Center for living has helped me so much with my anxiety and depression! I have heard they aren't the best. I went in and I was helped right away and they continue to help me. The only thing they could work on is the scheduling. Scheduling gets mixed up often. Other then that they are great.

I've had plenty of good counseling sessions here, and I continue to go, to deal with my problems and my stress of everyday life. Nobody is perfect and there comes a time in everybody's life where we need to seek help. This is a safe and affordable counciling center, and can be covered by most insurance companies.

Coming into Treehouse PDX I was missing the mental tools needed to treat my trauma that led to my drinking. I didn’t know how to cope and realized that I wasn’t like normal people who drink. I drank to fill a hole. However with being in the PHP program, I got a lot of the help I was looking for. With great leadership and counseling they helped me get back to a place where I can heal. Where I can now use these tools and build a life that I can call healthy and be inspired by. The house itself is a lot nicer than what I think people may expect. The Facility itself for me is great! (I don’t go to the gym so I don’t have much to compare to, so it feels top notch to ME). We work out for about 4 hours every weekday. Running, Yoga (aka “Joga”), MMA padwork, pickleball and more. The counseling is amazing. The team definitely makes you feel like you’re getting 1 on 1 care, even considering the amount of clients they have. This is my first and I believe last treatment center I will be attending. But I think this is the BEST. I’ve heard from other people in the sober community who have had more experience than I do and they never fail to tell me about what a privilege I have in being in Treehouse. Thank you to Treehouse Staff, My Brothers and Team! I’m happy to say I’ve made lifelong connections while on this lifelong journey of healing.

My time at treehouse recovery changed my whole trajectory in life. It’s rare that anyone give themselves a chance to hit stop and spend 3 months dedicated to only growth and healing from the past. I will always look at treehouse as the pivotal point when I decided to do what I needed for myself. I can’t stress enough how amazing this program is. I have seen so many men come in different stages of spiritual decomposition and leave glowing and empowered with new purpose and strength. 100/10.

Hooper Detox Center Saved My Life, and Gave me a second chance at life. I entered Hooper on Jan 20th, 2025 and here it is April 13th 2026, and in 7 short days I will be celebrating 15 months clean and sober!!! I have an amazing job through Central City Concern, just moved into my very first apartment that I worked so hard for, and I have an amazing relationship back with my kiddos! I found Crestview for my family member after a friend highly recommended it based on her experiences with it for her family member. My first point of contact was Garrett. As a psych/ER nurse myself, being on the other side of this moment was terrifying. He walked me through everything with empathy, kindness and true compassion. Hours of crying, hard work with my family member, and connection even months to later to make sure we are okay has set a new standard for me as I evaluate recovery programs. Our experience with Crestview Recovery Center exceeded every expectation we had. The level of care and compassion shown by the entire staff is truly exceptional. They didn't just focus on our daughter's recovery—they genuinely cared about her as a person, treating her with dignity, respect, and kindness every step of the way. What impressed us just as much was the support they provided to our family. Addiction affects everyone who loves the person struggling, and the Crestview team understood that. They were there for us throughout the entire process, offering guidance, encouragement, and reassurance far beyond what we ever expected. Garrett, who helped us through the admissions process, was outstanding. His professionalism, patience, and compassion made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. He worked with us over an extended period, helping us navigate insurance and ensuring everything was in place so that when our daughter was finally ready to seek treatment, her admission to Crestview was seamless. Garrett also took the time to help me process the emotions that come with having a child battling addiction, offering thoughtful guidance and support that I will never forget. On the day our daughter arrived, Zoey, her counselor, was remarkable. When our daughter wanted to leave, Zoey met her with empathy, patience, and understanding. Her ability to connect with our daughter and help her choose to stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I came to Oregon Trail Recovery Services not as someone unfamiliar with addiction treatment, but as someone who has spent more than 15 years working in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field as a counselor, clinical supervisor, administrator, and advocate. When I arrived, I was also a man who had experienced the devastating consequences of addiction firsthand. I had lost pieces of my life that mattered most, including precious time with my children. The greatest strength of this program is not simply its curriculum or structure—it's the people. Every single day, I have been met with kindness, compassion, encouragement, and accountability. The staff have an incredible ability to challenge me while never making me feel judged. They have celebrated my victories, helped me through difficult moments, listened when I needed someone to hear me, and reminded me that recovery is possible even on the days when I questioned myself. What stands out to me most is that I have never felt like just another client. I have felt seen as a person. The staff genuinely care about each individual's success, and that care is reflected in the countless small moments that often go unnoticed—checking in after a difficult group, offering words of encouragement, celebrating milestones, laughing together, and creating an atmosphere where healing feels possible. As someone who has supervised treatment programs myself, I pay close attention to culture, professionalism, and clinical quality. Oregon Trail has created something special. Their staff consistently demonstrate integrity, empathy, patience, and clinical competence. They don't simply teach recovery—they model it through the way they treat people. Throughout my time here, I have participated in intensive treatment, recovery planning, peer support, 12-step work, parenting education, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical services. More importantly, I have begun rebuilding my confidence, my character, and my hope. The tools I am learning here will continue to shape my recovery long after I leave this program. This experience has also reignited my passion for the behavioral health profession. Rather than allowing my relapse to define me, Oregon Trail Recovery has helped remind me why I dedicated my life to serving others in the first place. It has given me renewed purpose and strengthened my commitment to continue my own recovery while working toward restoring my professional credentials. Recovery is about so much more than abstinence. Wonderful place absolutely awesome MD’s, RN’s and BHT’s. Things to do nice people to talk to and banter about our experiences. Everyone was on point and if you needed anything you just ask at any hour of the day. I’m doing incredibly well on my journey and feel like a new Man. I’ve gotten done so much around the house and my mini farm and have done sooo much better training my daughters to ride motocross. She has a way of making every group meaningful, engaging, and something I genuinely looked forward to. She is compassionate, understanding, funny, and truly cares about the people she works with. You can tell that she puts her whole heart into what she does, and she has made a lasting impact on me. Allison, my one-on-one therapist, was absolutely amazing and life-changing. I haven’t left yet but I’ve been having a good time here. I’ve been put on meds to help with my anxiety and OCD, the food is good and the staff are understanding and patient. It is heartwarming to have a team of dedicated support for those struggling with substance misuse in finding their way back to themselves! In particular Jolena who was able to provide individualized support and reassurance regarding transitioning my loved one into a step down program where he is fully taken care of and supported. Jolena exercised genuine empathy with the utmost of intentions in making a necessary transition flawlessly happen. This detox facility is amazing. As one who’s relapsed multiple times, the staff here are some of the best I’ve encountered in my journey… They all truly care, are patient, and committed to their clients. The nursing staff is amazing. Special shout out to Alisha ( I hope I am spelling thai correctly girl!). John the clinician is absolutely awesome. He’s always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. The case manager Ashely is especially exceptional. She truly cares and empathizes with everyone. She works extremely hard at making sure, whether one only completes detox or extends to residential, that you are taken care of with medical, work, and aftercare. The lengths she goes to quell one’s concerns while being in there is outstanding and truly deserves this shout out. Jennifer the BHT is also incredibly dedicated to her clients. Treats everyone with love and respect and is always willing to lend an ear to anyone who needs it. She also truly cares about ones continued growth. All the stafIf is exceptional. As long as you have faith and are open to the process, you will not be disappointed. Chase on the nursing staff is one you and truly count on for anything. If missed anyone I truly apologize. You all will hold a special place in my heart for all your dedicated hard work. Please trust this facility and take the leap of faith for yourself.

