In all seriousness this place lied, skirted, and feigned ignorance about the process of tapering. It's illegal-- so if they try to do that to you as they did to me-- seek legal council. SAMHSA regulations state that you have to give people 21 days of tapering if one cannot pay. As you may already know, the soonercare switch that everyone recently endured made many people lose their affordable methadone. At every turn they have obscured the truth in order to gain more revenue.
I would rather use a fiberglass tampon than step one foot in this place EVER again.
Edit: the good reviews aren't reliable because they're all old as hell. Don't fall for it. Go literally anywhere else.

Does not follow SAMHSA guidelines, intentionally obfuscates responses to skirt regulations. Genuinely the worst clinic I've ever been to, they run the place like a clown show and every week there's one or more new employees so everything is completely unstable. Garbage. Heartless and careless with their responsibilities as care providers. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and everyone there ought to lose their licenses if there was any enforcement of regulations in this state. Also you'll only see the dr once per year, for about 30 seconds, might as well be a pill mill for the oversight and effort that goes into this facility.

They took great care of me for a hernia surgery. The nurses and doctors all were very personable and professional, and I and my family felt genuinely cared for. The VA has such a bad reputation that I was a little nervous but those fears, for this location at least, seem to be entirely unfounded.

Jen that works the front desk is so amazing and everything runs smooth when she is working. As of for my counselor Brian and the Nurses, Tess they are so amazing also. They all are a true definition of working as a team. I love them all.I was on the program in 2004 and worked it and came off. Then I came back in 2020 and they saved my life again. I'm on 29 MG and I'm working my program and I have been very successful. I have a full time job and part time, I have a new car and a new life with many blessings from God and the clinic. My life has changed so much with the work of myself and God working through me.i am very greatful for the person I am today. So please don't ever give up, keep pushing and you will be successful.

Hello everyone I'm coming from Texas and the clinic I have been at since 2009 is the best it was the 3td one before I found them all the others were hateful staff treated us like we were criminals so I'm so afraid of what's going to happen when I get to Oklahoma City Oklahoma I need to move because Texas is getting to dangerous and to expensive I'm on a fixed income I looked up what states are the best for price and safety ur state is one of the top but finding a safe friendly clinic is very hard and all the reviews say this is an amazing place so I can't wait to meet the staff and doctor!! ❤️🙏👍😇🌹

They helped me when I didnt have the means to help myself quit a bad habit. I am eternally grateful for all of their help and hard work! Most of the staff are friendly and work hard to help those in need. The very end got a little rocky due to a complete misunderstanding. No biggie tho... im on the spectrum so im I used to being misunderstood. Overall my experience was very helpful.

Not only have I been a long time patient but I have personally known several of the employees for many years. The entire staff has been nothing but professional and respectful. The disrespectful review is obviously a low stab of self denial and need for professional help in their own life, being unworthy of any and all consideration for a honest review. The staff, all of the staff, are well balanced Christian people that hold themselves accountable in their professional and personal lives.

All the staff of this place is amazing and they are very committed to helping you, but I would like to recommend you that you find one counselor who has the experience that is well suited to your particular situation because some counselors are great dealing depression issues but others are better to deal with schizophrenia or anxiety.

Being accounts for myself, I always like to check in to what the others around me are doing. It's important When selecting a counselor, that you find one who has a theory of psychotherapy that is well suited to your particular situation. For example, some guys are great dealing with depression, but are totally hopeless at paranoid schizophrenia. You need to find the right doctor for you. This might be your place.

I went to the clinic to get new hearing tests..I have had hearing aids for a long time..I have always had a problem with my hearing aids..This is the first time my hearing aids have been programmed correctly..The audiologist and especially the intern reprogrammed my existing hearing aids and set up an appointment to get new ones..The intern was the absolute best programmer and for the first time in over 25 years I can hear perfectly..

I’m sorry for bad experiences others have had. I can’t address that. All I can say is I have been overwhelmed with the warm reception I have received from the office in OKC and the clinic here in Stillwater. Very friendly, polite, and caring. I’ve never liked Dr.s and doctors offices. But these people are turning an old man around!

I'm an army veteran I can only say this is the only good thing about Muskogee Oklahoma the fact that I can go to the VA and get certain things and Medical Care sometimes it's good but there's doctors up there that I don't agree with there's been times where I have to stay forcefully and go in front of a judge that I know already from childhood and it's quite irritating because he looked at me as a child and as a veteran and it's hard to distinguish if he's punishing me for being mentally ill or for something I did it back in my teenage years having a mental illness is not easy you have to deal with people asking you stupid things like why are you so excited all the time well it's better than being suicidal like all my friends who killed herself in the past behind drinking and drugs and the fact that they couldn't get any help at their local VA I hope that the VA will separate civilians and Veterans it's not a good thing to have him so close in the same area all the time civilians don't really know what we go through because they don't go through anything they left a mark they hang up the phone they're very disrespectful and they really need to do a revamp on the employment the only time anyone is nice at the VA is when it's a holiday for the veterans that seems like the only time they care but throughout the rest of the year it's all hurry up over counseling appointment oh never mind

The Metal health care facility is amazing. The Dr's RNs and CNA's are caring and well organized.
I really appreciate how well I was treated and even the Nintendo Bowling!
The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the beds could use an upgrade, although I still was able to get sleep on them.
I had a 3 day stay and left in much better condition than I came in.
