I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. I've used many tools I learned while in there but most importantly I learned to respect and believe in my program of recovery again and I plan to keep climbing. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into. Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose? The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on the fond memories I have from this place. Counselors, medical staff, chefs and even the cleaners are all amazing. The 1 stars are from bitter people who just didn't want to put forth the effort. Thank you again Tully. Syracuse Communi	Treatments Programs Payment Options AlcoholismDrug AddictionMental Health and Substance AbuseOpioid Addiction Adult ProgramYoung Adult ProgramMilitary Program Private insuranceSelf-Pay OptionsFinancial AidSliding Scale Payment AssistanceMedicareMilitary InsuranceMedicaid	This was hands down the best dentist I’ve had in a long time they weren’t stingy with the Nova Caine even after I was nice and numbed up usually the dentist I’ve had didn’t force my jaw open they used a bite block instead the lay time I got dental work was at st joes they weren’t very nice and the male dentist I had was aweful I’m shocked he didn’t dislocated my jaw and then the work didn’t even look good not this place they have an amazing dental staff the hygienist who I had she was a lovely darker skinned woman she made sure to get everything he dr Aman amazing dentist he asked all the important questions and let me know right away if I feel anything he had me wait 15 mins to make sure the meds kicked in he handled my 18 year old root canal then before he began work he make sure I was nice and numbed up and before he started working on my tooth as it was infected even got out a little part on my real tooth that was in the bottom part of the roots after 5 days of crying and in a ton of pain he made sure I had stuff to go home with it was a long wait but totally worth it I think I found my new dentist he wasn’t rude either I’ve had dentist judge me for my teeth with a nasty attitude he was quick to the crown I did have was on really good the crown started to leave and went into my jaw dr Aman told me well I’m glad you came to see us today that’s a nasty infection and made sure I was on antibiotics before he even touched anything and they listened I told them I wanted it pulled when I’ve had dentist tell me no they wouldn’t pull it the last time I went to st joes he tooo so much off their wasn’t much of a tooth left after I asked twice he told me no then I went to this location and the gorgeous dental hygienist with the beautiful dark skin lady was shocked she said “if you asked them to pull the tooth they should of pulled your tooth it’s not their call” I wish you all could of seen the look on her face I felt safe to I think I found my new dentist thank you Dr.Amen and the lovely assistant (I didn’t catch her name but I do rember her face ☺️ he wasn’t kidding either when he said he was the best he really is also thank you to Syracuse for having resources for people even when Syracuse is my least favorite place to go but I would do it all over again to get dental work nine takes Fadelis anymore but they do I would suggest that you go early I was told come at 6:45am and by the time I got their their was a bunch of people some were waiting outside from like 4;30 in the morning they do open at 8 but they only do a certain amount of emergency dental it’s between 10 and 15 people and then they have another time it’s 1 o’clock if you haven’t use them try it out times are hard and now I feel better after no sleep for five days no food really for five days every time I would chew it began to effect my other teeth I’m on day three and it don’t even hurt it didn’t hurt much either even after the numbing stuff was gone my jaw is a little swollen but he did an amazing I love drs who listen to you 🥰 He also made sure I had some meds just incase the whole thing took about 45 minutes I was done by non I got their at 6:45 I would suggest the Same or maybe 6 just to make sure you get in being a chair 🤣🤣 💙💙🧡🧡💙🩵🧡🧡🩵🧡🧡💙🧡🧡💙💙 Sheila 1 week ago Polite, clean, and efficient. Dale in the ED was so kind and expedited my admission because he could tell I was in a lot of pain. He made me feel extremely cared for. All of the HCTs, CT techs, nurses, ultrasound techs, and EVS workers were so kind and patient. The nurses on 6M were wonderful and treated my pain and concerns with kindness and understanding. I felt like I was in great hands. Above all, my surgeon Dr. Hartzheim was fantastic. He has excellent bedside manner and did a great job explaining everything and keeping me in the loop regarding my surgery. He was extremely reassuring during a very stressful and painful time. Even after I was discharged and experiencing pain, he called me on the phone to make sure I was doing okay. I am so grateful to all of the staff at Crouse hospital! Dr. Aslum saved my life! Prior to any medical diagnosis, she managed me with medication and found out what works for me and what did’t. It gives you the freedom to come and go and also to be responsible for your own progress. The staff is there 24/7 and will listen to your issues and do everything Liberty will let them do, which ties their hands a lot with what they consider “protocol”. The only downfall is a staff member going out of his way to find every infraction he can to get a few guys kicked out (rules that 99% of the staff bend to make stay there more bearable). Mainly because he has no actual job there and spends his days lurking around being miserable. The facility is cleaned by the clients, shopping is done by the clients and food stamps are all collected and used as a community pot for the groceries. I came from California but needed to leave to get help so I came to NY and got organized with Save The Michaels and they linked me with McPike's ATC and it was a pretty fun experience. I met a lot of people and found my group to hangout with and we had some laughs that I'll never forget. Down to Earth staff and down to Earth patients. They will even schedule you a ride to pick you up themselves if need be to enter treatment and also going home when you discharge. They take care of everybody. Only bad thing about it is that you can't smoke and the coffee is decaffeinated but after awhile your body and mind adapt. Thank you to Jackie and Tracy and Travis you left an impact on me. I also made a small hiccup on the end of my stay so stupid but they let it go with a warning seeing the progess I made as well as my fellow friend I made, her progress as well. I would 1000000000% recommend especially for women struggling with abuse. They specialize in really helping you find your inner strength . Also.. out of all the stays. This is the only one above a 3. So that tells ya something.. and its closer to 4 than 3 so great place !! Karina Petsche 9 months ago I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏 Jonathan Tschetter 1 year ago
