My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

| At Cornerstone Healing Center we believe in helping people broken by addiction and/or Mental Health Issues heal their minds, body, and spirit. Our vision is to provide a safe space for long-term recovery, combining passion, structure, soul-searching, and fun to change | Treatments Programs Payment Options | And the 3 months that I was here, I learned a lot about myself. I dealt with trauma, wrote a good buy letter to each and every trauma I ever endured. I dealt with the passing of my father, while I was in the program. I was taking to a meeting a day. And best of all I was given all the tools that I need to be able to live my life clean and to handle any situation that comes my way without using! I'll be forever grateful to cornerstone and for all the amazing, kind-hearted, genuine, down to earth family - I could have ever imagined to hope for! In addition to this, per cornerstone I was able to go through my steps with a sponsor, and I had the environment, that made me want to do the steps thoroughly, that's something that I had always missed out on when trying to get recovered! I came in broken—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Addiction had taken everything from me. But from the very first day, Cornerstone made me feel like I wasn’t just another number. The staff truly cares, and you can feel it in every conversation, every group, every moment.
The clinical team is rock solid, the therapy is deep and real, and the community is powerful. It’s not some cookie-cutter program—this place challenges you, builds you back up, and gives you the tools to actually live differently.
I’ve been to other rehabs before, but nothing compares to the connection and transformation I found here. Cornerstone helped me rebuild my life—and for the first time, I’m proud of the man I’m becoming. If you’re serious about getting clean and doing the real work, this is where you start.
Thank you, Cornerstone. You gave me my life back.

The staff (office, group facilitators, medical, 12 Step leadership, kitchen, et al) was so welcoming and supportive, so very good to all us gals (appx 80). I made great friends there too! I talk to some daily, even now many months later. Crossroads taught me about my disease, taught me how to cope, how to rebuild, how to prevent falling back.....how to hold my head up and live again. The partial hospitalization program is the most intensive level of care and consis | Treatments Programs Payment Options | TLC Treatment Center in Mesa helped me get my life back on track. I came in feeling lost and honestly didn’t expect much, but the structure, support, and community completely changed that.
The staff doesn’t sugarcoat things they’re honest, and they push you to do the work, but they also care. You’re not just another number here. They helped me with job search, recovery goals, and even housing support while I was in outpatient treatment.

I’ve seen a lot of treatment centers come and go, but TLC in Mesa really stands out. The program is structured and holds you accountable, but there’s also genuine care behind the rules. The staff meets you where you’re at, and it’s clear they want to see people succeed.
They helped me not just with recovery, but with job readiness and life skills too. Housing was included while I was in outpatient, and that stability made a huge difference. If you’re serious about turning things around, this place can give you a real shot.
It’s not fancy or flashy, but it works and that’s what matters. I’d recommend TLC to anyone in Mesa or nearby who’s looking for solid support and real results in their recovery journey.

