I was here in 2007 for substance abuse and depression and i totally loved it. Everyone from the Dr to nurses to therapist were top notch and never felt judged. 19 years later and im still clean and sober and happy!

The Clinic is always clean and well maintained. The staff is quick, professional and friendly. My doc is knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my concerns. I have never had a bad experience. Oh also, they have an in house pharmacy.

They seemed like they actually cared to help me with my situation but unfortunately it backfired. Was advised that I have a right to access my own medical records from a crisis unit that drugged me, beat me, choke slammed me, lied that I was still suicidal after I had been stabilised so they could commit me and milk me for Medicaid payments, and more. Instead of giving me the records they retaliated with criminal charges telling police I was harrassing and stalking them. I lost my visa in Australia and was separated from my family, spent 2 months in jail, got a ankle monitor (for calling medical records department from overseas?????????) had to surrender passport and will potentially go to prison. Do NOT ask a crisis unit for your medical records. If they harmed you just keep quiet. Let them squeeze you for every cent they can. They will beat you and knock you out with drugs if you don't follow their orders. You have no rights. Even if the law says you have rights you don't because there is no one to enforce them. Don't go to a crisis center at all actually because they are guaranteed to make a bad situation worse.

I’m using my husbands google account because I don’t have one.. but I want to thank lighthouse for everything especially Kera Macky idk if I spelled that right she’s over med clinic.. my husband called her because I was suicidal and she got me right in.. and then Stacy hays idk if I spelled that right either but big big help about coloring… my therapist Kelli is amazing and helped me get through piano.. all the ladies up front have made me feel so welcomed.. never treated me like I’m worthless.. I thank God for light house Seminole and kera for helping keep me around another day…and for helping me and getting me the help I need.

You can always get someone on the phone, they are attentive, answer questions, provide you the help and resources you need. 10/10 as for my experiences with IHS and we’ve been to several different healthcare facilities in the state since we’ve moved so much. I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! After years of being in and out of hospitals for various reasons in several different states, I can say this one has by far the best care I have ever received. Every single staff member has gone above and beyond and genuinely wants to you feel as comfortable and cared for as you can. My only complaint is that there’s not a vending machine full of snacks directly next to my bed.

The people who work here are the best I've ever dealt with at any hospital. They respect your dignity, they encourage you, and they are always eager to help, regardless of your circumstances. I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

The people who work here are the best I've ever dealt with at any hospital. They respect your dignity, they encourage you, and they are always eager to help, regardless of your circumstances. The food is good, too. But really, every nurse, technician, doctors are attentive, friendly and professional. I highly recommend then for all your Healthcare needs. A+ treatment and service.

They saved my life!!! If it wasn't for Oklahoma Treatment Services, more than likely I wouldn't be here today to say that they saved my life on more ways than I could even begin to start to say!!! They worked with me when i first started coming here 9 months ago with my meds and they didn't even have to!! This place actually genuienly cares about each individual patient and they make sure that everything is working correctly during your treatment here at Oklahoma Treatment Services!!!!! I recommend this place to anyone that needs help cuz this place will save their life too!!! They are always quick to help with any issues rather issues transportation or payments even mental health services. I have been fortunate to have a great therapist to help me work through my problems and hold me accountable. With Thanksgiving coming up, it made me think about last year.How they took their own time and money to make a dinner for all the patients. It was many of their only dinner for thanksgiving and I really saw the joy on their faces. It truly shows how much they care and how far they will go to help. I wanna thank them very much!!

This place I went there last year and I am trying to get back in there now. It was the best facility I’ve ever been in the nicest people who worked there and the doctors or so amazing I’m hoping they will let me come back if they have a bed, i’ve been to other facilities and had bad experience. The only one I would be in is McAllister Carl Albert. They are the best.
