Kemah Palms Recovery has saved my life! All of the staff was amazing! I d like to give a special shout out to Paul. He put his sweat and tears into this recovery program. Going as far as providing sober living, alumni meetings twice a week, a specialty class at 3 every Monday-Friday, PHP, IOP, the list goes on! I can never thank yall enough for giving me the tools to turn my life around.

My 24 year old son completed the entire program at the IAR facility in Houston, twice. I considered both stays very successful; my son's improvement has been remarkable. The staff was great about communicating to me. I would particularly like to commend Cory McCork, who constantly reached out to my son to make sure he was OK during his relapses. Cory answered the phone at some pretty unusual times when I needed help or advice. He has a lot of experience and very good judgement.

Hitting my sobriety year mark so I finally feel comfortable leaving a review. I am so grateful I went to IARC and listened to the program they implemented. Cory as everyone has said is great with following up. The only 2 things negative were the lack of female sponsors available. Although I understand statistically there are less women in recovery, it was still something I did not have. I m glad I went and got my own as soon as I got back home. I know that at the end of the day it is still a for profit center but maaaan do they push sober living. Most of us were adults that had to go back to their kids, so it wasn t an option and we were often made to feel like we would relapse without going into sober living. Ive beaten the odds on that so far. My favorite things were the counselors like Ms D and Richard s morning readings. Ms D if you are still there I want you to know I still quote your little nuggets of wisdom and I miss the sound of your angel voice. Oh I m so grateful I had the option to utilize the gym! The food will get you fat as f&@k so try to stay active. In the end You either want recovery or you don t. I know I couldn t have gotten sober on my own. I believe 1000% that IARC helped show me the way. So if you re looking at reviews debating I am telling you right now don t wait. Let this be the one that makes you pick up the phone and get help.

Into action recovery changed my life especially after I came back home to New Mexico. I still have a staff member Corey McCormick who reaches out to see how my recovery is going. Makes me still feel part of the community out there ! And reminds me of my experience strength and hope I gained from my time out there !! 10/10 would recommend for anyone struggling and looking for a solution!

Wonderful experience, I am grateful! My provider really was there for me. She made me feel like i was her only patient. Even when no words were spoken, she understood me. Very patient, while helping me with grief after loosing my baby boy!

Dr. Milad is truly one of a kind. She listens with such genuine attentiveness and care, making each appointment feel personal and unrushed. What I appreciate most is that she remembers everything I share from previous visits without needing to constantly refer to notes she s fully present and focused on me as a patient. It s incredibly reassuring to have a doctor who not only treats your health concerns but also truly hears you. I feel very fortunate to be in her care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, thorough, and attentive medical support.

This has to be one of the best recovery centers in Houston. Mr. Tim is amazing. Hes probably the best counselor that i have ever worked with. Hes supportive, honest and encouraging....You can tell that he really cares about his clients.

Cenikor was a good first step for me. mrs shannon was so nice and made me feel at home.

Cenikor definitely changed my life for the better. They gave me a second opportunity to restart my life and for that I will always be grateful. The staff is very caring and always willing to help with anything you need. They will help you get social security cards, and identification to help you get a job to get back on your feet. And there are many job opportunities local to the facility. I am blessed to have 16 months sober today and could not have done it without Cenikor. If you are looking struggling with alcoholism and or addiction I highly recommend the 30 day residential program and then going to the sober living as they have the staff with the willingness, and the resources to help you.

Cenikor s Odyssey House is an amazing place to recover for those who are going through a rough time. The staff provides exceptional care and support to help save kids and change their lives for the better!

