I went to Ace Recovery after detox, flew there from Florida actually. Initially was staying for 30 days, but after about a week I decided to stay for 60. I could truly feel being there would change the direction of my life.
I am eternally grateful for the beautiful space they have there, and the classes and meetings that they have set up. They really have a fantastic program that is so well rounded, programs all over the country should be modeled after it.
Jeff is an absolute Saint and a spectacular mentor, grateful I got to learn so much from such an inspiring and insightful man.
I could talk all day about how wonderful it was honestly, God flows through this program, grateful I was given the opportunity to experience it myself.

I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. I went to the facility, sat in a room and met with the doctor on Zoom. They arranged for me to do a weekly virtual outpatient group, again on zoom, and medication assisted treatment for the Suboxone and mental health medications I take. It is very important for me to have my medication and this place made sure I did NOT miss one dose. The transfer from my Florida outpatient facility to this one was a smooth transition. 5 stars!

Great doctor visits and virtually is a super helpful! The therapists are ok, I guess you really have to find the right one for you. My first therapist was a major problem but when I got the courage and encouragement from others to speak up, I was set up with a new therapist and my first therapist was handled appropriately. Overall a good place to get guidance for your mental health. Keeping your mental health in good shape is extremely important and I would recommend Monarch any day to assist with that.

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! It was a pretty good nine day stay. Enjoyed smoke breaks and some access to music. Some staff were very helpful some even took up for me when other patients attempted to harass me. It wasn't perfect but most things aren't and it was so so much better than the abuse I was dealing with at home. However they focused on my diagnosis too much instead of addressing the fact I came in for suicidal ideation and such. Most staff were friendly, joyful, and accommodating. Didn't like the snoring roommates lol but overall my stay here was pretty good and I found it helpful to be there. One problem one of the staff didn't quite respect my religion and tried to get me to say praise Jesus and stuff when I'm a die hard spiritual Satanist and my faith is what's most important to me. Anyway I thank the staff, nurses, techs, providers, and counselors for being friendly and somewhat reasonable in all situations. 9 out of 10 rating would recommend to certain disabled people who are patient, respectful, and reasonable enough to not be disrespectful all the time. Hi my name is Mikayla Lockhart I'm currently using my mom phone but I'll give this facility an 10/10 I got admitted 6/15/25 and came home 6/23/25 I honestly can't thank them all enough for the help they did and done mental health issues serious if you know someone who struggling with mental health please go to rebound behavior health i learned so much they care about you they also help you get thru so much depression I also attended Recreational group with Ms.Allison & Ms.Tashonda also shout-out to the BHA men and women
