This review is over due but this place has literally saved my life. I went to Wellness for Mental Health in Jan/feb of 2025 and left may2025. I was scared & shut down when I arrived. Came from a different treatment facility before wellness and it was a horrible experience, but they were very warm, kind and compassionate to me. I was given the tools and knowledge to heal and build stronger mindset. I could literally feel my self esteem & confidence growing. The therapy I received was 1 on 1 & group. Shevon is a great therapist! I wish I still had him as my therapist tbh. His dedication to his work and his empathetic nature was crucial in my recovery. Sorina and Jessica are like yin and yang. Their teaching styles are different but necessary. They are amazing at their jobs! Then you have Kim…. The CEO, never in my entire life have I ever seen a CEO so involved and actually genuinely interested in the ppl coming in/out the doors. I owe so much to Kim. When I couldn’t find a place to stay once my recovery was over she never let me feel alone or worry that I’d be homeless. She did whatever she could to help me until I was able to leave her facility standing tall with my head held high. I’m so thankful for Kim! She could’ve just seen me as a number, she could’ve just shown face and kept it moving but she showed up not just to the Rehab Center but also to the housing complex as well. She’d stay and talk to each person who needed a word with her. She’s a busy woman but to come to the housing and sit and talk to us and listen to our concerns and or wishes…. I’ve never seen a CEO do that. The out come of these ppl combined has helped my Mental Health Recovery in ways I’ll never be able to express to them. I hope one day I can let them know the tremendous impact on my life they’ve made. I can confidently say I would NOT be here today if it wasn’t for each and every one of them. Others played a role too but those were the biggest players in the roster. Then you have the Tech Vanessa, I’m not sure if she’s still there but if she is then I hope she knows the lives she’s helping too. Her role is so vital and intense. She’s like the heartbeat of the operation on a day to day basis. She’s everything all wrapped into one. She’s so good at her job and she really cares for the people who are there to recover. I was amazed at how she had so much on her plate workload wise and yet still smiled still laughed still talked to you with respect. Housing at wellness can be chaos sometimes depending on the group of ppl staying there but she handles all the moments with class. Her ability to defuse any situation is remarkable. I know she was a worker and I was a patient but I considered her a friend during my stay there. I didn’t know a single person who didn’t like Vanessa. Omg I can’t forget Donna! That spicy woman is the most interesting and amazing person at housing. While Vanessa handles alot Donna is right behind her. I miss Donna so much.. She was all about following the rules & demanded respect back. Now I’ll speak on the facilities…. From the Center to the housing it was always clean and accessible. The apts are very nice and welcoming. Updated too.. Listen, if you take this place seriously and give yourself a chance to absorb everything they teach then you’ll get better too! You gotta want it tho…. It’s more addiction based but there’s enough mental health stuff to atleast help build you back up enough to continue your recovery once you leave. They’ve gotten rid of bad employees, the medical staff aren’t up to par, the psychiatrist is still my DR tho. You go on trips a lot, every time I had an issue w/ another client they’d defuse the situation quickly. If you get into other ppls business then you aren’t focused on YOUR recovery, don’t worry about ppl relapsing just pray they keep trying to get better. That’s what counts. Dont judge. This place is what it is because the ppl are great and have compassion and empathy. Not many ppl out there these days that are like that. I 1000 % recommend this place.

Best mental health providers I’ve tried in Palm Beach County. JFS has the nicest staff around and their doctors are very knowledgeable including their residents. I love Dr. H she’s the first doctor I felt has truly helped me. I love that my therapist and psychiatrist are able to communicate to create the best treatment plan instead of being in the dark like most places have been for me. Thank you so much I’m truly grateful for a facility that was able to help me when I couldn’t afford care anywhere else and it’s just amazing that they are also great people! Thank you all :)

Dr. Mike saved my life. Right after I turned 31, I experienced a manic episode for the first and only time in my life. Nobody knew why. Within the first five minutes of meeting me, Dr. Mike said, “I have a feeling your medication levels might be off, and the first thing you need to do is get tested.” He was right. I was taking a medication that requires occasional blood testing to ensure it stays within a therapeutic range. I didn’t know that and had never been tested. When the results came back, my level was below the therapeutic range. We met again, he adjusted the dose, and told me I should start feeling better in about five days. He was right about that too. That was almost five years ago, and I’ve been seeing him ever since. Not only is he the smartest psychiatrist I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve seen many over the years for depression, anxiety...the usual), but his staff are exceptional. If there’s ever an issue with meds or appointments or paperwork or questions, they respond and take care of it immediately. Dr. Mike combines clinical expertise with genuine care, and I can honestly say I don't know what would've happened to me if I hadn’t found him.

