It was an amazing experience and wonderful days spent.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Beautiful place and people I felt cared for in my weakest moment the bht staff really rocks I would definatly recomend to any one that is going thru the stuggle of trying to get clean

Excellent detox experience! The executive director, clinical director and her staff were knowledgable and professional. The nurses took care of all my medical needs and made my detox completely comfortable. The line staff, Zach, Cody, Rachel, Letert, Josh, Zarah, Jaden, Scott, etc. were amazing and took care excellent personal care of me. The food was incredible with Latisha and Lisa cooking wonderful, healthy cuisine at every meal. And Janine made sure my room and entire area was spotless. It was clean, light with a great deal of thought put into all the recovery groups. I’m grateful to everyone for all there love and support when I was at bad place in my life. Great, caring staff.

Super awesome place. One of those places where you can tell the difference from someone saying they want to see you succeed and someone showing you they want you to succeed.

I am a member of AA with over a decade of sobriety. I am a public speaker at various hospitals and treatment centers in the Phoenix area. I also speak at meetings. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. You will not find better treatment anywhere. Your recovery is yours to to seek out and grab all the information and opportunities that are so freely given to you by the state and this facility. This program is world class.

It is a great place if you want to break the chains and live a life of sobriety. Intake only takes 2-3hrs but they can only process a hand full of new clients a day, Be early. Also if you don't have insurance... They still will take you in and get you applied for Access. I sent my DOA there and he is definitly turned his whole life into a spiritual one.

my names Luke the clinic has saved my life and changed everything for me, I just wanna let you know Melissa, my xonsuler not giving her name! They saved me for me to be on 2 grams of heroin and everything else and they got it done not me they pushed me to this success and I would never leave them or side. They're all blessings! I love all the stuff at 23rd and Northern CMS they're all wonderful I didn't have a numerous account of counselors there and some have moved but my counselor right now is Melissa she's so happy she's trippery she's a beautiful person this is my second family here and I recommend if anybody is going to need help with any type of addiction to come on down the 23rd and Northern they are lovely they're wonderful people they make you feel at home here

2023 I joined art awakening to find myself thru art staff was extremely awesome kind courteous friendly and helpful.

I love love love this program they bring change for artist coping with PTSD trauma recovery ECt .witch ever you are doing creating buying or selling it's a win win situation . Every piece of art is an extension of that artist~ be blessed and know the artist created it with THIER hearts ❤️ In creation of the masterpiece the art heals all ~the painter & onlooker taking a piece of art to your home would be an amazing addition that inspires and heals everyone that passes threw your threshold

Chelsey and Dr Mookadam have the absolute best bedside manner. They always take time to answer questions and convey medical information. It's so refreshing. You can tell they genuinely care and love what they do! I wouldn't go (or send anyone I care about) elsewhere. Truly a genuine, kind group of medical providers. The world needs more kind people, especially doctors!

I was recently at Banner for a scheduled c-section and postpartum stay. I was met by a very friendly and efficient young lady who checked me in whose name I cannot remember. Then went to the Ob Triage where Kristia and Katie helped me. Kristia was so friendly and really helped me feel confident and comfortable getting ready for surgery. She even helped me choose the right placement for my IV and I am so grateful for her help with that as it did not hurt or bug me my entire stay. My anesthesiologist Amiee was so friendly and informative and when my blood pressure started to drop during surgery she was speedy to resolve the issue and continued to inform me about what was going on which is what I had wanted and I was so grateful for her. The best anesthesiologist bedside manner I have encountered yet! Nelly(Ornella) was my nurse during and after surgery. She was so friendly and attentive and was such a blessing. I experienced low oxygen drops after surgery and she was super attentive and when she had to push on my belly she was as gentle as she possibly could be while still being effective. I felt safe in her care and didn’t have to worry about anything. Another nurse I encountered was Christina who helped my husband get prepped and then helped with my baby after they got him out and she was very nice. She comforted me while they put the epidural in for my surgery and was such a huge support for that because I was very scared about that part but she made the experience so much better being there and giving me words of encouragement and holding my arms. When I was moved to my postpartum room Bonnie was my first nurse and very helpful, attentive and kind. Most of the nurses I met were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They treated me with respect, got me more water when I needed it, answered my questions and made me feel safe. Some names we got of nurses who stood out were: Teagan, Taylor(PCA), Ana, Jessica, Sandy(PCA), Christina, and Kylie. Kylie was my last nurse and I had her two times and she was instrumental in getting us ready to go home since I was kept an extra day for observation. She genuinely cared about helping us be ready due to a check out time we had to keep for my kids and in-laws at an air BNB and was just an overall a super star! We did miss the names of some of the other nurses who took care of us while we were there but I have no complaints about any of the nurses we encountered especially knowing how long and hard they work. It’s was a very great experience overall. For my surgery I had Dr. Vaishali (Vai) Ravikumar, MD and she was absolutely amazing and reassuring. She talked to me beforehand, answered all of my questions to the best of my understanding and was very confident in what she was doing during my procedure. I really appreciated her getting my baby and I safely through it and I am so grateful for her.

The facility, staff and program were amazing! Everyone was helpful and wanted nothing but success for every patient.

RUN don’t walk to this facility if you’re struggling, if you feel trapped and insane and depressed and anxious, this is where you need to go. This is a magical place thanks to the staff and especially the therapist Jade, and although it might feel somewhat understaffed at times, it’s only because everyone there works so hard. This place restored my Faith in God and now my life has changed beyond what I thought ever possible. Best choice I ever made was coming here and meeting so many new friends that I still stay in contact with. You’ll want to go back just to catch up with everybody again! You become a family in there. (I hope you won’t need to go back but, you catch my drift ). 1000000/10 stars. I can’t thank them enough! 🌵

Calvary is the oldest recovery on the State and for a good reason they and their staff are “Best in Class”!! Personally I had the pleasure to work with April, Sara, Mike, Jennifer and Shyler (let’s not forget Chef Rudy, Adream & Savannah.
