Came a long way was a resident when i was 14 and went again when i was 15. this place truly helped my life get back on track. sobriety rules. shout out big 40, big mac, skyler from day one, my counseler rachael, eric, roland, the teachers, jonny, my boy scott, t money, brook, every single treatment specialist and counseler where once my family that i will never forget. horrible to see this place being shut down i’ll never forget all the good memories and times and help this place gave me. i am truly grateful for new directions and i hope people can help in all there power to keep this beautiful place running. thank you ND.

I was a resident around 2022 - 2023 ish, the staff was all amazing, Big Mac as we call him is the most amazing sobriety figure to have for children, and looking back other than missing home and occasionally getting in trouble with other kids I really do miss the peace and serenity this place brought me, looking back all I could think about was going home and using, but little did I know new directions would set me up with the foundations normal life couldn’t of taught me, forever greatful, this is definitely one of the better rehabs to send a kid to, every place has ups and down and un accounted for pros and cons, if you want your child’s safety and well being guaranteed this is #1 I can’t promise they’ll fix them, but they’ll give them a chance, happily sober today after multiple slips and life changing experiences, the disease of addiction affects all aspects of life, I wouldn’t trade being sober for anything else.

I've been sober since May 30, 2018 after multiple rehab visits at other places and 2 tours of Stella Maris. Stella is where it finally stuck with me. The entire program is great, and it allowed me time to live in a bubble where I didn't have to worry about my problems in the outside world, and I could just focus on healing myself. I can't thank them enough for providing me with the tools I needed to recover.

High my name is Jeremy Schmidt n i just left Olympia grove recovery and oh my God I did a lot of things for the first time, for the first couple days it's going to be a little rough but after that it got better really comfortable all the staff and nurses are on point they take care of business specialty nurse Shar, whenever something was wrong Wendy r Kelly had got it done as soon as possible my my therapist was always seeing me once a week and talked about a lot of good stuff and you can tell she is not there just for the money she's there to help us, Danny was the best piano ever had she got things done and I didn't even have to speak to her she already had things rolling they are really good at their jobs and they show that they really care a lot we need more a lot to them, if I would recommend a treatment rehab facility for someone to go to Olympia Grove would definitely be the first one. And the new transport guy kept us safe when on our way to are our appointments have everything smooth I appreciate that. But My All in All experience I had there at Olivia Grove was very very good I do not complain about them it's a very very good treatment center no complaints thank you to Kelly and Wendy

This is my go to hospital for pretty much everything. It is really close to me, which is a plus. Most of the staff that I've dealt with are great. My only issue is the parking lot. After certain time, good luck finding a space to park. On a couple of times, I had to cancel my appointments due to the lack of parking. I really hope that they can fix that in the near future.

I’ve been coming to the Louis Stokes VA for a decade now and I always receive great care! I’m so thankful for my care team and the women’s health clinic here is really great! I hear so many veterans complain about other VA hospitals, and I’m forever grateful that has never been my experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long for some things, but that’s understandable if it isn’t urgent (for instance I had a standard dentist appointment in May and my cleaning appointment isn’t until the end of September), but I don’t mind because I always get taken care of.

I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.

I have been admitted here a couple times now. And I have to say, of all the hospitals I've been too (which has been a lot) this one by far has been the best overall. From the emergency room to the stay overnight rooms. It has always been clean or I see someone cleaning. The nurses, staff, Dr, and professionals I have encountered, have been friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and always take their time talking with me. I have never felt rushed with anyone of them. I jist want to say how appreciative I am to have a hospital where I finally feel peace coming to a hospital and know they will take the best care possible for me. The first time I had been to another hospital jist 2 days prior. That other hospital gave me fluids and a pain med and sent me back out in the waiting room. Where I sat for 8 hours just to tell me I had a stomach bug.

We have had several emergencies that brought us to this ER. We've been here for adults, children, and seniors.
We have always found the Geauga Hospital to be extremely thorough in the ER.
We've had Dr. Durdella several times in the ER, and she is very good at answering questions and explaining things.
My father in law has has two admissions to this hospital. Every nurse and care personnel that came into his room was kind, compassionate, helpful, and responsive.

New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? I called New Season because I had questions about the program and have a family member who will be coming home soon and is interested in MAT. The lady who answered the phone ( her name was Octavia ) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I told my family member what was said and he will be scheduling an intake the day he is home. I feel good about New Season and my loved one’s future!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have major anxiety when it comes to any Healthcare related appointments with a new place. They all collectively work amazing together from one department to the next. They, meaning Primary Care, Mental Health,Case Managers, Dental and Pharmacy)respect your dignity and listen to you every step of the way. Then, they reassure you that if right then, wasn't the resolution, then come back and they will try another avenue. UPDATED: I dont know what the negative reviews are about, but I've been coming here for years now and everyone has been incredibly kind. I have a counselor, nurse, and psychiatrist who have all been welcoming, nice, and informative. I'm glad I came here because the staff has been quick to help with questions regarding my prescriptions. They also offer medical tests for stds and dental care which I didnt know before.
Im happy to be on the sliding scale and that this place offers affordable care for the working class and marginalized. Signature will help! :]

I don’t leave reviews often, but it’s been years since I’ve seen Rachael McLaughlin here, but I think about her often. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. That was 9 years ago, and last year was the FIRST time since then that I had a medication adjustment. Unfortunately due to insurance I had to find a new practice to go to, but had I never had an insurance change I’d still be seeing her to this day.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.
