After reading the reviews I was a little nervous since I had never been here before; however, I was only going in for an ultrasound and bloodwork. First thing when I walk in I was greeted by this very nice man at the counter that checked in me and my fiancé and even told me where to go after I stated it was my first time there. I make it up to the floor I need and check into thr kiosk. Within minutes my name was called and I met the this super nice lady (donna) who took all my information and explained everything for me. I then stated I was supposed to come back the next day for bloodwork and she actually told me I can do it while im already here and added and additional sticker to my wrist band. After being checked in I waited for about 10 minutes and was called back. My ultrasound tech was probably one of the nicest people I ever met. She was so sweet and was explaining everything for me and showing me the visuals as well. And right after that I got my bloodwork. The woman was also very nice, as well as quick and professional. I was in and out of the hospital within 30 minutes of being there. Definitely a great experience for me!! I definitely wish I could further credit those who helped me but I didn't catch most of their names since I was originally so nervous for my appointment 😅

July 2026 - Ivy's Brewed Awakenings Cafe. Another pleasant experience here. Good food. Nice and attentive staff. My fried egg with ham and cheese sandwich was great. Simplicity can be bold. Cinnamon muffin is sheer perfection.

October 2025 - At Ivy's Brewed Awakenings, my comments are similar to my last review. Eating for the first time in the early afternoon, I enjoyed their egg, sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. Their baked goods are so delicious, we saw one worker bring four danishes stacked on top of each other all smiles heading back to his work area. Only two muffins were left when we got there, and my family member bought both with a small coffee.

June 2025 - Returning for a follow-up appointment, we looked forward to going to Ivy's Brewed Awakenings coffee shop on the first floor again. They serve breakfast all day and I hadn't eaten yet around 2:00, so I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese on an English muffin with no butter. My family member looked forward to having one of their muffins again with a medium coffee. She had the cinnamon and took two more to-go. We sat at a table for two. The egg sandwich was very good. Plenty of crispy, warm bacon, lightly toasted muffin, and wrapped in foil in a cardboard box. I heard someone else order their chicken sandwich and another order their chicken salad with pecans. I'll try lunch next time.

A member of my family started going here to see a new doctor. He gives her very thorough exams and care. The lobby has good security where anyone coming in has to check in with ID and get a pass. Decent amount of parking.
I wanted to review the coffee shop in the lobby for visitors and staff, "Ivy's Brewed Awakenings," and tried to add it as a place as a local guide, but Google Maps couldn't confirm it and rejected my request. So, here are some photos of the eatery's seating and menus, plus a shot of two of the three breakfast muffins we bought: Pistachio and blueberry. (We split the cinnamon one which was unbelievably good.) Only Starbucks coffee is sold here, and Ivy's makes it in every way, from lattes to cappuccino or just plain coffee. Both breakfast and lunch food are available throughout their open hours.

I cannot say enough Great things about Wellbridge! I am an old man with a long history of substance abuse. There was nightmare period 40 years ago when I slept 2-3 nights a week.. That was followed by more than 2 Decades of being Clean/Sober. The Social Acceptance of Alcohol tbrought me to a point in January 2025 when I came to Wellbridge. The foundation for my Recovery was established by the treatment I received at Wellbridge. Wellbridge was an awesome recovery center for my 28 day stay. From kitchen staff to therapists and everything in between everyone has a very welcoming friendly approach. They also help with after care set up to continue your sobriety journey. I recommend it to anyone that is struggling with substance abuse.

I have heard so many horror stories about rehab facilities including patients feeling like they’re in prison. This is very much NOT the case at Wellbridge. The facility and campus itself are gorgeous, the food is excellent, the rooms comfortable and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and have all the resources and comforts you need to get the help you require.
The day to day structure is great while still leaving you choice to choose which groups you want to attend. Even including time to go to the gym or create art with plenty of break time in between everything to relax.
To put things a little more simple, Wellbridge was recommended to me by a friend and I flew in from Chicago not knowing what to expect and I was not disappointed.
There are too many to name but huge extra shout out to Taylor, Justine, and Nancy as well as all of the RSS. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Hands-down, this place is amazing. The staff here down to the cleaning and cook. It's a place that will definitely help you recover. This place makes a person wanna get sober and stay sober. I mean I never seen a place where they show you the concern they do. Such polite and respectful staff. They actually really care about people and people getting clean. I promise you there is no rehabilitation center in New York State such as this. I recommend this place for any addiction to drugs., for you to recover. If you are searching for a detox/rehab this is the right place for you to get better.

My experience at Seafield Westhampton has been wonderful IF I followed through when I completed.My biggest problem was that I haven't followed the consistant direction that I should have. I recently completed my stay there for the 3rd time,and am working a successful program,which FOR ME,is AA. This stay is simply a set of starting blocks to get you ready to face life on life's terms. Nobody should be expecting a "cure" when they leave. They should have somewhat of an understanding of what needs to be done to achieve their goals. Serenity,peace of mind,and self forgiveness are a huge start. Gina doesn't know it,but she is a huge part of my recovery. Alexandria,and Derrick too. The TA's like Steve,Chris,Rob,Corey,Glen,and everyone else on the staff have always been available for any kind of help. I highly recommend this inpatient for anyone that is willing to simply surrender and find the life that they deserve.

I had to visit the ER a few times, once was a critical issue and the others were minor, but urgent issue. Each time I was treated professionally, they took the time to explain the situation and ensured I understood my post care steps even while other patients were being unruly and disrespectful to them. It can’t be an easy job.

