor, Lisa, Trish, Ashley, Joe and more that I will never forget. The food there cooked by Leah was top notch and the best food I’ve ever had at a treatment center. I love the fact that Krystle the alumni coordinator is so involved in her job and so passionate about what she does. It is really cool to me that she is so productive and proactive about keeping everyone in contact on the alumni app for events so we can all keep in touch and continue on together as a community in our recovery journey so that we have each other to lift one another up each step of the way. I am so grateful for Antrim House. I am rebuilding my life today and experiencing meaningful progress in recovery because of Antrim and It's staff! I can't thank the Bha's enough for connecting and inspiring me. My case manager bent over backwards to help me navigate a complicated set of logistical issues. because of the dedication of the staff at Antrim I got a chance to do the real work on me, that i had never been able to do before! I am indebted to the nursing staff who stood by me as I dealt with the consequences of my use. I had been sober for 9 years, taking Suboxone but it was all a lie. I relapsed and everything came crashing down. I went to jail, almost caught a serious charge, was getting evicted from my apartment, my car ready to be repossessed and my life just seemed to spiral out of control. I was on the verge of suicide. I decided to go back to the methadone clinic and start IOP. My journey of healing began. It's just a slip, I will get back up even stronger than before. I know now who is important in my life and who isn't. If I want to change I need to start healing and loving myself first. Something I've never done, everyone else was first. Now it's time for me to be number one. My life matters I don't want to die.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!! I've been in treatment for a little over a year sober for 3 months now started attending IOP which is offered at the clinic and that led me on the path to being completely drug free thanks to all the support that's offered I can finally say LIFE is AMAZING!!! There is no program out there that has guaranteed results. But, I've known multiple people who have had their lives transformed by attending Teen Challenge Manchester. The staff here navigate the complexities of recovery with wisdom and love. I personally have received phone calls from staff about one of my family members who was no longer in the program; because they were concerned for him. I've witnessed staff steer family ministry meetings with gentle courage as they challenged the deception and darkness of addiction. Above all, the program recognizes that true recovery comes with faith in God and longevity; 30/90 days are not enough. I’m thankful for what they’ve done to help people I love. New Life Home is not only a safe, beautiful and peaceful haven for women and their children, but also a place where they can grow into the women they were always meant to be. I had the privilege of meeting these awesome families and had the first-hand experience of seeing this program in action as I taught there for about 9 months last year. I saw lives restored and transformed into radiant beauties. The program is exceptional as it follows a holistic approach to provide increasing health in body, mind, soul, and spirit. What a gift! I think all women, including myself, should have the opportunity to go through New Life Home's program and this type of experience. I'm hoping that this organization and their program extends and expands throughout the community and beyond!

I went there today, October 14th, 2025 with a high recommendation from a Dr. Who opened a primary care in white river jct.
I was not disappointed whatsoever. From the receptionist who was friendly, to the nurse and then the doctor.
I need to have my ears flushed about every 6 months. Had not had it done in quite some time. The young nurse was outstanding. The Doctor, i wish I had gotten all their names, was kind, caring and understanding.
After 30 minutes of rinsing, digging (softly) and an attempt by the nurse, then finally a last try by the doctor, got the remaining chunks/wax out. She was surprised on how much i had in there.
I feel so much better. Not tired and worn out like I felt prior to this.

My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.

I had an amazing, amazing stay. The dining staff made delicious food, especially the desserts. My only drawback would be that the facility is understaffed as far as techs go, but their drive, empathy, and kindness more than made up for it. I would especially like to thank Christine for being an ANGEL on Earth, and Annemarie for her dedication and care. The nursing staff did everything they could to ensure a comfortable, safe experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

