Prosperity Haven (Now Wellbrook Recovery) saved the life of one of my loved ones and I (as well as my family) will forever be grateful for it!!! We were able to visit every week and the staff and other men staying at the house were always so kind and welcoming to us. The house and property are so nice and well taken care of. The counseling and therapy as well as the friendships that my family member was able to find through this program was so unique and special, I truly believe it saved his life and allowed him to live a life he's really never been able to live before. He is now an alumni and still continues to participate in AA meetings and alumni events. Every week he is excited to reconnect with the men he met at the house and at alumni events since then. His experience at Prosperity Haven has allowed him to fully understand his substance abuse behaviors and how to find the right tools to handle his urges and temptations. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

The ladies that answer the phone are always kind and listen, I have called a lot in the last couple of months to leave a message for the doctor or what not and they are always kind about it. I have had to cancel and reschedule and haven't had any issues. The doctor always listens to what I have to say and helps advocate for my child.

Dr mike maggio does a good job with both my son's and their medications. I highly recomend him. He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. He stays in contact with the counsler and they work very well together for both my son's.

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust. I kind of feel bad cuz I don't remember the woman's name who was his nurse during the day I think it was Carissa or Christina but she also stayed on it this weekend and it was such an emotional time and you too being so so attentive and actually doing the job even though it's so hard and the hours are long you both truly poured your heart and soul into being the care providers that you signed up to be and I've never seen that this whole time and it truly is a blessing you both are truly a blessing thank you

I have no idea what these bad reviews are talking about. I took my husband into the er and he got admitted. From start to finish i had nothing but respectful, kind, and awesome nurses. Hallie on night shift 4B went above and beyond to take such great care of us. Thank you so much. Kelly, dayshift, 4B is so sweet. She went above and beyond. They both treated us so great. Not like we was there job but that we were people they cared about. It's nurses like these that make a difference. I can't praise them enough. I'm so very greatful.

My father’s building had exploded, and I was worried sick about him. He needs his medication daily, and I was desperate to find a way to help. The owner here is an amazing individual who stepped in to help my father in a time of great need. My father has nothing but good things to say about this place, and I’m so happy he’s able to take care of his health along side caring doctors, nurses, and therapists. ❤️

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust.
