I’ve been to in-patient treatment 9 times; but ACE is in a class of its own. ACE taught me that I am responsible for my own recovery and offered the support and guidance necessary for me to learn how to heal. Through developing my understanding of mindfulness and the importance of spiritual practices, learning cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, and teaching traditional 12-step principles, ACE’s holistic approach to recovery has jumpstarted my journey to sobriety and I will be forever grateful.

I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. I went to the facility, sat in a room and met with the doctor on Zoom. They arranged for me to do a weekly virtual outpatient group, again on zoom, and medication assisted treatment for the Suboxone and mental health medications I take. It is very important for me to have my medication and this place made sure I did NOT miss one dose. The transfer from my Florida outpatient facility to this one was a smooth transition. 5 stars!

J'Honesty need the service to help her to understand life growing up and learning from others that is a most and follow orders at school, and it's hard for a parent to hear your child tell you she getting bullied by others and the teacher not helping her, what am I to do
I cannot thank the individuals at this facility enough for their willingness to go well above and beyond. They have been immensely helpful in assisting our family with a complex situation and seeing to it that we receive the help we need. They have truly taken this situation to heart and offered genuine care and concern. They've made things possible that would have otherwise been a major set back. We appreciate them for stepping in and being a life line for us!

Hannah is always available to help when we have kids in crisis. She is thorough with the referrals and helps to advocate for emergent cases. Daymark Child FBC has been able to help our children stabilize in times of crisis and help them start off right during their short stay.

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!
During my visit to the State of South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Palmetto Center in Florence, I saw how the center offers hope to individuals struggling with substance abuse. I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! This place is amazing. All of the staff is so sweet and helpful, the nurses are fast and efficient, and you don't just feel like an addict here. They treat you like a person and they really want to help you succeed, never judging you for your past mistakes. I've been to most all clinics in Charlotte, this is by far the best one.

First I would like to say this place is great for people who need to get the helped they need , they work with you , they are patient with you if you need someone to talk too when family doesn't call they definitely the right ones to talk too beside your therapist. I got admitted On 6/15/25 - got the helped I needed with my postpartum depression & MDD 🫶🏾 I can’t remember all the BHA’s Just know I remember faces . I got discharged 6/23/25 best decisions I made . Thank to all the BHA , managements , the Therapists , the Psychiatrist / the nurses & Everyone that’s there but SHOUTOUT TO MS.LAQUANDA ❤️🫶🏾 she’s a blessing like the rest of the staff . I have 2 ratings, one for the staff and for the business. For the staff, therapy and the rest of staff. Most Amazing people, caring, loving, and great listeners. They need more people to help, especially when you have patients who need one on one. They helped me see the directions I needed to go. I feel like, if I could have stayed a little longer (4 or 5 more days). Do not lose these wonderful caring people. To name a few, Precious, Hope, Teresa, Lee, and Quan! These people need help on the floor, and they will have more time to work with All patients. I am sitting home crying 😢 all time. You can not help someone (with serious depression)enough in 4 days! This was my second time there. This time they helped so much! They helped with my seizures. They made sure i was ok physically. They even sent me to the hospital to get checked. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I felt like a human there. Like i mattered. I felt appreciated and loved by all the staff and peers i met there. My doctor Debbie and rob the social worker helped so much. I went to Rebound after Three Rivers because they just discharged me when i wasn’t safe at home. They found me a safe place to go. Also like i mean some staff were mean but i just showed them kindness. But overall it was a very good experience. I am grateful for Rebound. It saved my life! I was completely honest and they helped me. Thats all u gotta do no matter how scared you are always be honest! Everyone’s experience is different but mine was so great! I would def recommend Rebound to my family and friends. The staff that i want to recognize is Lee, Shidaya, Rob, Debbie, sydney, and especially Maddy! She made me felt heard and like i mattered!
Sydney was always joking it made my day!
I also made alot of connections with the peers. I made some friends and keep in contact with them. But also every concern i had or felt uncomfortable they dealt with it!