Such a great place! From the moment I very nervously, and hesitantly walked in I was treated with compassion and respect. I was in real trouble, my drinking was out of control for a long time, and my health and family were suffering. Serenity got me safely detoxed and sober, and then taught me how to stay that way. I have had an opiate dependence from the age of 18 after a severe accident i have struggled for 25 years i never have had such a pleasant experience with such a professional helpful staff that didnt judge me first time in 20 years there intake almost brought me ro tears i was so grateful completely different than any other dosing clinic and i have used them from mass to California even Tijuana i highly recommend this place and i am so grateful to have luckily picked this clinic in order to avoid everyone i know so i dont have any screw ups in my recovery nothing has ever worked or felt comfortable im amazed by ther professionalism amazing

MV was the first treatment center I ever attended. I was terrified going in—I had never been away from home, and I was struggling deeply with depression, OCD, and anxiety. I had graduated from high school in 2023, taken a gap year, and was preparing to start at Franklin & Marshall College when I hit my rock bottom. Together, my parents and I made the difficult decision that I needed more intensive support. Looking back now, those five months at MV became the most transformative period of my life.
I met incredible people—both residents and staff—who made me feel seen, understood, and supported. During my time at MV, I was able to heal and reconnect with the core of my values. Of course, there were moments when I felt frustrated with the program; treatment is a vulnerable space that asks you to confront your fears, your patterns, and the safety behaviors that have led your life. But MV offered me the safety, structure, and guidance I needed to work through that discomfort. They gave me the push no one else could. MV helped me to realize just how much I needed consistency, caring accountability, and firm but compassionate support.
Today, my OCD is so much better, and although my anxiety is still around (it’s always going to be a pesky little friend), I’ve learned how to work with it instead of letting it control me. I’m currently living in Portland, ME, in a transitional living program where I’m taking classes at SMCC, working at Anthropologie, and learning how to support myself. To see the progress from a year ago—when I couldn’t even leave my room—to where I am now is incredibly empowering. And best of all, I've realized that the strength I needed was already within me; I just needed some help remembering that it was there. None of this would have been possible without the foundation MV helped me build. I am forever grateful to everyone there. It genuinely changed my life.

My daughter went through the Mountain Valley treatment program for her anxiety. Mountain Valley provides excellent, evidenced based treatment for anxiety and OCD to teens and young adults ages 13-21 in a beautiful, warm setting. The staff: directors, clinicians, and residential staff, are intelligent, skilled, compassionate, and wise. Not only do they provide great treatment in the form of exposure response treatment, CBT, DBT, and ACT; they explore the larger life journey, values, and meaning for each resident. They connect the residents to nature in their beautiful NH setting, and on their farm with animals. They have a wonderful chef and integrate healthy food and life style choices. They have a three phase treatment structure that aligns the treatment process with the idea of a heroic journey, and have ceremonies to mark entering each phase (a fire ceremony and an ice bath ceremony). They foster an atmosphere among the residents that allow them to develop community with others and deep connections. My daughter not only learned the tools to address her anxiety that she will carry forward, she learned to connect with herself and her values, and to tolerate her distress and challenges with courage. In addition, they offer a parent support and education program that allows us to learn about anxiety, supports us, and gives us the tools to parent our children with significant anxiety. They also offer a transitions program for the residents after they leave to bridge the return to their lives at school, home, and in their communities, My daughter’s experience at Mountain Valley was life changing and healing. I recommend it without reservation for kids with severe anxiety and OCD, and am so grateful for her and our experience at Mountain Valley.

Mountain Valley has truly been a lifesaver to our family! It is a special place made up of special people who have both the expertise and the caring hearts to support both their residents and their families during a very difficult time. They were able to turn my daughter’s bright light back on that had been dimmed due to anxiety and depression. They educated her to help her understand what she was going through, gave her coping skills for when she experiences her highs and lows, and helped her to learn strategies and routines that allow her to maintain a healthier lifestyle. They also helped and supported our family to learn what we could do to better support her. In connecting with the other residents and forming incredibly close friendships, for the first time, our daughter didn’t feel alone in what she was going through. The therapists and staff at Mountain Valley are unmatched in the way they care about and connect with the residents. My daughter really trusted them and finally had hope that she could get better. On top of all that, she loved being there and had so much fun in all their activities. I am forever grateful to Mountain Valley!!!!

