Patricia Davis is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever encountered. This is the second time she has been rude (I’ve reported her two times) and has had horrible bedside manner with me. She stated today “what don’t you get” “what don’t you understand” “you’re wasting my time” just to say a few of her wording. I will be needing another provider because Patricia is NOT for the patient nor their needs. I suggest she relearn her manners and question herself WHY she became a doctor in the first place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Here’s a list as to why: -RACH will sometimes randomly switch your PCM. No notice, complete previous relationship with a provider gone, and no reasoning. Just switched. -Some providers with open appointments will not see active duty. How does that make sense? -UCC does not have 24 hour service. So if you’re active duty and get hurt outside of their already terrible hours, good luck sitting on the phone with TEICARE waiting 30-1hr getting a referral to one of only TWO urgent cares in the Lawton area that accept TRICARE. -The call-center/phone tree is exceptionally hard to navigate and longer than it needs to be. There is no possible way to contact your provider via phone. You are forced to use the MHS Genesis portal; good luck logging into that if you don’t have easy frequent access to NIPR like most lower enlisted. -The pharmacy takes days to fill prescriptions. They will not refer you off post to Walgreens or CVS….pharmacies that only take a few hours to fill. -they will turn you away at the immunization clinic if you do not have a prescription for simple vaccines like RSV. Bottom Line; there is a lot of room for improvement. This is probably the most non-user friendly healthcare entity of any Active Duty Post I have been to.

The Perkins Family Clinic is top notch! I’ve been to many doctors, and this team stands out to me. they’re professional, friendly, and clearly care about their patients. Jennifer was absolutely lovely, and Dr. Seth was not only professional but also incredibly insightful, especially regarding EMT and firefighting concerns. The whole appointment process was smooth and timely. I just wanted to give them a well deserved shoutout here!

They are wonderful, non-judgemental people. In 2018 when my life fell apart, they were there, and gave me just enough help to get my life back in order. Then last year when my bf and I both started going through several series of medical issues and neither could work, they have literally been keeping us alive until we can get back on our feet again. Thank you so much to the angels and volunteers who work and donate. You may not realize how important the work you do is, but it's truly life saving.

My experience at Healing Springs Ranch was great. I love the Director, MELISSA, and Rachel both have the heart and love to help and serve. The ones that are in need. I love it how they have a dual diagnosis where they deal with the mental trauma and addiction. When I was there, they had an equine therapy anger management art, it really helped me to be able to learn different tools to handle stressful life situation. I have been sober since 12 – 15– 2018 and I am extremely grateful for my sobriety. My life hasn’t been easy But I have learned tools to use to make sure that I stay sober.

This is a great place for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. The staff is kind, helpful, and understanding. My week here was very healing and I will always be grateful for it. A few critiques: 1. Care is not very personalized. Your “care team” is a rotating door of therapists, NP’s, and the doctor. They treat the doctor like the Wizard of Oz and it’s really hard to get a straight answer from anyone on the team. I did not receive one-on-one therapy at any point during my 5 nights. 2. Even if you sign in voluntarily, you’re pretty much trapped in there until the Wizard grants you permission to leave. I felt restored and safe after three days and adamantly expressed that to the various members of my “care team.” They say it’s out of their control. This was a problem for me, as each additional day was racking up a very large bill. In order to leave by your own accord, you have to sign a form that negates your health insurance benefits, so it’s not really an option. I understand the risk when dealing with people in crisis, but I was really frustrated by this. 3. Cost. Make sure your insurance is going to cover your stay here. It’s $850/night without insurance and you’ll be forced to stay at least five nights.

I have been inpatient 2 times over the last 4 years for depression and to safely get my medication adjusted. The stigma attached to "psych wards" is just that, a stigma. I have worked in these types of hospitals for 20 years so I know the horror stories that create the stigma and there are several I absolutely believe need to be shutdown but Oakwood Springs is definitely not a part of that stigma. Yes there are a few things I'd suggest changing but that comes from a trained eye but from a patient perspective it isn't a big issue. Overall my stays were great and this is the ONLY hospital I will recommend in the state of Oklahoma. Again I've worked in a few and been inside every single one in the state of Oklahoma during my employment for transports and whatnot... Taking the first step is very scary but please believe me when I say it will be ok and this is the right place to go to. When you take that first step you need it to be a strong stable foundation and Oakwood Springs is it. Don't let anything keep you from seeking help 💜

I have had nothing but a good experience since starting 3 years or so ago. Myself and my family have used several different services, all of which were positive experiences. Ive had a care tem and they are the best. They have kept track of me and reached out routinely. I'm very grateful for their services. I just can't rave enough. If ever there was an issue as they too are human and suffer life as we do. Who knows what the reason, but I always treated everyone with kindness ( I think) and showed them understanding, knowing it's a high pressure job with difficult people struggling with life. For all the many who have been a part of all of our treatments, we thank you. 🙏

Absolutely love the children's therapy here. I was skeptical about coming here at first because I hear people say negative things about FCS a lot. But I am really glad we gave it a chance. My child goes here for therapy related to emotions, ADHD, ODD, etc. Both people who work with my child (therapist and case manager) are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to make sure we are all okay and help us anyway they can. Extremely thankful and happy here.

After the birth of my first baby, I had been having some issues and talked to my OB, who sent me to pelvic floor rehab with Aubrey Rimer. I did not even know that pelvic floor rehab existed, but now I am a firm believer! The strategies and exercises she gave me were easy to do, and they helped immensely and immediately! If any new mothers read this, you need to go to pelvic floor rehab. Everybody. Too often women think, "it'll get better eventually," or "this is normal after a baby." I thought that, and I was wrong. As Aubrey put it, "this is COMMON, but not NORMAL." Pelvic floor rehabs helps heal your body after the most dramatic change it will ever undergo, so when you have any issues WHATSOEVER, no matter how minor, with scar tissue from a tear or episiotomy/diastasis recti/bladder/bowels/hip strength, etc., do yourself a favor and go to pelvic floor rehab.

I have been a client at Total Health for several years. I would be there consistently but I am at the mercy of Medicare. When my money runs out I have to wait. What I would like to say is that this establishment has helped me more than all the specialists that I have put together. I am a 71 year old female and have degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in my lower back, left hip and neck. I have to take pain pills and muscle relaxers and they do not help much. I also have vertigo and a balance problem.I have been given pills and shots of cortisone with no lasting affect. I can go in and See Joe Eastman and Stacy Lacy and do the exercises that they give me to do and within several sessions, I go from a 7 or 8 on the pain scale down to a 1 1/2 to a 2. That is a miracle. I just to thank the therapists and the kind staff for helping me.

Every supervisor is highly credentialed and possesses the knowledge and experience to guide you toward achieving your goals in the medical field. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

They’ve been very good about communicating things since I’ve started with them in 2020. Thus far I’ve been happy with the support that I get there— thank you.
