They are some amazing staff that work there. Like Danielle and Cassie. Most of them are that being said when u come please show them the respect you would like to get. I know drug screens and waiting are stressful when u have places to be but these people are doing their job they went to school worked hard for their license and the state places alot of stipulations on everything they do just know they try to get us out as fast as they can im sure they dont want people fussing about a wait time in they face any more than u wanna wait. I've posted before that I like this place better than the place I have to go to in Wisconsin. I come here to guest dose when I come back to NC to visit family. Everyone there is very friendly.

I’m an infrequent user of this CBOC but my experience is much more positive than what some have written. From the moment Dr. Thomas arrived she has handled my issues expeditiously and correctly the first time. Her nurse returns calls the same day and is results oriented. I was here before CBOC came to town. Trust me, don’t knock a local VA facility that so many dedicated officials worked so hard to bring to us for our benefit. No, like the military, they’re not perfect but from my perspective they are dedicated professionals grinding through each and every day in the most bureaucratic agency of the US government. My 5 year old had a deep up on his leg and went to this ER and the staff here was very nice and understanding of him and how scared he was. Gave him stitches and x rays no problem with so much care . Thankful for the nurses and doctors who helped sew him up!

I can't say the experience was great because two days ago, my brother was staring down the loaded barrel of stage 4 cancer and the time had arrived.
I can say that Wayne Memorial Emergency Department was a Class Act. My brother was transitioned as peacefully as you could ask for. The staff was top notch in caring and understanding when their hands were tied as far as what they could do.
We were not abandoned in a room with our lonely thoughts, they checked on us very frequently. We were not left in the dark, they communicated constantly what was to be expected each step of the way. We didn't feel like a number, they brought a hospitality cart to Trauma 3 so we could be with my brother the entire time. They were very caring, and allowed us to make decisions to let go at our own pace.
I would like to say Thank You to Natasha, Maria, Lexus, Billie G and Dr. Rose who were awesome and helped us get through this daunting milestone.

Maxine does have a strong personality, however, she has been extremely professional, helpful and loving over the past two years while working with me and my children. Did the 90 days in fall of 2019. The program basically focuses on Addictive and criminal thinking patterns and the ones who give it a chance will get something out of it. Mr. Ray was my counselor and from day one was fair to all and a good , down to earth counselor. The concerns process was a blast and I can talk all day here but words can't explain the experience you just have to go if given a chance. It's not suppose to be fun ( which it isnt) but given the chance it can have a positive effect. PULL UP!!!

My experience at RMTC was a great life learning experience. First I had to come to believe I had a problem and then the staff could do what they do best. Not only did I get the help to treat my addiction I also learned a lot about my character defects that I didn't realize I had. This was tough to come to terms with but the more willIing I was to work on myself no matter how painful or uncomfortable it made me feel the more I was able to get out of the program. I am still sober and clean 7 months later and I am constantly working on becoming a better person. The staff and TA's are amazing people. The food was top notch. The equine therapy something I was skeptical about but it did wonders for me. I highly recommend this treatment center. My only advice to anyone going would be to push your ego aside and be ready to do whatever is asked of you no matter how much it eats at your ego or pride. If you are willing to dig deep inside yourself you will gain a tremendous amount of insight on what makes you tick and and how to curb it for the better. It will put you down the right path to continue to better yourself for the rest of your life.
