This time everyone was on deck and appreciated my frustration with Medicare pay for my basic vaccinations. After being turned down( twice) by my chosen provider I received wonderful help with the Lake Jackson VA clinic who administered all the vaccines I was eligible to receive. So cool.

1st Mrs Ruth is a treasure! 2nd I miss Mrs Dawn! 3rd today Dr Obi-Ofodalae (sp... Sorry doc I tried to remember how it was actually spelt and not the phenetic spelling) took a whole hour helping navigate the VA system to help me get to where I need to go, or so we can figure out what is going on. He listened to everything I had to say and the X-rays were done in office the same day.
Yes the VA as a whole is broken, but my experience today was positive and we can't have nice things at this clinic specifically if we don't let it known that this staff is getting it done. We have to make ourselves heard when it is good just as much as when it is bad. So thank you all for today!

The counselors were nice but I felt like a great majority of this was a waste of time. There should be far more education and help to really make the necessary changes to live a better life. Most classes were a group of people shooting the bull for an hour and a half. Very unstructured and disorganized. I think they have a lot of potential and the people who work there do care, however due to inexperience and or lack of resources they are lacking and I was disappointed with my experience and chose not to continue after I completed their IOP program.

This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. The staff is amazing and really care about your state of well-being. They don't care if you like them, they care if you live and that's the most comforting thing about this place. My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Over 2 years sober! My first and only rehab. Definitely not glamorous but it worked and I believe i wouldn’t be sober today if it wasn’t for God leading me there. I stayed for 30 days. I Highly recommend.!!

It's been a few years since I've been to this place, it was a required outpatient program that I had to do for a legal matter. There were different options on time slots, the classes weren't too big where you'd get anxiety, but they were big enough and diversified enough where I felt comfortable sharing. Even though I did not want to be there, and I made it perfectly clear from the get-go, the staff was super kind and put up with all my BS with a smile! Admissions was extremely easy and if I remember correctly either the state or Medicaid covered the cost. For a cheaper outpatient option, this was one of the better ones I have been to. Overall a pretty decent experience for a rehab facility!

Went here when i was 16 around 2016, i will tell you this, this place will challenge your way of thinking. It was hard sometimes, people dont want to listen and its easy to succumb to negative influences, but these people here genuinely care about the kids they look after. I got to know alot on a personal level and alot of them had been through alot of the same stuff i had been through and could relate. I will say this as someone who has been through alot, you want someone who can relate to you when it comes to a rehabilitation situation. Its easier to trust someone when you know they can feel that pain too. Dont listen to all these lame people giving one stars, none of them know what they're talking about. The councilors and tech staff genuinely want to see these kids do good. They helped me see i had a problem and it isnt right that people want to bash them when they have done so much for me and my peers from that time in my life. If any of you guys see this i love yall and hope yall are doing good. Especially you Ms Haynes and mr Colbert!

I spent almost 6 months here back in 2015-16. I'm 22 now. Mr Wyllie, Ms Wendy, Mr Omar, Mr Antwuan, Mr E , Mr Aladin , all great people. I think about them, my fellow brothers and this place often. My counselor Mr Robinson was awesome as well. They fed us great, we went on trips and before I left we went to the U of H for an anniversary party and it was some o the best memories of my life. they were strict but we were still able to have fun. They looked out and cared about us. I was hard headed and didn't want to listen and I all these years later it hits me.

A lot of people who are reviewing 1 stars are just people who like to complain about everything. I've called for many things and have gone to many appointments. Never had an issue. it's not just me either. I can hear other people talking casually to the doctors and receptionist every time. There might be one bad apple in the bunch, but not enough to leave a bad review

I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

Positive Recovery is a game changer. I've been on my own recovery road for years by myself but l've never been able to connect all the pieces to stay sober. PRC provided me with tools I could use on a day to day basis that help me through life's situations as they come. Glenn, one of the counselors at the Cinco Ranch location, is very insightful and actually in recovery himself. He could relate to what I've been through and what I go through daily. Westbridge Recovery literally saved my life. I entered their treatment in mid-April, 2024 and immediately they discovered I had an unmanageable high heart rate in terms of bpm (beats per minute). They also discovered I had tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. All of these heart related issues were corrected with new medication and through intense therapy and positive work group sessions. During my stay in their treatment program, I was able to understand and eliminate alcohol and other "get away" bad habits I had formed. The staff, the facility and the programs are all top notch in my viewpoint and I will forever be grateful for time I spent there and the lessons I've learned and implemented in life going forward. This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Dr.Rich is a phenomenal person and doctor.... We have never experienced such a superb experience as the visit we just had. He is a diabetes specialist and I would say he is the BEST, it's not a question I had that he didn't answer before I had the chance to ask. I recommend him 10 out of 10!!!!!

I love this facility.this staff really mean what they stand for.they show what true compassion is.every now and then they tend to misplace some personal property but they eventually retrieve or replace it.i personally have been here and there level of care has always been outstanding.they truly go out there way for each patient (as long as they exercise patience and understanding.)there facility is very clean,there lunch room matches that and the staff are very polite and respectful.special shout out to my nurse ms.paula, Eric,cris,ms.nova,my Drs,the interns and my therapist David/Daniel, I recommend this hospital to any and all my friends and family

I just got discharged today and let me say this place is horrible ! I loved my nurses and some of the techs . I hated it here. You’re basically in prison . I was caged . Given shots of anxiety meds everytime I got outrageously mad ! When I begged for pill form they said no I gotta get the shot and had men hold me down and then they let go bc my nurse seen I was cooperating just upset bc I wanted to go outside . I had to beg to go outside to the point I cried . They are over worked and understaffed .

Now this place is my home away from home. I went when I was 16 and I’m now 21 and doing great. I wanna continue too thanks Mr.Woods and his whole staff for making me feel great about myself. I was a very shy girl when I first started the program but, once I left I felt a confidence like no other. Mrs.Doris, Mrs.Stephanie, Both the Yolonda’s, Mrs. Pat. And anyone I might have forgotten just know y’all helped me become the best version of myself and I’ll always be grateful for that. Yes me and Melissa are still best friends too this day and we both are thriving. Thank you for making me feel at home when I felt like my home wasn’t homing. I’ll never forget this place always good memories here. I’ve never thought poorly on this place. 10/10 recommend.