We brought our daughter to Proliance Center for ADHD after ongoing symptoms began affecting her school performance and overall well-being. Dr. Morejon was extremely compassionate and understanding, taking time to explain the diagnosis, how ADHD impacts the brain, and appropriate medications options. I highly recommend this office to anyone in the Boca area! Dr. Nasreen and Jean actually LISTEN to you, take your concerns seriously, and work with you to create a treatment plan moving forward. They’re both super personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely make you feel comfortable. And Amanda and Lakia at the front desk? BOMBBBB. 😂 They are always so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The front desk can make or break a medical office experience, and these two definitely make it better! As for the 1-star reviews… listen, not every review deserves a standing ovation. 😂 Some of them seem like they were written by people who expect the medical field to operate like a fast-food drive-thru: “I want it MY way, and I want it NOW.” 😂 If you’ve ever actually worked in healthcare, you know there are protocols, insurance rules, medical judgment, and a whole lot happening behind the scenes that patients don’t always see. So take some of those reviews with a little grain of salt. My personal experience has been nothing but positive, and I’ve always felt listened to, respected, and cared for by this team. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to leave a five-star review for this practice. They are such a welcoming and kind group to all of their patients. Natalia and Chloe have been so kind in helping me get an appointment, even same day and always making it a seamless experience. They are both so personable and do a great job! I had my blood taken by Mel and again it was one of the least painful experiences I've ever had. There was literally no pain at all even when she inserted the needle. She was also very kind and made you feel at ease. I took a chance and saw the doctor that was recommended. Dr Sarwat Nasreen. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is so comforting and kind and makes you feel welcomed. Sometimes you could go see a new doctor and it could be very intimidating. This was not the case at all. If anyone is looking to try a new doctor, I would give my full recommendation. She always does what's right for the patient and she stays communicative when needed. You can ask her a lot of questions and she will always make you feel like she has time for you and not rushed. It is a great experience seeing her. Overall it is a fantastic practice!

I had my phone the whole time. For anyone coming from a detox program where everything gets locked away, that's worth knowing. Being able to stay in contact with family and handle things in my life while doing the program made it feel sustainable, not like I'd put everything on pause.

I have so much to be thankful for this company and this process! I was one of those convinced that I didn’t need treatment, that I could do this all on my own. But I’d tried it my way too many times without success. Finally reaching out for help has been one of the best decisions of my life. The staff here are amazing! From the therapists, the BHT’s, case workers, everyone. And especially the LIV program. All of the activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding, and rock climbing to name a few really helped me to remember the person I used to be. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for help, can’t say enough good things about it.

I've had an excellent experience here. The staff has met all of my needs. The accommodations are very comfortable. The nursing staff has been very understanding and kind. I have had several one on one sessions with therapists and the group sessions have been very productive. There will probably be negative reviews about this rehab but this isn't my first and there are always people who complain. In my opinion this treatment center will meet your needs if you are truly ready for sobriety. You just have to realize that these centers aren't here to hold your hand but are here for guidance. You have to do the work. If you're truly ready than The Haven is a great place to start.

Very good facility. Having had experiences with a lot of different treatment centers in the area Comprehensive Wellness center shines with its staff. Breanna The case manager was wonderful. She was very caring available and responsive during the time that my son was there in the mental health residential. Derrion the therapist was exceptional also. We only met him once, but he made a point of letting us know that he felt that family involvement was important and he went out of his way to make it happen. All of the other people I interacted with there some of the nurses were also very caring and helpful. My son did well there. A gem in a field of treatment centers that often do not live up to their websites. I would highly recommend Comprehensive Wellness centers.

Amazing!! I have six months clean in part to the help of cwc! I completed there 30 day in patient substance program and loved it, I had been to carpool daf and another down south, and was by far my best experience! All the staff, l Ike really im not joking a ALL OF THE STAFF THERE GO OUT OF THERE WAY, AND THEY DO NOT FORGET IF YOU ARE NEED OF SOMETHING THEY TAKE CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY! AND IF THEY ARENT ABLE THEY WILL EXPLAIN WHY. OTHER PLACE ARENT LIKE THIS PEOPLE AND STAFF WANT TO COME TO WORK GET PAID AND LEAVE, ITS LIKE ALL THE STAFF WHERE TRAINED IN NOT FORGETING,AND THEY ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND AND CARE, I WOULD RECOMEND ANYONE WITH A SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEM COME HERE. THE LIVING CONDITIONS ARE GREAT MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES THEY ALLOW YOU MONEY TO ORDER GROCERIES, ALL IN ALL THE BOTTOM LINE IS ,( I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET CLEAN ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE I HAVE BEEN CLEAN NOW FOR SIX MONTHS AND I GIVE ALL THE CREDIT TO GOD, AND CWC!

Hands down the best mental health facility I’ve been to. Everyone here is so kind, understanding, and actually makes you feel like they genuinely care about you as a person. The staff made me feel comfortable and supported from the beginning, and the overall environment is nothing like what I’ve experienced at other places. I’m genuinely so grateful for my experience here and for the people who helped me along the way.
