Unfortunately, I went through a difficult split up with my children’s mother, and was forced to do paid visitation with my kids. Bartlesville is about an hour away from where I live, so I wasn’t happy about that. After the first visit, I was glad this was the place that had been chosen. Kristina, who is our supervisor is incredibly compassionate and sweet. Everyone seems to take a sincere interest in helping the clients they provide services to, and if anyone finds themselves in a tough spot like I did, this is 100% the place I would refer them to. This is coming from someone who stayed a week. Mr. Jimmy had amazing food and Mr. Corey, Ms. Tabitha was positive except for when she called a girls sister annoying because she was sick and Ms. Tabitha was making excuses for why her sister couldn't talk. It was very hard to leave because I made great friends and an even better roommate. My roommate was always talking to everyone about anything and I loved it. Of course I missed my other friends but I missed her more. There was also a non-English speaker who they would only include if ms. Lydia was in. I also know Mr. Michael's grandson.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband came in with a severely torn rotator cuff. He was in tears 10/10 pain scale, had no motion of his arm. They did an X-ray which was pointless because that doesn’t look at soft tissue, we already knew there wasn’t a broken bone. Doctor told us because he doesnt play sports he couldn’t get an MRI. We have an appointment with our primary for Monday. They didn’t care. This place is a joke. He just needed to be able to get through the weekend without being in severe pain, left with a sling and told to take Tylenol. So we are sitting here in agony waiting till Monday.

We made our appointment early and got to the clinic at 12:30, my girlfriend was taken back and put in a waiting room. She was told the doctor was on the way and was seeking another patient. She texted me as I waited for her and told me it'd be awhile. Ten minutes shy of 2 hours later she was asked to leave after she told the receptionist that she needed to leave due to prior obligations. when the receptionist did not like the tone of her voice she had requested security. They had worked on her glasses and one of the bent lense frames was snapped straight through when they had returned the glasses. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of care she received.
If you have time to waste and don't urgently need help, care, or promptness, this is the place to come!
10/22/2025 my wife had a rib giving her trouble so we came for a medical referral. This "doctor" called my baby a "parasite". He's lucky I was waiting in the lobby. I won't make that mistake again.

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

Very efficient and polite group of gentlemen. They removed 3 large pieces of furniture and took them to the dump for me. Because it didn’t take a full hour they asked if there were any other things I needed done which was appreciated even though I didn’t need anything else done. I would definitely hire them again.

I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble.
This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.

Out of every place that I researched and took my traumatized bonus children too after everything that they went through as children, this place hands down is absolutely amazing in every way. My 14-year-old that was having the roughest time, he was suicidal, he was super aggressive, he was self-sabotaging, he was just spiraling in every way because he didn't know how to do with his emotions. Being angry sad mad handling everything at once he was never allowed to express.
He was very shy and he didn't know how to open up to strangers, but this place he is now on his second stay there. He absolutely loves it! He loves how many therapy groups there are, he loves the one on one sessions, everything about it he is completely positive about it I see a whole new child! He says he feels like he's finding himself and he said schools for himself, uses specific coping skills for all situations and triggers etc.
This facility has massively changed his mindset and I could not be more grateful. The staff is incredible. They gave me my son back. I would highly recommend this place for any teen that is struggling in any way shape or form. From trauma, drugs, addiction, abuse all of the above. If your child will take in what they have to offer it will change their lives.
I 100% would recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been to everyone that I know that has having similar issues with their teens. There are not enough facilities that take our children's mental health to consideration and give them what they actually need. Not just dope them up and send them on their way with an hour of therapy a week. Highly recommend.

I've been to the location on Harvard. It's good for what it is. If you're in crisis, or you have an addiction issue go to Harvard Avenue. If you are dual diagnosis or you have just mental health I 110% recommend this location. Everybody here is absolutely wonderful. However, I don't have children so I cannot attest to a family going here. However, if you are just an adult and you are married without children or your children are grown. Go here, it is absolutely wonderful. There's an intake coordinator named Marianne. She is great! I went there today. I've been having a very hard time the last couple of weeks with my mental health. I used to abuse substances and I haven't in almost 4 years but I've been having a very hard time recently with mental health and they got me through it the last couple of days. I might have have ended up in the psych ward for the first time in many years if it wasn't for this place. So again I cannot attest to the children part of their title. But as far as families. They are solid at this place. They care.

I had a difference of opinion, nurse/practitioner said she was dropping a med without opening her file. She took daughter off some of her depression med. She stayed in bed all of the time, depressed. She had a blood clot in her leg because of it. Placed on blood thinners, hospitalized three times because of it. Guess I was right about her meds anyway!. Her file was closed but this nurse

Was constantly bounced around from therapist to therapist (4 different ones in a single year). My last therapist straight up ghosted me and stopped picking up the phone when I would call her for our regularly scheduled appointments. Not to mention they put me on a medication they refused to refill and made me go through horrific withdrawals.

I have been all over The United States trying to find good crisis and mental health care for my loved ones. (For years now.)
The crisis unit in Jay, the staff, therapists, doctor or doctors, case workers, after care, are the very best. They should be funded to the max and expanded to teach other care givers in this Country, how to help people who suffer with mental illness.
I just hope they never change!
