The absolute best Physical Therapist’s on Long Island . I have been going to this facility for years for all my PT needs . Since I had a total knee replacement 6 years ago , until recently when I fell and broke my hip , St. Charles rehab has helped me get back on my feet . They are the most professional and the nicest people you can have to help you recover from any injury or surgery .

Every single person I’ve encountered here is amazing. From front desk, to counselors, to the dr. This place is absolutely trying to help you get back your life! My counselor is Nyati. And he’s amazing. These ppl are here to help. Very thankful I found them.

Amazing Acute Reahab Center. They helped with my hip recovery and I always felt that they really cared about me. Hopefully I'll never need them again but would recommend them to anyone. Also the food is great!!!

Excellent rehab Hospital. I came here to rehab after my back surgery. Very professional! The PT and OT sessions really got me back on my feet. I had 3 hours a day while under the care of doctors and nurses. Everyone is very nice and cared about my welfare. I saw many hospital administrators who wanted to make sure I was happy with my rehab. Social worker was awesome. I even saw the VP of rehab medicine who I felt, was genuinely concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about this Rehab facility. The whole Catholic Health group is fabulous. The employees are to be happy working here. Even the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I remember being on F unit in 1996 and it was nice thanksgiving and Christmas parties and a case worker came and took some of the patients out for dinner. We had pay call on Thursdays 😂 mellaril was the medicine of choice back then 💊 glad to see this place still open .

I have to say my daughter speaks nothing but great things about this place and she’s been in and out of different places for a couple years now, but this experience for her has so far helped as far as structure activities and even just feeling like a normal kid. I myself don’t think I have anything bad to say based on What I’ve seen and what I’ve been told.

I went here years ago I was on C unit and F unit..It was 1994-1997 we went trips on Thursdays. Had the lions club throw Christmas parties. Harry legette and Jeannie Lavalle. Funny thing is I can remember every name from sagamore But highschool middle school forget it 😂.Not a bad place we were over medicated. And some of the patients were transferred to other hospitals like Brunswick and south oaks. Suffolk NY still has a lot of these places open..

Before choosing this place I read the reviews and I was scared but honestly I had limited options. I’m so grateful I came here. I was able to get taken care of and the groups were helpful. I learned a lot. The lady who runs it, Fran V. Took extra time with me to talk about my kids and what I needed to take care of them. She helped me find the strength I didn’t know I had honestly.

Talbot House & it's staff, including Sal the chef, in many ways saved my life. They were there for me when no one else was. Included was all of the great AA & NA meetings with folks who serve the community at large with passion.

Because of the incessant bullying of my poor daughter we needed to find an outside therapist. This group was highly recommended and I have to say that they are great. My daughter has been getting the help she needed, and I went to war with her school district about how they have been incompetent, didn't take my daughter's safety seriously, and write up no reports. I was told they can't investigate the cyberbulling because it was off school grounds. This is what I've been dealing with.

My son is a client of Dr. Ruthie. She has helped my son overcome a lot of his issues. She speaks to him about things going in his life during his appointment. She helped him during the loss of his grandmother. She is up to date on newer medications that has changed my son's life for the better.

This place helped me through the worst time in my life and gave me somewhere safe to feel. I have been clean almost two years with their help and the help of my counselor Donna. You have to want it, and if you do, they will help you get there.

I've received great support from north well after suffering slight pyschiatric symptoms. Some of the staff I'd like to thank. They have assisted me in some capacity. Both the inpatient and outpatient provided outstanding care and help with my overall health, supporting my privacy and dignity throughout the whole process. Francesca iocono, Dr. Matthew's, Dr. Lee, Dr. McKeon, Heather, Jenna, Angela, Shannon from rec therapy, Dr. Delgado, smoking cessation aides, nurse Michelle, Carly, Janae, Melissa Morgan. Dr. Oduma and Amanda and John the pyschiatrist. I also give thanks for nurse Idina, nurse Steve, nurse dainelle, and nurse destiny. Ben, and all the laundry assistants Britney in house keeping. All these caring people have made me feel cared for in my rehabilitation. They do their jobs everyday with kindness and make all us patients feel cared for and supported!!

I really like this program and find it super helpful for my depression. The groups usually go by fast and have great prompts and different ways of thinking and very nice and knowledgeable people running it. They don’t make you share or participate if you don’t want to, my only critique would be they should probably call on people to participate and share ( and of course allow them the option to say no I don’t want to share) because most of us are willing to participate and just need to be prompted but will never volunteer on our own

I left this program yesterday 6/22 and it was nothing but an amazing journey. The therapists/social workers and doctors are so in sync with each other and it’s amazing. You can tell they communicate to each other to make sure you have the best care possible. Thank you too all for helping me find myself again. Thank you….
