I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! Excellent people with excellent experience and people skills. Very courteous staff. I love their new building it's awesome. Kaye, Greg, Tye, Laurie, Jeanette, many many more excellent staff members I'm sorry to say I can't recall all of them. But Bless them all. They are very very important as well as very helpful. I had a procedure yesterday that I was so nervous about. I can’t say enough good things about every person I encountered when I got to the hospital. From Cindy at registration to every single nurse to the anesthesiologist to Dr Dare. They all made us so comfortable to the point of laughing hysterically. I just want to thank them all and I feel Cushing is blessed to have the hospital and wonderful staff here to serve. Thank you all so much! Can’t say that enough. Highly recommend the personal, kind service you provide!

This is by far one of the best hospitals I have gone to for healthcare (and we'll just say I've had a "few" to compare to over time...)
I was experiencing uncomfortable visits at my local hospital, so decided to try Hillcrest Cushing for care, since it's not too far away. I could not be happier with my decision.
The reception area and rooms were clean and well-kept. I only had to wait a few minutes to get straight to a room, and everyone was friendly right off the bat. You can tell when people are happy with their jobs and these folks portrayed that.
All of the staff: The attending doctor, nurses, dietary aides, housekeeping staff, etc. were all extremely helpful and respectful.
I most definitely recommend making the extra trip, if you live close to the area, for individual or family healthcare needs.

When doctor Reineke was there he was the only doctor that did me right by treating and tx me for lead poisoning. Since then been to other doctors and they can not even get the correct vial to collect a blood sample but they will have you keep coming in and want to give you a pill with horrible side effects verse treat underlying condition.

Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. I’m sorry for bad experiences others have had. I can’t address that. All I can say is I have been overwhelmed with the warm reception I have received from the office in OKC and the clinic here in Stillwater. Very friendly, polite, and caring. I’ve never liked Dr.s and doctors offices. But these people are turning an old man around!

I've been here for about a year now. In the beginning I was jobless addict my ex-wife didn't let me see or talk to my kids for 2 years but now they are in my apartment for a whole week. this place is really amazing and if someone gets kcked out its because they are on drugs and fail a UA or show acts of violence they do not kick out people who Want to be there they actually get down to the core and help my overall experience made me feel at home and ound inner peace i highly recommend going to Grand,work the program it works and all the sta members rom the therapist to the janitors are amazing!

I call B.S. on most of these negative reviews! The staff was mostly friendly the food was mostly good Idk what else you would expect when it cost you nothing! I have family who works there and others who did work there you can't expect it to be the Bellagio! As for no access to phone that is false I could go into the TV room and use the phone 24/7!