This is a rigorously honest review. My stay at The Dunes was exactly what rehab is - sad and uncomfortable at first but then growth and friendships.
Next - ive never had chefs cook for me like that. Just phenomenal food.
Lastly, the clinicians are the best on the east coast. Life changing.

The Dunes in Southampton helped me to a better life than the one i was in, I didn't know how much better life could be without alcohol, this place is very comfortable and the food is excellent. The staff there are very attentive to your needs, definitely help me through a tuff time in my life. I highly recommend them.

I love it here at present I'm here at Phoenix House and it's not that bad...I came here from ACI in Brooklyn NY and the program suits me fine
They feed you very well and the staff has been nothing but respectful and courteous to me
The groups are informative and the director is a very straightforward no nonsense person
They let us run our own groups sometimes and even tell our life story...
I've been here 10 days today and I couldn't think of a better place to go... That's if you want a nice quiet way to recover...you can have a phone and even go online and do virtual meetings (AA/NA) now don't get me wrong it's not a perfect program but, what is...My point is what you put in you get out and alternately it's your recovery...So yes it has it's fault however overall it works if you work it...

As with any treatment facility, your recovery depends on the work you put into it. My experience at Phoenix House was extremely helpful for me and overall was a positive experience. It is very easy to get distracted and focus on the downsides of the facility however I was taught (there) about changing my perspective and that made it easy for me to have acceptance and continue focusing on myself. I have been to many treatment centers in the past and have never had a counselor that cared or helped me as much as Michael Robinson did. The facility director Dave S. is great at what he does and from what I witnessed handled any/all issues fairly and promptly. Dave also ran groups which I found to be extremely informative and helpful. Special thanks to the chef Arthur who was extremely accommodating to my unique diet. An even bigger thank you to RSS Rob who in my opinion helped me just as much as Mike and Dave did. I will forever be grateful for my time spent at Phoenix House.

Was a patient here and than at Ronkonkoma years ago. I can't speak for how it is today but if it weren't for them I wouldn't be where I am today. If you don't want help you aren't going to be open to it so you can't fault the facility. But than again it's been about 15years since I was there so I don't know if it's still ran the same. I owe alot to the staff who was there when I was there. Especially londi.

The therapist and nurse practitioner are wonderful. I know that people with mental issues want to need help. My family member asked for help. So far, this group has been excellent, and I see marked improvement. I have nothing but praise for this group and I feel comfortable with them. Again, I read the reviews, and years ago, I went through this kind of therapy with another family member who, no matter how we tried to help, it was always someone else's fault. It was not this group. We are pleased with their help.

Went there around 2013. I didn't stay clean after, but I didn't want to. They had a zero tolerance for drugs so the sober houses were actually clean and if someone used they'd be kicked out. The classes were long but not terrible. Ellen was great. Only thing was the sober house was in the HOOD HOOD where we had a crack dealer on our corner, prostitues 100ft away, and coke being sold out the barbershop lol.

I’ve been reflecting on how far I’ve come. Before entering this program, I was severely mentally ill. I wasn’t eating, I wasn’t leaving my house, I was having severe panic attacks, sleeping all day, and honestly hoping I wouldn’t wake up. I went into the program terrified.
But it ended up changing my life. The program was incredible it felt like I was going to “mental health school.” I met people who were just like me. I made friends. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I truly belonged.
The staff are absolute angels. They are some of the most wonderful, compassionate people I have ever met. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them they genuinely care about every single person who walks through their doors. I felt safe, heard, validated, and deeply cared for. They truly change lives, and I hope they continue doing this incredible work for many years to come.
I was diagnosed with severe OCD while in the program, and they helped get me on the right medication, which completely changed my life for the better. Because of them, I’m now working and in college,I’ve gone on a plane to the other side of the world, and I finally have a life worth living. That is something I never thought I would be able to say.
And a special shoutout to Robin she was truly the best. Her kindness, patience, and support meant more to me than I can put into words.
I will forever be grateful for this program and the beautiful people who work there.

I've received great support from north well after suffering slight pyschiatric symptoms. Some of the staff I'd like to thank. They have assisted me in some capacity. Both the inpatient and outpatient provided outstanding care and help with my overall health, supporting my privacy and dignity throughout the whole process. Francesca iocono, Dr. Matthew's, Dr. Lee, Dr. McKeon, Heather, Jenna, Angela, Shannon from rec therapy, Dr. Delgado, smoking cessation aides, nurse Michelle, Carly, Janae, Melissa Morgan. Dr. Oduma and Amanda and John the pyschiatrist. I also give thanks for nurse Idina, nurse Steve, nurse dainelle, and nurse destiny. Ben, and all the laundry assistants Britney in house keeping. All these caring people have made me feel cared for in my rehabilitation. They do their jobs everyday with kindness and make all us patients feel cared for and supported!!

I really like this program and find it super helpful for my depression. The groups usually go by fast and have great prompts and different ways of thinking and very nice and knowledgeable people running it. They don’t make you share or participate if you don’t want to, my only critique would be they should probably call on people to participate and share ( and of course allow them the option to say no I don’t want to share) because most of us are willing to participate and just need to be prompted but will never volunteer on our own

I had to visit the ER a few times, once was a critical issue and the others were minor, but urgent issue. Each time I was treated professionally, they took the time to explain the situation and ensured I understood my post care steps even while other patients were being unruly and disrespectful to them.
