This program played a critical role in supporting my sobriety. I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides. Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings were especially impactful, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and a safe space to process challenges. The group environment also fosters peer support, encourages personal responsibility, and helps individuals stay focused on their recovery goals. I genuinely believe that the outpatient program was essential to maintaining my sobriety. The support, education, and community it provides make a significant difference, and I cannot overstate how valuable the experience has been. For anyone struggling with substance use, I strongly recommend considering this program as a resource for long-term recovery.

My therapist Shobie, (at the time), lied on my mental health reports. Saying I quit my job, (did not and still have the same job), said I looked dirty and unclean, convinced my Mother to do things that she wouldn’t have done without an authority, like a therapist, telling her. Also said I personally reported these things as if I knew she was documenting and reporting everything as if I said those statements, (I did not report anything.) If you’re going to go into the mental health service, I recommend you actually do your job and not make the patients lives worse after traumatic experiences! If you’re looking for a good therapy place I don’t recommend this place at all.

Tami is incredibly helpful with scheduling and guiding clients to the best therapist for their individual needs.

Rachael Self was amazing! She made me feel heard, comfortable, and supported. I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

I had the most caring doctor who helped me to regain my life. Then again, everyone was super nice here, from the first time I was there they always welcomed me with a friendly attitude and open arms.

Doctors here are making their best effort to help people in the best way they can. They have helped me many times, and have changed my life for the better. Everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly and non-judgmental. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I began attending (SOTS) “Southern Oklahoma Treatment.” However, they were shut down after about four years of treatment. Subsequently, we switched to RightWay Medical, and they have been incredibly helpful. There have been a few instances where they made mistakes. For instance, Carla, one of our former nurses, miscalculated my dose. At that time, I was taking 140 mg, but she gave me only about 100 mg. I usually can tell by the amount in the bottle and how long I’ve been on that dosage. I would check my bottles after receiving them, and they would be fuller than when Carla dosed me. So, I didn’t think to check my take-home doses at the time because they usually paid close attention. However, for some reason, she wasn’t paying attention that day. When I got home, I noticed that my bottle was almost empty. It wasn’t full like it should have been. When I contacted them, they informed me that it was already too late because I had already left the facility. I realized that I should have checked my dose before leaving. That was the first time my medication was messed up, and it’s only happened once since then. The only other issue I’ve had with them was a failed urine test. I had to undergo a drug screen, and it indicated that I had narcotics in my system when I knew I didn’t. I asked them to resend the test and investigate further because I was innocent and knew I hadn’t taken anything besides my Methadone. However, I was still in trouble and had to visit them daily for about three or three and a half weeks.

This place is great with good honest people working every day to help you live a normal life thank you right way west!!

They literally saved my life. If it wasn't for them I would have checked out of life a long time ago. I have never been to a mental health place before but I'm happy I chose them to go to.

This place helped me so much. I finally got diagnosed accurately, and put on medication that actually helps me so much! I loved the staff, and the doctors were also very nice. I met some cool patients as well, but of course that's the one down side is you will be around some angry and unpredictable patients. I got along with pretty much everyone personally. Definitely recommend this place if you're struggling with mental health! They are all so nice and patient!

Excellent professional service, Dr.Nitin Sawheny, MD is now the internal medicine specialists. I have been working with him on my health journey. I had been looking for a safe alternative to weight loss. I'm proud to say that in the last eight weeks I have been working on his weight management program and lost 23lbs. He has me on semaglutide/NAD+. The best part is you have a choice of how you want to work your program and you start off slow and with what you can afford and it works 110% I can't say enough good about it. He and his staff are willing to work with you and give you time to decide what's right and get everything on track he's there for his patience and he really listens. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy alternative to lose weight.

even with having to rotate through different therapists, i’ve never had such a good experience with therapists (and i’ve seen many throughout the past fifteen years). Serena may be a newer face with Pathways, but i really appreciated her empathy, humanity, and gentle/thoughtful approach. i’ve never felt like a therapist truly cared — even in a professional capacity — but i felt seen and comfortable enough to be vulnerable. it might also seem small, but even their front desk staff remembering my name to streamline the process is really awe-inspiring and sweet for a business.

Jesus house would not accept a person who got a misdemeanor charge simple simple simple assault. It was verbal against a abusive dad.Funny I never called the cops on him over the years.Also this was back in 2009. How's the weather?

We had a blast at GirlStrong summer camp! My girls went in reluctant to have a good time and hard to please! By the end of the first day they were excited to go back each day! Thank you so much for doing such a fun summer camp for the community!

I've been going there for years I love the staff and the nurses only thing I get stressed about is getting different psychiatrist a lot and you have to repeat your life over in over. Other than that great place for help

I'm extremely pleased with the services here. Every session I've had with my therapist has been calm, safe, and caring. She has helped me with my confidence and path to my career. I'm now graduating and getting certified to do what I know deep down I really wanted for myself. I will never forget the help I was given by these amazing people. They are family to me, please treat them well.

I cannot stress enough how great Showbie is. She is passionate about her job. Not only does she truly care, but she is very knowledgeable. She has pinpointed specific areas of concern before I even had a chance to bring it to her attention. She is so kind, helpful, insightful, and tells it like it is but with compassion and empathy. She is truly a blessing, and a caring expert in her field. It was sheer luck to have even been assigned to her for my child’s mental health care needs, and I am extremely grateful we were.

I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

I've had an excellent experience with Comcare during the past few months (as I've been inching my way thru a very difficult season of unexpected isolation & post trauma fear.) I've called their 24/7 crisis support 3x (when I simply needed words of support) and dropped in to the crisis center 3x (seeing a different crisis clinician each time), and each of those clinicians was *very professional, astutely skilled in helping me, compassionate, and encouraging. I've also been getting short term case worker support (weekly, with one clinician), which has been exceptionally helpful in giving me emotional support (and the *excellence describes her, too!). Definitely a 5 star experience for me, and I'm so grateful.

If you want your mental health to degrade worse then what it already is then feel free to go there. They really deserve zero stars. If Google allowed that option then they wouldn't have the three stars they do.When you call them after your friend loses their mind jumps out the window and runs down the block in their underwear (in December) screaming help me they will tell you they don't think they are criteria for them. But then if you literally tell them there is nothing wrong with you, that you don't plan on hurting yourself, and that you just wanna go to a movie with your family and try to feel better, they will make the cops load you up for mental assessment and waste your time (cuz I was literally released from the hospital four hours later!) plus you miss the movie with your family and make you feel worse about everything. This place will hurt you and make you wonder why they are the "go to" mental health place for Sedgwick county. And the fact that they are that place in this county is completely negligible on the countys part.

if you need a place for yourself a family member or a friend for treatment for addiction and you can’t do in person treatment and that is really expensive as is And I feel like a lot of of those places don’t help you much long-term , This is the place that you really should look into . They help you in so many ways other than medication. I highly recommend it

I went here for about 2 years and it was great. Until they made mandatory meetings monthly and increase the price 3xs. Be prepared to pay out of pocket

They have the resources and counseling to help people no matter what your vises are. Gateway can help you find all the tools necessary to get you back on track to being productive.

This place is wonderful, completely life changing! The people really care about you and your life.

Have run into a couple homeless folks in Muskogee who said the people at Griffin Memorial just dumped them off here. Sad.
