I am blessed not to be in the news. My assessment from ATA opened my eyes. I have had a lot of violence and trauma in my life, but I have to take responsibility for my choices in life. I am grateful for the compassion and guidelines i got from the relapse prevention program. ATA did everything to make me grow. They did not lock me into a never ending program for their own profit.

I’ve been to IOP before. This treatment center is outstanding. Everyone that works there including the owner are in recovery. The counselors are understanding and they really care about your recovery. Compared to other treatment centers that are only interested in your money.

New Life Recovery has been a blessing.. They are professional, well educated in recovery and have the knowledge of what a person needs in starting there New Life with sobriety!!! All the staff are so professional, helpful and friendly! Very welcoming environment for kids. My son is working with Nishita for about 6 months now and he's made so much progress. He looks forward to coming in to talk to her. And she's great at following up and keeping us up to date with his progress. Highly recommend this sea mar location for children or family therapy.

Ignatius is a rare and extraordinary counselor. As someone in my mid-forties experienced with excellent therapists (EMDR, lifespan integration, NVC), I hold a high bar—and Ignatius exceeds it. My elementary-aged son lights up when it’s time for sessions—he walks out taller, more grounded, and equipped with tangible skills for emotional regulation and lasting resilience. Ignatius brings an extraordinary depth of skill and presence, meeting my son exactly where he is and supporting him through both a complex co-parenting dynamic and challenges with a bully at school. The growth has been truly transformative. Forever grateful!

So to preface, I’m giving my current therapist 5 stars 100%. She’s super helpful and has been a tremendous help!! As for past care, I’d say it’s quite rocky. Some therapists and psychiatrists that I worked with were good, while others not so much. Maybe we just didn’t fit, maybe they just weren’t that good, who cares. I think this is a great place to get help when you need it. If I wasn’t seeing my current therapist I’d probably rate a 3 or lower because trying to contact psychiatrists, can be a grueling process when in between appointments. And sometimes it felt like I was a “trial run” with some seemingly inexperienced therapists. As seen by reviews though, you have to have your own experience here to draw a conclusion on if you like it.

Will update my review in the future if needed. So far care has been excellent, I did a walk-in and got an intake the same day, then got assigned a counselor right away who has been on time and communicative about appointments. Starting med management soon, the waitlist was actually shorter than estimated. Friendly front desk staff. Clean and attractive facility with good privacy features. Can always find a parking space in the medium-sized parking lot.

I was in Thira's Partial Hospitalization Program for 8 weeks, followed by 7 weeks in their Intensive Outpatient Program. While I experienced some pretty significant problems (their therapist called me a liar in my first session, and their process for getting switched to a different therapist was appalling; medications were not always dispensed on time; etc.), overall my experience was positive. The other patients and most of the staff increased my success in the programs. I continue to use the DBT skills I learned on a daily basis. The most important measure is that my depression and anxiety are dramatically improved from when I started there. Thira was a big part of that.

Im not one to do reviews but Thira 100% saved my life, you have to know that no mental health facility is going to be perfect and that treatment isn’t a magic wand or a fix all. However you also have to know people here care and they along with DBT do provide a foundation with strong support of which you can build off of though and start a new. You are the biggest part of your recovery though! If you don’t try, you will get nothing out of it, they make trying easier. I am so thankful for this experience and the therapists I had and technicians and nurses as they all worked together beautifully. The vibe was not fake and there are problems, like anyplace however if you put in the effort, there’s no telling what you cant do. Your there because you hit rock bottom which trust me I know sucks, and it’s also the best thing about it because now there’s no where you can go but up, if you let Thira help you build that ladder at least from my experience, you will be climbing up again soon enough and with more ability than you ever have been able to before. Its not over and don’t let others distract from your journey or progress, its not about them, its about you.

Love this place, meetings from 6am -11pm everyday. Great food and tons of parking.

The staff here truly care about the kids. My son absolutely loves going and has developed so many new skills through ABA and speech services. We are so glad we found MeBe!

I have had 3 kids attend ABA and speech therapy at MeBe Bellevue. We moved here from out of state, and the staff made the move easy. They coordinated with the previous ABA facility to get latest assessments and current techniques that we were using. We were able to coordinate a start date 2 months out for all 3 kids. My kids have worked with 3 BCBAs and many RBTs here and they’ve all been wonderful and helped my kids progress and transition to school. The BCBAs are always suggesting resources and fun community activities we can participate in. All of the therapists here are kind and fun! My oldest daughter is non-verbal, elopes, and self-harms. Amber, the speech therapist, progressed her on her AAC device from short requests to full sentences, which was such a great achievement that the school district’s speech therapist was impressed. One of the therapists, Christina, was especially great with my daughter! She was always smiling and took things at my daughter’s pace. All of the therapists encouraged my daughter to use her AAC device and the few verbal words she has. My daughter is in kindergarten now, and the BCBAs provided assessments to the school district to aid in the IEP process, and offered to help during the IEP process as well. They continue to ask about her even though she’s not at MeBe anymore! My middle child has emotional regulation issues and the RBTs at this location are phenomenal at encouraging him to self-soothe and come up with techniques he can use to separate himself from whatever is bothering him. My youngest has mild autism, and the therapists here have gotten her up to speed with where she should be for her age. Aleesha is helping us with my younger kids’ transitions to preschool. MeBe has been on board with all of our personal goals in addition to the insurance goals. We’ve worked on potty training, speech, emotional regulation, parallel play, working in groups, and many, many other skills. They make all of the tasks fun, so the kids aren’t just working at a table. They’re playing games, making a mess, talking through feelings, singing songs! My kids have seen great progress here and have enjoyed their time here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pierson for years. He and the office Staff have always been prompt and helpful. I am greatful for Dr. Pierson, he is one reason I am still alive today.

Saul is great. Very respectful and kind and good at his job. Makes you feel welcomed. The clinic is not comfortable or inviting. The patients don't have access to the patient portal and my psychiatrist told me that it is because of "our population."

Everything about this place is amazing! The front desk staff was attentive and kind, and Dr. Zhang is amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a psychiatrist. Every staff member is kind and welcoming to everyone, and their services are great!
