The facility is very clean, and everyone—from the ladies at the front desk to management and the physical therapists—is extremely kind and welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It’s such a relief to be able to ask questions and never feel like a bother or be spoken to in a rude way. That counselor is still friends with My Family and we speak. The place was very clean almost all the time. The activities and restrictions really sucked but it was what I needed at that time.
