The Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic is a GREAT place to be a member of. I have never had to wait for a visit for more than 30 minutes. The Doctors are the best at this clinic. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you.
I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B. Great listener and got right to a diagnosis of my problem and set me up with a quick procedure at the Hospital.
The staff is also the best. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and dedicated to their job.
I have nothing but the highest opinion of the Ravenna clinic!

I am on my 2nd clinical doctor, but I have always got the best doctors. It is small here but the service from everyone has always been with a smile and caring attitude. I wish we could keep our doctors here but they have orders too.

I came here all the way from New York, as I’m originally from Youngstown and needed to get away from my surroundings for a bit and have a hard reset.
Left treatment today and had a really nice experience here. The staff is super friendly and nice and have a lot of experience with addiction and treatment. As well, the counselors were all great and the groups were helpful.
Don’t come here if you expect to go on vacation or are simply in need of housing and are looking for a day spa that has a medical cabinet. Groups and H & I are a collective seven hours a day (morning, break, afternoon, break, evening) and attendance is expected.
All things said, made some friends, got about as sober as anyone could get in a month, and learned that I’m still apparently really very terrible at basketball. Would recommend.

The Staff at First Step Recovery are phenomenal. I've been in First Steps programs since Oct. Of 2024, and at each level of care I've had the best treatment from staff. I was in patient from detox to phase 1, and from there to IOP and beyond. And at each level I've come to care for the staff more and more, because they cared. And I'm stronger in my recovery more and more every day because of them.

This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i’ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they’ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn’t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i’ve met here have been so kind. And if you’re a woman or lgbtqia+ you’ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn’t seem to exist here. They’ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. If you are ready to take that step to being free from which ever substance you are addicted to then this is a really really great place. I would give more stars if I could. Spent a Thursday in the Trauma Center accomp
Aging a patient receiving care after ansuto accident. It was a first visit for both of us.
Staff were friendly and compassionate. Not at all rushed. They listened and answered questions. The care was professional and efficient. Pharmacies brought prescription to room before discharge. No complaints at all.
So why not five stars? The facility was showing it's age. Very few amenities to fill the long hours. There was no "call button" to summon aid if needed.

We had a wonderful experience at Geauga UH! Had our first baby here and everyone was so personable, kind, caring, and they explained everything so so well each and every time. I had many nurses and doctors but just to name a few that worked closely with me (Dr. Usis, RN Tracy, RN Megan, and Dr. Hartup). They were all amazing and took great care of me and were also very kind and accommodating to my husband as well. Highly recommend this phenomenal place.

I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

I was in a terrable car accident jan. 29. I was taken to trumble regional hospital. I was there for four days. The staff was so amazing. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I fractured my neck and back in the accident. I technically shouldn't of been able to get up and walk out of the hospital. Everyone was so supportive and I felt loved. I felt as if I was with family. The level of care was top tier. The food wasn't the best. I would suggest more fresh fruits and veggies. I still ate it though because I am grateful someone came to work and prepared food for me to eat. I'm understanding you have new ownership. And it's very apparent from everyone I was in contact with that this hospital will rise up and become one of the better hospital in our area. I'm so grateful to be alive and even more grateful for all the love and support this hospital as shown me. Keep rising. This is an example of how health care should be. Thank you all. It definitely deserves 5 stars easily for their services. But something needs to be done about the emergency # you can call a thousand times & maybe still not get through. Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see

I wish that I used the help me grow program when my older two were babies. Julie was amazing and she was right at the end of our time together I felt like she was more than just my help me grow lady I felt like she was my friend and she was definitely my confidant.
They also bring supplies to you...including boxed of diapers!! Amazing right 😊
One of the biggest things I was blessed by was this past holiday season they choose- I think one family out of them all -to give a $200 gift card to and they picked me and I was so shocked and so thankful that someone just GAVE me something like that! it was no strings attached they just gave me the gift card and my baby had a better Christmas than he would have because this has been a really rough time for me and I wouldn't have been able to do very much for under our tree. Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn’t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn’t listening to me since my meds consistently weren’t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She’s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. She also has managed to find the right medicines for me and that has never happened. I actually feel like myself again, so thank you.
