I have nothing but good to say about this organization. They show the love of God. Yes there are strict rules but the patients that go there must learn boundaries, what they can do and can't do. She helps with schoolwork and she is really mindful and beautiful! Morgan she is really pretty really nice and I love her blonde hair. I’m really happy for all of her accomplishments and she is really nice and she will listen to you and she gives really really really really really good advice. Kate she is also really pretty. She is amazing and she is such a great mother and such a comedian. She is so nice and funny. She is the best she should get a raise. And they also give you squishy’s or stuffed animals and for check-in if you’re having active suicidal thoughts, they will get some staff to check in on you like Rhea and she does a good job with talking to kids and she is not judgmental and she does her job really well and her office is really calm And she also wants the best for everybody I feel like everyone in old PHP is really good and honestly everybody should get a raise like Olivia and Dr. Chen and Morgan Erin Kate and Sarah even though Sarah is new she is actually really nice and pretty and she’s really mindful. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. The facility might not be shining, but the service was right on spot. The staff are very experienced. They are calm, professional and compassionate. They don't response on minute to my email. He is Autistic and is having some serious mental health challenges at this time. At intake all of the nurses are very kind to me and I could overhear them sweet talking him up the hall which made me feel very comfortable because they did not know I could hear what they were saying. They were very patient and kind with my sweet boy. Today I received a call back quickly to give me an update and let me know his visiting dates as well as what to bring him. The doctor has already seen him and made some changes to his meds and they seem to be very attentive to his needs so far. I’m going to visit him tomorrow so I pray this place continues to be amazing and save my son and teach him to live life with a positive outlook and be kinder to himself. They are also working with us and teaching us about how to best be there for him. This is a good facility for MAT (medication assisted treatment) as well as helpful groups, peer recovery, helpful staff, and many patients that befriend & help each other. They have case workers that can help with social services and provide resources, for patients that need further assistance (i.e. homelessness, daily living assistance, etc). There is a great medical staff for dosing, therapy, psychiatric, and other medical concerns. The facility has many ways to assist with costs (i.e. private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Govt funding, etc), always ask for assistance; they have helped so many patients that couldn't afford recovery. They can also assist with external resources for medical transportation; however, this may depend on insurance. Recovery is a daily battle, sometimes it can take a long time to get there.