The Recovery Village saved my life! I was there in 2024, the staff were so helpful and very empathetic. I had never been to rehab before, and it was the best experience for me. They focus on the underlying issues of why you use substances to numb. I rate the experience 10 out of 10 and have recommended it to other friends that have family members that struggle with addiction. It was bittersweet when I left after 45 days, as I felt very safe there. I am 2 years and 2 months clean from pain meds and have no desire to take them again. Thank you to all the staff!

This place made a big difference for my child, and that is all that really matters to me. I will say, they could have HUGE improvements in parent involvement, parent education, and family therapy. At times, they seemed almost anti- parent, which seems to me to be a strange approach to recovery. My ex and I were left on completely different pages as to next steps for our child. They should take a note from Clementine which has great support for parents. But, my child is doing well, and I'm thankful.

Wanted to thank the staff and everyone who was in here at the same time as me. I didn't come here entirely on my own free will, but because I was kind of cornered into it by my therapist. And I wasn't happy about putting my life on hold to be here. But now I see why she really wanted me to go. I had no previous experience with programs like this and didn't know what to expect. And you can bet I doubted everything every step of the way. I still do in some areas. But the longer I was there, the more I saw a difference and realized why things are done the way they are. I got a lot out of the program in the relatively short time I was there and have seen a big difference in my eating and thinking. And also in my physical health and brain. My memory has really noticeably improved and so has how I feel physically. And I've felt so much calmer and happier compared to before I went in. Turns out eating consistently helps you not feel like you're in fight or flight all the time, who would have thought haha.

this has been the best eating disorder treatment center i have been in! yes, they did make me eat food and not engage in behaviors but i don’t feel the need to anymore! lauren has been very helpful to my recovery! she deserves a raise for all the work she puts in. anyone can see how passionate she is about her job! ari is an amazing therapist! amanda is doing an AMAZING job as clinical director! she is determined and dedicated to helping others live eating disorder free! all the staff is amazing and wonderful! 10/10 would recommend! #edfree

Depends on you and what you want in life I have had great experiences here and difficult stays with jotc if you want recovery you can find it here but it depends on what you make of it 28 days compared to years of active addiction isn't much time to change your life so I recommend not focusing on what other people are doing or how clean the bathroom is or how old the building is.if your there for yourself then that should be your focus some staff are amazing others may not be to your expectations but haven't we all been insufficient when it comes to expectations of others this could be your chance to learn who you truly are make the most of it .

This is my second attempt at this treatment facility. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28 days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. Thank you JOTC and Triumph for helping me through the process!

I graduated from this place 5 years ago still sober today gave me all the tools necessary for a life without drugs they took us to trail blazer games snowboarding beach trips laser tag all kinds of stuff haven’t been there in sometime but when I was there it showed you what you could have if you stayed clean ,,,, I’ve been to 3 different rehabs and this is the one place I completed so hats off

My experience at Lifeline Connections was both meaningful and challenging. I’m grateful for the support and tools I received during treatment, but there were also experiences that were difficult for me. While in treatment, I was called a racial slur by another participant who had already been discharged but returned to pick up belongings. I was disappointed that, after responding with “okay,” I was placed on a 5-day phone restriction. I felt that the situation could have been handled differently and that my perspective deserved more consideration. Overall, Lifeline was an important part of my recovery journey, and I’m thankful for the things I learned and the people who genuinely supported me. I believe sharing both the positive and difficult parts of my experience can help make the program better for others. Intake:June 30th 2026 Discharged:July 29th 2026
