I was upset about something i mean really upset I didn’t wanna continue to be in the program withdrawing drugs coming out of my system.. I didn't wanna be bothered and I just so happened to walk from the female lunchroom to the men’s lunchroom and Miss Lori costa so happened to look out her office and Yell out at me, music playing people eating lotta noise so she said to me loud hey what’s the matter with you? Why are you looking so down get your butt in my office I started to laugh. That’s when my life changed my whole life. what she told me in that office which I’m not going to share on here because it’s personal I mean, no disrespect about it but what she told me in her office ... changed my life. my whole life . Miss Lori and Mr. Vinny at different times throughout the time I was in cornerstone I took what they told me applied it to my life just the way they told me and this day. today I’m alive. I’m sober. I have a job got my own apartment. Pay my bills get to see my kids. I have my family with me and I have a beautiful wife all because of What Miss Lori Costa and vinny a.k.a. Vincent told me in their office all I wanna say is that Miss Lori Costa thank you. You are cornerstone. You are cornerstone Mr. Vincent a.k.a. Vinny. Amazing place and miracles truly happen!!!I truly didn’t want to live anymore when I first got there but the staff there helped me change my thinking around and I am truly forever grateful!!!!!!Lori was nothing short of amazing and relentless on helping me get into the rehab and I ended up with an amazing counselor named John that really helped me open my eyes !!

The staff at cornerstone are excellent! Laurie from admissions is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for the Clients at cornerstone! I would 100% recommend this program and facility to anyone looking to go to inpatient.

I was so lost and giving up on life and a few good suggestions brought me here. Everyone from the friar in charge of the inn to security and maintenance made me feel welcome. The counselors are the best I’ve ever dealt with. My counselor was amazing, the physco therapist helped me realize things on my own and a former resident who is now staff related to my issues making me comfortable with the process. That guy was a godsend. These people helped me with my addiction issues more in 6 months then I’ve been able to do over the last 30 years. I now have hope and a blueprint that I follow to live a life in recovery. I could never thank them enough

This place completely saved my life, it taught me a new way to live and that I am a man, worthy of love and respect. Since there, in 2017, I had one slip up about a year after I graduated, but that was almost 8 years ago now. Since then, I went to welding school, they set me up in a halfway house in NYC, moved back home to Rochester, NY. I have worked in the welding industry and slowly worked my way to where now I run a million dollar welding training program and I try pass along the same message I learned there. You are a Man, or Woman, worthy of love and respect, with hard work and dedication you can have anything you set your mind to.
Everyone is so friendly and it's a very cheerful place. It far surpasses other nursing homes. Keep up the great work....🩷🧸🩵

The counseling center staff are truly dedicated at providing excellent rehabilitation services. I have been to an inpatient facility where this was not the case, and have nothing but positive things to say about the counseling center. Dair, Tim, Kristen and Kristine helped me build strong mental habits and skills for managing the emotional stress that led to my use. Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars

This place is amazing! The group sessions were relevant and helpful. I had Dair as my counselor she is awesome. Definitely a place I would recommend .
Really amazing program with counselors why truly care. I completed treatment and still come once a month for continuing care.

Wanted to take a moment to dote on counselor Richelle Atkins. She has been instrumental in helping me change my life and work through my addiction. When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Judgement has no place at Restorative and Richelle is a true reflection of that. I could tell her anything and she would only try and make it better for me or challenge me to think of how I can do better in the future. Even in the midst of her own personal struggles she shows up for her clients 100% each day. Thank you to Restorative Management and especially to Richelle for helping me get my life back - And the journey has just begun!

I enjoy going to group at Restorative Management. Evan who is a counselor there is AWESOME. He's very funny and has very good advice and ideas on sober living. I would go to Evans group forever if I could.

Over the last 5 years I have been a patient in many world class hospitals in New York City and in the last 2 years I have been a patient at Health Alliance Hospital twice. During those stays, I can say that the doctors, nurses, and nurse assistants are exceptional. They are as good if not better then some of the personnel in the highly touted hospitals. Some of these reviews are stunning since they do not reflect my experience here on two different occasions.

I received treatment for PTSD, and they were extremely patient with me, they helped me a lot. The doctors that took my case were professional, and the staff, in general, was easy to get with.
I was at astor home for children from 2001 until 2004... it was an alright place then... i remember singing wind beneath my wings for mrs claudette when she was leaving... that lady used to give my daddy a good talking to when he called... so many memories but not all are great

I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. My mom dropped me off how sad I felt at five years old.

I gotta say … I went to Arm Acres in early 2000 I was 17 going to 18 years old …. I’m so thankful for them they help me I wish I can see the stuff in my time again and tell them thank you .. Also I was inpatient for 90 day .. I had the choice to go back home or go to another program for longer term .. cause the choice I make in that time in my life went to the other program I can say I’m alive clean for many years now .. I got a beautiful family and I’m am the person I am TODAY 2025 …. 🙌🏼🙏🏽💪🏼💯

I really love our therapist she has been so good. I see other people leaving bad reviews but they do the best they can and they actually want to help, sometimes you have to meet people halfway. They have listened to all my concerns and tried to accommodate them as much as possible, they also have a really good children’s program. They actually care about the kids

Love Lexington!! Started on 412 Main Street, they got me into the methadone clinic and both places saved my life! I’ve been sober for 3 1/2 years thanks to this program. The groups are great, the counselors are the absolute best in the area, the doctors and nurses care about not only your dose, but how your feeling and if you have any issues they bring you right to the doctor! I couldn’t of asked for better people during the worst time of my life… Thank you Lexington Staff 💙❤️

I had my root canal done today my tooth was hurting so much. I couldn't explain this pain. I had two children, it was hurting. He made it so easy and painless. The finish is amazing and told me discoloration could happen but I am not too worry. I am very sure he will help. I love the staff they are very nice and make you feel great.

I'm so grateful to have gone to Joe's house. It is an excellent place to stay sober and get your life back. The staff is so caring and do really good work on your behalf. I am so glad that Joe's house is here helping my community. And I believe that there leaders in the community and help so many of our brothers and sisters get there life back. If your thinking about going go you won't regret it.
My daughter has received services from Astor for the last 2-3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the receptionists, staff, therapists, nurses and NPs. They have been a blessing to us! When my daughter does not have an appointment one week due to a holiday or whatever, someone will call to check on us. I really appreciate that. It is tough having interns as my daughter's therapists but they need to train somewhere. If your child has extreme difficulty with change then ask for someone that is consistent.