The people that work here. That’s the difference. This place will absolutely, do whatever they can to help you. I honestly, can’t stress it enough.
This is run by Diana and she’s not just a big shot that stays in her office. The first week she was here, she invited me in, just to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything to make it easier for me. Her door is always open and I always feel welcome. Felipe has been great to me from the moment I met him. He always makes the ins. problems or billing, much, much easier. Heidi and the nursing team, Sage, the two receptionists, and of course, my main man, Darrin. These people are now all friends, to me and I care for them all.
I do all my work and whatever is asked of me. If I have an appointment, I show up. I follow the program and I’ve had very few issues. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made in my life.
Give this place a chance if you want to change things. I would refer anyone that wants a fresh start, here it is. This is it. Anyone can build a building but the people are always the key. In any business.
Anyway, thank you to all the friends I met at CTC and I and grateful to you. 😘

I Called New Season & they got me in the very next morning for a intake & my first dosage. Ladd the program director was who I dealt with & he is always very caring , easy to talk to & understands & genuinely cares about how you’re doing. Ladd has helped me with the whole process from getting into New Season to setting up the check in app on my phone they use & also giving me a very big help setting up insurance… The nurses and my counselor Greg have been great also! I’ve had 0 issues & the only thing I would change is the take home policy to include auto take homes on the weekend & snow day take homes… Other than that very GREAT PLACE!

I recently visited Recovery Mountain and was blown away by the facility. They’ve created such an amazing environment to recover in. The rooms don’t feel clinical at all. It feels more like a New England home. The basketball court and batting cages are pretty cool too. Felicia Orchard, who leads the team there, is one of the best people I know of in the field. I would send a friend or loved one there in a heartbeat.

If you are ready to get sober, this place is ready for you! It is five stars everyday! I left Recovery Mountain with a personal recovery plan and a new outlook on life. First, the staff are incredible; each BHA bringing their own unique, no bull-shit personality to the recovery curricula. The nursing staff are very caring and accessible. The chef was understanding about any food requirements, and the facility is everything others have written. The clinical director is highly skilled and direct. The only question you should ask is, "are you ready to climb Recovery Mountain?".

I was referred to the Sobriety Center of New Hampshire by my union assistance coordinator Jeff smith, I called late afternoon I didn't even think he'd respond till the next day, I was wrong
first connected me to Andrew Wilson at Portland Treatment. Andrew then put me in touch with Amanda who is a sweetheart by the way, very serious about helping people she got me admitted.— and I can honestly say, this place changed my life.
This is not your average rehab. The facility is top-tier luxury, with beautifully designed rooms, an immaculate kitchen, and amenities that blew me away — including an indoor soccer field, basketball court, full-size baseball area, and even a full military-style obstacle course upstairs. It felt more like a wellness retreat than a treatment center, but make no mistake: the recovery work here is real.
A special shoutout goes to **Kevin he is the one that goes above and beyond he makes it look easy he did everything I asked him and more he even took my call from jail which is crazy I've never thought anyone would do that He's overworked and then the paid he deserves it a company then and his own office in a name plaque this is greatness works here.

I had a great experience taking an Impaired Driving course here this summer. After years of trying to sort out my license, the people here were beyond helpful and knowledgeable of the process—they explained everything upfront in terms of cost and expectations. Trina was especially helpful, along with the rest of the staff. I felt seen as a human and truly appreciated their welcoming and positive attitude—I felt I really benefited from taking their program overall.
This is really refreshing, after running into what feels like so many roadblocks in an already difficult situation to deal with for many.
I am more than grateful that I chose SENHS to take my courses, it felt they actually cared and were very helpful and efficient with the steps along the way.

I was a client at SENHS from December 2020 - April 24th 2021. I did the Arc program and then I did Turning Point. We had a Covid outbreak, staff was professional and helped everyone find some place to go and even housed some of the clients until Covid was out of the building. The 5 months that I was there every staff member was professional and cared about both the clients and workers. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am 1 year sober November 30th because SENHS gave me the proper tools for my toolbox to make this work 1day at a time.
