Before graduating in October of 2024, I learned patience and received joy that no one can take from me. The staff and servant leaders truly care for each of the residents and pour out their love in all that they do. Luke Maillet 3 months ago This isn’t a bad long term rehabilitation program if you are looking for a program that is Bible based rather than Bill Wilson’s “big book”, but it’s by no means perfect despite all the 5 star ratings. Granite Recovery might be better for long term sobriety. It has a higher success rate. In all honesty, I did graduate but I probably should have been hospitalized for exhaustion afterward. I was homeless and I was a veteran. The staff reached out and was willing to take me within a few days. I was sent to this amazing facility facility. I was lucky enough to meet people that showed me the way and they were positive to get me to the point that I am now it’s been over two years that I’ve been sober and I’ve learned a lot about me, but I’ve also learned that it is a forever struggle and with the people at these facilities I took this day and grateful for the chances I had I went from being a client to being a Pear Leader for a short time I got to be a house manager it has changed my life for the better. When I arrived, I was in a really unstable place and didn’t know what my future would look like. The staff treated me with respect, patience, and real compassion from day one. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared — not just about getting me through the program, but about helping me build a foundation for long-term sobriety. The structure, accountability, and support made a huge difference for me. I learned how to be honest, how to take responsibility, and how to start creating stability in my life. Today I’m five months sober, and a big part of that is because of the tools and support I received there. If you’re on the fence about getting help, this place can truly be a turning point. H. I constantly hear people talking bad about the clinic, and just putting it down. My thoughts would be that more then likely they probably would never open such a place of there wasn't proof of it working. Or should I say, if the success rate wasn't there. But anyways, in all reality, it honestly is what you make of it. You basically figure out how you want your goal of sobriety to go, with the help needed from the Doctor, Nurses, and the rest of the staff. I had the privilege of meeting these awesome families and had the first-hand experience of seeing this program in action as I taught there for about 9 months last year. I saw lives restored and transformed into radiant beauties. The program is exceptional as it follows a holistic approach to provide increasing health in body, mind, soul, and spirit. What a gift! I think all women, including myself, should have the opportunity to go through New Life Home's program and this type of experience.
