I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I honestly was kinda shocked with this experience that I had to leave a review!! I hope I get to meet her in person!’ As always, the front line employees are the key to a successful enterprise!! Excellent people with excellent experience and people skills. Very courteous staff. I love their new building it's awesome. Kaye, Greg, Tye, Laurie, Jeanette, many many more excellent staff members I'm sorry to say I can't recall all of them. But Bless them all. They are very very important as well as very helpful. Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Sincerely thankful for all of the staff, from the nurses, to the kitchen to the custodial; everyone cares and gave me hope! Attending the Valley was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Valley hope is a wonderful treatment facility. Felt cared for in a very crucial and fragile state in my life. The meals were great and so was staff. The after care has stuck out tremendously too me. 6 months later and phoebe is still calling to check on me. What a place!

I had a procedure yesterday that I was so nervous about. I can’t say enough good things about every person I encountered when I got to the hospital. From Cindy at registration to every single nurse to the anesthesiologist to Dr Dare. They all made us so comfortable to the point of laughing hysterically. I just want to thank them all and I feel Cushing is blessed to have the hospital and wonderful staff here to serve. Thank you all so much! Can’t say that enough. Highly recommend the personal, kind service you provide!

This is by far one of the best hospitals I have gone to for healthcare (and we'll just say I've had a "few" to compare to over time...)
I was experiencing uncomfortable visits at my local hospital, so decided to try Hillcrest Cushing for care, since it's not too far away. I could not be happier with my decision.
The reception area and rooms were clean and well-kept. I only had to wait a few minutes to get straight to a room, and everyone was friendly right off the bat. You can tell when people are happy with their jobs and these folks portrayed that.
All of the staff: The attending doctor, nurses, dietary aides, housekeeping staff, etc. were all extremely helpful and respectful.
I most definitely recommend making the extra trip, if you live close to the area, for individual or family healthcare needs.

We took our toddler son here to see Dr. Hutchison. We were INSANELY impressed. The facility was child friendly from the moment you walked in the door. From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. On top of it all she is insanely smart and trustworthy. She even gave my little one a coin to get a prize and complimented his behavior, but we all know that facility was designed to help children thrive. Love Dr. Herring, Seth, nurses and staff. They sent my referral fast to my orthopedic surgeon. Needed to make another appointment to see Dr. Herring and the her nurse along with the front desk girls were so nice and understanding. I go and see them next week!!

Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. This is coming from someone who stayed a week. Mr. Jimmy had amazing food and Mr. Corey, Ms. Tabitha was positive except for when she called a girls sister annoying because she was sick and Ms. Tabitha was making excuses for why her sister couldn't talk. It was very hard to leave because I made great friends and an even better roommate. My roommate was always talking to everyone about anything and I loved it. Of course I missed my other friends but I missed her more. There was also a non-English speaker who they would only include if ms. Lydia was in. I also know Mr. Michael's grandson.

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. I have to say that I was impressed by everyone that had a hand in my daughter’s procedure yesterday. From the sweet lady that checked her in, to the nurses who took care of her. Bethany is a wonderful asset to this hospital. I know that God put her there for that occasion. Dr. Law is very informative before and after the procedure. A very kind man who put my daughter at ease from the first visit. Thank you all for the kindness you gave us.

They took great care of me for a hernia surgery. The nurses and doctors all were very personable and professional, and I and my family felt genuinely cared for. The VA has such a bad reputation that I was a little nervous but those fears, for this location at least, seem to be entirely unfounded.

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

I went to the clinic to get new hearing tests..I have had hearing aids for a long time..I have always had a problem with my hearing aids..This is the first time my hearing aids have been programmed correctly..The audiologist and especially the intern reprogrammed my existing hearing aids and set up an appointment to get new ones..The intern was the absolute best programmer and for the first time in over 25 years I can hear perfectly..

I’m sorry for bad experiences others have had. I can’t address that. All I can say is I have been overwhelmed with the warm reception I have received from the office in OKC and the clinic here in Stillwater. Very friendly, polite, and caring. I’ve never liked Dr.s and doctors offices. But these people are turning an old man around!

This program played a critical role in supporting my sobriety. I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides.
Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. Before I was disabled
I cried for God
I needed it's love

Slowly the tingling spered down to my mid body as the tv fizzed out completely in perfect syncronization
Suddenly WAM a rush unlike anything I have ever felt shot through my body
At the same moment the TV went pitch black
I was frozen the entire time with my hand on my forehead staring at the screen
Then my body went back to a complete tingling and the screen went to a black and white fizz.
Slowly everything's faded back to normal and
I had been baptized with God's very soul
It has guided me ever since.
When I fall away it guides me back stronger than afore because facing trouble and overcoming makes us stronger.

I've been here for about a year now. In the beginning I was jobless addict my ex-wife didn't let me see or talk to my kids for 2 years but now they are in my apartment for a whole week. I haven't been here yet but I know people that have, I'm currently homeless in Norman, Oklahoma and have been for many years, I am trying to build up the confidence to push myself into doing something like this cause I have a 14 year old daughter that means the world to me, and being out here over a long period of time has really driven my confidence into the ground. Reading comments from people really help, I pray that soon I'll have enough confidence to go do this or something like this, I'm just wanting to make sure I don't have to come back to this way of living cause I'm afraid of what it's going to do "mentally."