I was a patient here, staff was excellent, accountability, staff was patient, kind, truly cared, and were helpful. They even allowed for a church called the EXIT church to come and have church with us, and hold a place where we could worship and get to know Jesus and because they let that happen I am beyond grateful to God and odyssey house. As well as The Exit church. I was transformed by God in this place. I got away from all the distractions and noise that was killing me slowly and got around people that loved me and would hold me accountable here, i still connect with people there to this day. Odyssey house was amazing for me. I really enjoyed it there, and I was changed walking out of there after 67 days. I was a lonely, angry, bitter drug addict, who had nothing but hate and wanted himself to die and everyone else around him walking in there. But walking out I had a new heart, mind, body, and soul. I wanted nothing more than to love people, to forgive people, to be patient and kind. To forgive myself and move onward to loving God and loving people and connecting with others, and serving love, I walked out of Odyssey house as a kid who wanted nothing more than to talk about Jesus, and not drugs, sex, fighting, money, or anything else, instead I had new desires I had never experienced before to be merciful and kind and to let go. I had new desires to truly love my family and all those around me after leaving Odyssey house. Shoutout to Mr. Roy, Mr. K, Mrs. Denise, Ms. TT, Mr. Moore, Chef C, and all the other staff that helped me along the way.

Taking on the responsibility of trying to help kids is major. This facility is doing a great job, doing the actual work of saving the lives of children who may not yet see the value in their own lives. These kids need and are blessed to have a place like Cenikor s Odyssey committed to helping them change their lives.

Bay Area recovery and the staff here are a true blessing to the community and humanity, really. Billy is a person who outs recovery first and has helped our family immensely through the recovery journey. The women here truly love and support each other. They have lived the experience and aren t expecting anything from you they themselves haven t already gone through. Addiction and alcoholism are a terrible disease, but support from Bay Area Recovery means you don t have to do it alone. They care and have always been there! Beyond grateful for their contribution to the serenity in my life!

I feel blessed that I began my recovery journey at Taylor Recovery Center. If Alcohol and/or Drugs are making your life unmanageable, please consider coming to this beautiful facility. You are able to bring your Dog or Cat with you and keep your cell phone 24/7 while beginning the sober way of life. That is a blessing most rehabs don't allow! The place is immaculate and the full-size beds are very comfortable. The counselors are extremely knowledgeable in addiction and mental health. My counselor Jude was always available to talk and I will use the tools she gave me to prevent a future relapse.I definitely can't say enough about the lead tech Stephanie - always going above and beyond - she has a way about her that can talk "ANYONE OFF THE LEDGE" She has saved many lives by showing empathy and sincere love for the addict that still suffers. All of the techs are truly amazing. To name a few - Lauren, AJ, Haley, Lauren C, Taylor, James, Katy, Delsa and Lady AJ!!! Every one of them were so kind and patient with the clients.And now I come to "THE CHEF - JOHN" and his assistant Jose. Every day he puts out a display of culinary delights from "Omelets made to order" and "Friday Night is Steak Night" to freshly baked warm cookies that he hand delivers to everyone!!!! Most days you feel like you re dining in a 5-star restaurant.I highly recommend starting your new my way of life at Taylor!!!

I have to say that I did not want to come to a treatment facility, but once I got to Taylor Recovery in Sugar Land, I new I was at the right place! Stephanie And the techs(Aj1,Aj2, Crystal, Jordyn, Kayla,Lauren, Haley) handled my intake with the utmost professionalism! They made me feel safe! The nursing staff(Jessica,Nichelle,Bre, Taya,Khadija ,Sherelle,Terry,Kat,) and all,did an excellent job keeping me healthy! The chefs John and Jose provided excellent food! Housekeeping ( Maria-Latoya) kept things very sanitary! Leo (nature walk/breathing technique exercises) was amazing! The counselors (Kourtney,Glenda,Mrs.jude) kept me honest,and special recognition to Dr. Jayne and the Clinical Manager (Eric) who were extremely instrumental in directing my journey to recovery. You all are in the positions that you are for a reason,and your hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed.The Clients as well, I encountered a lot of great people along the way,and I will be forever thankful! I highly recommend this facility for your recovery journey! They care! You got out of it,what you put into it! The choice is yours, because the resources are available.
