My experience was incredible. My journey was tough and thanks to team on the ocean drive programme I gained full recovery from a 25 year disorder from bulimia and anorexia as well as substance abuse. I have the utmost respect and gratitude to Caron Florida Dr Mohammad Sarhan Dr Sequay Gordon and my primary therapist Erin Bubla are my super heros guiding me motivating me assisting me every step of the way. My gratitude to them will never stop from my heart I’m grateful to them as well as the whole team. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here at the Boca treatment center. My case manager Toriah was extremely helpful and patient when handling my short term disability and submitted my forms. When it came to my discharge, she was amazing at making me feel comfortable moving to the next step. Definitely the best of the best!!!! The nurses and staff always greeted me with smiles and warmth. I feel so honored to be able to provide a review for the Banyan Treatment Centers. A family member of mine was fortunate enough to have experienced the Boca Rotan as well as the Sebring location programs. From the first encounter to completion, the staff were engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and super caring. I have never witnessed such support and honest caring as I have seen in this program. My Family Support Specialist, Keith Berger, still does follow-up on our family and always is responsive if we need anything or just encouragement. I never imagined that my family would ever need to utilize the treatment services that Banyan offers but I am extremely grateful to have had them be a resource for my family member and family.

I can only speak to my experience at Boca Recovery Center, and you get out of it what you put in. I did 15 days; 7 detox and 8 residential. My Therapist, Laura, was phenomenal. She was available whenever I needed to speak with her and was personable and professional. She wasn’t just checking things off a clip-board, she listened and asked questions that pertained to my situation. My case manager, Nicole, helped me by curating my rehabilitation to suit my needs. She spoke to me on a personal level and I never felt pressured into anything. We spoke about multiple options of recovery, and she worked with me to continue my sobriety on my return home by giving me therapists and meetings in my area. My Nurse Practitioner, Meresa, did not throw drugs at me just because, I have had that happen in the past. We spoke about recommendations of prescriptions and what to expect from them. Throughout my 15 days, we adjusted the medications and found a low dosage that worked for me. Nikki, the Alumni Coordinator has reached out to me several times, upon me returning home, to check on me. Weekly AA zoom meetings are available through her and they are organized and well led. This is very helpful for me and I appreciate that I have that, as a resource. The lead Tech, G, was available and a genuinely great guy. As were most of the Techs, some were just collecting a paycheck, but most cared and I respect that and them. This was not my first rehab, but the people I met and the conversations we had, really helped center me. I’m not religious and not particularly spiritual, and I never felt anyone pushing me to accept anything other than self reliance. Today marks my 30 days of sobriety, something I have not achieved with other rehab experiences, and I am grateful to Boca for paving the way. It falls on me to continue the path, but their help was tremendous in building me up to be able to be here today. The only thing I would criticize would be some of the group sessions were led by in-house therapists, nurses, and case managers. I would have preferred a third-party come in and lead the sessions so the in-house team could focus on their caseload. Overall 5 stars, if you need help with substance issues, please reach out to someone, anyone that you trust to help. Boca helped me.

Best mental health providers I’ve tried in Palm Beach County. JFS has the nicest staff around and their doctors are very knowledgeable including their residents. I love Dr. H she’s the first doctor I felt has truly helped me. I love that my therapist and psychiatrist are able to communicate to create the best treatment plan instead of being in the dark like most places have been for me. Thank you so much I’m truly grateful for a facility that was able to help me when I couldn’t afford care anywhere else and it’s just amazing that they are also great people! Thank you all :)

I especially appreciated that she was perceptive enough to raise a few things that I had not even considered, which demonstrated both her knowledge and attentiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - especially Dr Jean. I am a new patient and he made me feel so seen and heard! After my former Psychiatrist retired and the company discontinued medication management I have been struggling to find a reliable provider. Other places I have gone to wanted to change my medication at the first appointment. So I wasn’t too hopeful about my appointment with Dr Jean but he quickly won me over. He was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. His philosophy of “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it” was greatly appreciated. I’ve been taking the same medication‘s for the past several years and I like that he wants to get to know me before trying to make any changes. I truly value this and will be recommending him and Associated Family Physicians to all my friends, family, and clients for their mental health medication needs.
