Wellbrook Recovery was an amazing place for me to truly understand my substance abuse behaviors and how they were connected to my mental health. Their dual diagnosis therapy helped me work through issues I didn’t even realize were fueling my addiction. Wellbrook is the most incredible place you could ever imagine. I was in the absolute darkest time of my life. I didn’t want to live and thought that I was destined to die from my disease. Wellbrook and their incredible staff helped me learn to love myself again. That I am worth it and that I am seen. I came here all the way from New York, as I’m originally from Youngstown and needed to get away from my surroundings for a bit and have a hard reset.
Left treatment today and had a really nice experience here. The staff is super friendly and nice and have a lot of experience with addiction and treatment. As well, the counselors were all great and the groups were helpful.
Don’t come here if you expect to go on vacation or are simply in need of housing and are looking for a day spa that has a medical cabinet. Groups and H & I are a collective seven hours a day (morning, break, afternoon, break, evening) and attendance is expected.
All things said, made some friends, got about as sober as anyone could get in a month, and learned that I’m still apparently really very terrible at basketball. Would recommend.

The Staff at First Step Recovery are phenomenal. I've been in First Steps programs since Oct. Of 2024, and at each level of care I've had the best treatment from staff. I was in patient from detox to phase 1, and from there to IOP and beyond. And at each level I've come to care for the staff more and more, because they cared. And I'm stronger in my recovery more and more every day because of them.

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. If you are ready to take that step to being free from which ever substance you are addicted to then this is a really really great place. I would give more stars if I could. Spent a Thursday in the Trauma Center accomp
Aging a patient receiving care after ansuto accident. It was a first visit for both of us.
Staff were friendly and compassionate. Not at all rushed. They listened and answered questions. The care was professional and efficient. Pharmacies brought prescription to room before discharge. No complaints at all.
So why not five stars? The facility was showing it's age. Very few amenities to fill the long hours. There was no "call button" to summon aid if needed.

We had a wonderful experience at Geauga UH! Had our first baby here and everyone was so personable, kind, caring, and they explained everything so so well each and every time. I had many nurses and doctors but just to name a few that worked closely with me (Dr. Usis, RN Tracy, RN Megan, and Dr. Hartup). They were all amazing and took great care of me and were also very kind and accommodating to my husband as well. Highly recommend this phenomenal place.

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to Willoughby for 5 years, weekly. Yes, there are some providers that I am not a fan of. BUT, they have always helped me find someone who was a better fit. The receptionists are great, the pharmacy is great, and they also take feedback about their groups seriously. There’s always going to be a few bad apples. But I credit signature and the providers I’ve worked with for saving my life. I really needed the help, and they helped me navigate that.

I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

The Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic is a GREAT place to be a member of. I have never had to wait for a visit for more than 30 minutes. The Doctors are the best at this clinic. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you.
I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B. Great listener and got right to a diagnosis of my problem and set me up with a quick procedure at the Hospital.
The staff is also the best. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and dedicated to their job.
I have nothing but the highest opinion of the Ravenna clinic!

I was in a terrable car accident jan. 29. I was taken to trumble regional hospital. I was there for four days. The staff was so amazing. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I fractured my neck and back in the accident. I technically shouldn't of been able to get up and walk out of the hospital. Everyone was so supportive and I felt loved. I felt as if I was with family. The level of care was top tier. The food wasn't the best. I would suggest more fresh fruits and veggies. I still ate it though because I am grateful someone came to work and prepared food for me to eat. I'm understanding you have new ownership. And it's very apparent from everyone I was in contact with that this hospital will rise up and become one of the better hospital in our area. I'm so grateful to be alive and even more grateful for all the love and support this hospital as shown me. Keep rising. This is an example of how health care should be. Thank you all. I love each and everyone you.

Sue in Stow is amazing!!!! She has always taken great care of me. I have been coming to the Charak Center for years and I look forward to seeing her bright and helpful face. She has talked me down several times when I was in bad shape. She still helps me when I am not feeling well. Sometimes I would end up end up in the hospital without her talking to me.
She amazes me with how she is always doing what seems like everyone else’s job. I always see her doing everything and again am amazed.

Frankly, I didn't expect so much kindness. I thought it was just another clinic, but from the moment I was received until my departure, I felt like a true human being. The entire staff was magnificent! I felt very comfortable; the staff was very professional. I sincerely appreciate the work of each of them, which is very valuable. Their immensely beneficial contribution to the community is undoubtedly, I believe, the most important, especially in an environment that can sometimes be chaotic. For the first time in my life, I was able to speak with an extremely understanding psychiatrist. Dr. Robert Brauer was able to listen to me patiently and ask me the right questions for my diagnosis. His long career as a psychiatrist undoubtedly made it possible for me to clearly understand my mental situation. I also want to mention the staff who made my unique experience possible: Kesha-Lab, Becca-Nurse, Melissa-STNA, and Nicole-Office Manager. Thank you all for making my day wonderful.

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I talked to an Emergency Services counselor named Caitlynn today. She was very kind, caring,and thorough. She worked VERY hard to try to help me. By her spending so much time with me,she got me to the point where I was able to calm down a little more, and avoid having to go to the hospital,because I "Hate" hospitals.And, now, later in the day, I've been able to calm down even more to where I dont feel like I'm "Crisis" mode now,&it feels easier now to wait to see my provider on 12/6/2023. Caitlynn definately should be Commended for the great job she did with me today.

The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enough!

Help is what I needed I was so against the help that I knew I needed or I was going to die. I surrendered to Asurgent Health on April the 11th distressed and irritated because I allowed my life to become completely out of control from my crack cocaine addiction. My journey through recovery was not easy many days I was irritated and did not want to listen nor did I want to participate but my counselor got to the core bottom of my addiction when I tell you it was traumatic it hurt but is the destination that GOD wanted me to go and that was deep into my soul to get away from my thoughts for 28plus years I gave cocaine and crack cocaine my undivided attention my life all of my money I destroyed my living situation with my mom almost killing her so my thought during my journey was if I could give all that time to getting my drug of choice give this time to become well aware of my problems 114 days I was in treatment through many peaks and valleys but I stayed the coarse many distractions but I stayed the coarse see you have to stay Ella way from the noise I had two choices I either live or die and my choice was to live the staff at Asurgent health has to be done if the most caring people I have ever met in my entire life all of them I owe my life to them they made me feel comfortable see YOU HAVE TO GET COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE and boy did I. See I’m gay and to feel the love from all of them no matter what path my life was in made me feel incredibly loved and not judged because their entire focus was to keep me alive Katie has to be one of the most angelic humans I have ever met Jason and Mrs.Rochelle my counselors people listen woo they took me through the valley of the shadow of death and back Tayneisha made me realize that life is full of noise that the majority of that noise needs to be cancelled my case manager Mrs. Shareen looked me straight in my eyes and said baby get your life together so with this being said if you want the most dedicated help come here and please relax and just let them do their jobs they will never let you falter.
