I know this place has a ton of bad reviews, so trust me I was nervous when I was sent here to the ER after a strong recommendation from the urgent care doctor. I got to the ER at 11am on a Friday, and long story short I was discharged 2pm the next day. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by my time there. Every doctor, nurse, aide/assistant was kind and gentle. I spent 11am-9pm in the ER, 9pm-8am in a hospital bedroom, 8-9am in the OR, and 9am-2pm back in my bedroom. I had a laparoscopic Appendectomy. It was my first time (besides when I was born) in a hospital, so everything was new/foreign to me. I thought all the facilities were clean & comfortable (even the hospital food, when I could finally eat post-surgery!). The only slightly sketchy part was the ER- I was there on a Friday evening and each room was separated by a curtain, so I could hear everything. There were some mentally unstable (potentially unhoused) people shouting, and I heard security called a couple times. I never actually saw anything from my ER room. All in all I had a good experience there. Even the billing- yes the original bill total was around $141K, but with my insurance, since I already hit my out of pocket maximum, I paid $0.

Attended here for 5 months. Best therapy experience I have had so far in my life. Small intimate group therapy. Constructive one-on-one therapy sessions. Very friendly and supportive staff. Lots and lots of in depth material offered to clients to help us learn how to help ourselves. I met some of nicest people I have ever met in here between my fellow clients and the staff. I learned a lot of strategies to take care of my health in all aspects of life. I learned a lot of coping skills to help with my mental health.
