This program is the most amazing place to be for any woman seeking help from all forms of addiction. The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about Pyramid Healthcare in Pittsburgh. My experience here was truly amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and supportive, and the staff went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and understood. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they work with.

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. I spent six weeks at the Greenbriar Wexford outpatient facility at a very difficult time in my life. My counselors (Ken and Sasha) were simply the best. I learned a lot of tools necessary for my recovery and I feel they definitely put me on the right path. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is experiencing a drug or alcohol addiction problem. I am certainly satisfied!

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.

This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! My mom was admitted after a nasty fall at home to the P.C.U and was there for 8 days. The entire team was great with her and kept the communication open with me being I was out of state. I arrived at Forbes to help tend to my mother and was informed by the staff of her condition and needs. The team on floor 3 P.C.U.was great and attentive to her and listened and communicated what was needed for her best treatment. I appreciate the entire staff that was involved with her. She was released from Forbes and sent to her treatment facility in which she will be needing PT for possibly 4 weeks. Hoping for a positive and speedy recovery for her.

It was a good hospital with nice staff I was released today (3/4/25) I was there after an overdose for 9 days on the 11th floor due to lack of space in other units I'm a minor as well the food was decent the staff all wonderful

The first time I went here I thought I hated it and it was horrible, then I went to southwood and was begging to go back here. I went to western psych inpatient 2 times as well as outpatient 2 times and I can say I had a very pleasant experience all 4 times. Every psych ward has its issues like how they lost my favorite hoodie, but In the end most of the staff genuinely cared. They took us to meetings, made sure we could call people as much as they were allowed, treated us like equals, and just wanted what was best for us. There was always a staff or 2 that no one liked bc they were miserable, like Miss Sarah which I don’t know if she still works there or not. Whenever the mean ones weren’t around though they let us have as much fun as possible without breaking the rules. The one night we were bored and wanted to play dodge ball, so the staff flipped the tables and made teams! Not everyone has a great experience and you should still listen to your kid if they are begging you to take them out but I personally grew a lot bc of this place.

My mother was brought there in 2009 because she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. I went to see her one day and I was so scared for her. After my visit with her, my dad took me back home and i was crying so hard.

My husband is there and I never leave reviews but this place or let me say the people that work at that place are so awesome I can’t express just how great they really are. I’m four hours from there and had to bring some personal items for my husband but I have to work during the day ,they’re cut off time for drop off is 4 or 6PM, I didn’t get there till after 9 o’clock and they were so understanding and nice about it. And my husband isn’t the friendliest and doesn’t really care for people but he’s in such a good space it sounds and he’s actually getting something from being there.He says the people are great there. I’ve had to call there for a few times. I missed 3 phone calls so I had to make sure he was OK The person on the other end of the phone actually called him up to there and let me speak to him to let me know he was OK and to let him know I was OK that I didn’t answer and little things like that really mean A lot. If you’re seeking treatment, you’re a male I would check this place out 110%.

I was there for 45 days was admitted on October 14 2024 and this place will always be the place that changed my life. Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out if
someone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It’s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you’re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can’t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too.

Counselor Lisa who knew I was very uncomfortable with 1 on 1s but managed to get me through it and managed to have a lot of great life changing conversations in her very small windowless room.
This place is honestly an amazing place just follow the rules, show up on time and learn something. It can’t hurt even if you don’t want to be there. This shit can save your life. Good luck! (FAITH SIDE!!) :)

I enjoy going to this clinic, I finally have a counselor that I can relate to. I enjoy every session.
When I started here I was such a mess! I walked in so high one day that I went to the dosing window
Twice and I had already taken a lot of Xanax. My life was a big mess.
Now that I have been off all of that my life has gotten a lot better. Now that I’m a little more clearer,
I can hopefully begin to heal.

This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! She never takes the credit she deserves!! She always has my back and would fight for me in a second!!! I’m so glad I was able to get her as my counselor!!! She’s my #1 fan and is always rooting for me!!! Without her idk where I would be!! Thank you Alyssa and Medmark for helping me continue in my sobriety journey!!! April has been my counselor for almost 2 yrs. I have always been able to be very open and honest with her, without any sort of judgment. When it comes to addiction, people always do judge. But not her. That's just who she is. The nurses, I feel like they are judgemental.
Whether it's our session, me just venting, or me needing someone to talk to. April has always been there. I can't show enough appreciation. I always feel better when we hang up

The therapists and staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. I was nervous about attending at first but became quickly at ease with sharing my addiction related issues and felt that this was the best place for me to be for treatment and to get me on the right path to recovery.