Im very grateful for the service that is provided for the disenfranchised seeking recovery and compassion. Amanda Ross has been on my radar for over a year. She has managed to provide the above and beyond service without direct support. She is out of pocket as we are cut out from crayons and coloring books to say the least no donuts for you!
Valle has dropped the ball with this fine counselor and disconnected from the patient's recovery needs.
Funds for art and educational supplies in group are not present. But, Amanda has managed somehow because she has been alone on this for almost six months. Her group is holding that she re-created out of a past group Valle schedule that was lost with talent leaving. She has managed and lead this one group or over a month. The patients appear to agree as head count is mandatory for success.
Congratulations Amanda! Keep up the good works. You are saving lives. You saved and are saving mine. Amanda Ross is one person doing more than the rest, stays hours after closing and waiting for repair so the front door will lock and she can go home. There's no security there. She stays anyway.
I have received all sorts of assistance from Valle and their counselors. Mind you that I can count close to eight important employees, mostly counselors, that have left or terminated. We have been abandoned by our director as he has turned his future success to newer and better looking facilities of Valle that are better looking neighborhood, buildings and dare I say; better looking people. I have meet the upper crust of Valle. My hand was shook and promise given. That was April. Still waiting. I know that Amanda and other employees are waiting too. US RECOVERING DRUG ADDICTS ARE A VERY TALENTED READ OF PEOPLE, TRUTH AND HONESTLY. WE ARE A GOOD READ.
There's others there who should be acknowledged. Not acknowledging Amanda Ross would be a huge mistake given the fact that good talent can't be retained as well. If they can retain the talent they hired over these months, maybe some success. I doubt it because new hires are not fulfilling the promise. Amanda does a whole bunch with very little and many staff do a whole bunch with very little. Sometimes reaching into their own pockets to help that one patient that Valle should have filled and uses to until the upper management changes. There's something missing in the company's mission statement. The wrong people are being hired. My goodness, paint the building, please.
Enclosure , and not to take away from the subject, but Mr. Eli Guetirezz is also top notch and goes above and beyond getting patients food boxes and driving them to important doctor appointments . There's is talent there. Keep it! The e ingredient to any success is compassion. You have to care about the people you serve. And don't come here if you don't like your job. Must love what you do. Otherwise, you will walk away. Amanda has the compassion and is a perfect counselor. Manager and her peers should take note.
Thank you for your service Valle Del Sol and Staff. I'm alive and sober and not homeless because of all your good work. And today, Amanda is a huge part of my success to be a productive member of society and not a burden of shame. Because that's all Thanks again.we get from outside is shame. Amanda can see, feel and wants to help badly. Help her continue to be successful for herself. Counselors often forget to care for themselves.
I hope and pray that Amanda doesn't burn out backfilling patient needs as we walk people walk away. Don't come to Valle if you are for yourself, only. It takes a village.

I'm so excited 😊 to leave a review on my nurse Megan. I was having a bad morning because I'm 6'9 so they had no gowns long enough for me. Megan went out of her way to find me pants oh my she made my day, she turned a gloomy day into sunshine 🌞 and to top it off she got me 2 warm blankets. I want to nominate her for employees of the month. I hope she wins it. My name is John Flowers in room 1504 so they get the right Megan. Also my room is so beautiful 😍 and clean more like a hotel then a hospital and I have an amazing mountain view. Thank you Banner University and just want to mention all the doctors and nurses are great they really care about your recovery, also the rehab department is great john and james from NY are great they both went above and beyond. Also Danielle my head nurse words can't explain how great of a nurse she is. Didn't think a hospital stay could be so great. Can't believe anyone can leave a negative review because the whole staff here goes above and beyond my expectations and the food her isn't bad like most hospitals the breakfast 😋 is the best and the pot roast is so delicious 😋 and cant end it without mentioning Dr Pelagia Kouloumberis..at Banner spine, she is the Best spine surgeon in Arizona hands ✋️ down .....my former surgeon dr chuckin from core institute botch my surgery I was in pain for over 2 1/2 years after he did my surgery jan 2023...I google spine doctors at Banner and Dr. Pelagia Kouloumberis had wave reviews! I recently completed the IOP program thru ITS. For me, this program was life changing and truly an unforgettable educational experience. I learned so much from Joey, he is an outstanding instructor, who is passionate about what he does. The way he presented the topics/material, and was able to share his own life experiences, made it much easier to actually open up and discuss issues that aren’t so comfortable topics to talk about. It was a great to know Joey truly cared about me and my peers success.
This program was different from others i have tried. It made me feel like I wasn’t alone on my journey thru early recovery and gave me the confidence and tools needed to not only curb addiction, but overcome the past, and prepare for the future on both an emotional and physical level. I highly recommend this program!

Their compassion, support, and expertise was (and still is) crucial to my recovery. They offer a clean, safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive atmosphere that can only be described as genuine kindness. Guiding Road's individualized care is tailored to your specific needs, rather than a 'one-size fits all' approach. They employ safe-guards to your sobriety yet still treat you like a human being.
Guiding Road provides you with the tools to prevent relapse and maintain your sobriety, well after being discharged. Once your treatment has concluded, a detailed aftercare plan is created (with your input), giving you the long term support that many treatment centers ignore. If you are serious about getting AND staying sober, I strongly suggest you check this place out. I, unfortunately, have been to many facilities, only to relapse shortly after leaving.
